INT. HONEY'S HOME - LIVING ROOM - LAS VEGAS, NV - APRIL 24TH.
We open to Honey's living room where we see a shrine to Honey in the background of ribbons and photos of her school days, her gymnastics and her self-defence class tournaments are all displayed elegantly. A television is being changed from the satellite tv to a different output as one man comes in from the kitchen to carrying two drinks, crushed ice, a cucumber water drink and a kale smoothie that he hands off to a second male who is busy with the remotes, changing the outputs. The first dressed in a smart shirt, a belt holding dress pants tightly to his waist and black dress shoes on while the second has a skin tight white shirt with a tiny v in the neck with a sweater vest over it, a pair of jeans and some suede shoes on.
Walter:
"Tell me again why you booked Honey in the Super Falcon Cup?”

The first man says taking his seat on a blanc du blanc vanderkoff couch and coasters the drinks. The second turns to face Walter.
Franklin:
"Someone was to represent Redemption. Honey can, and she'll be great, look how well she has done in that travelling promotion. I've not had to be by her side at all.”

Walter rubs his eye and says in a snide and casual manner
Walter:
"That is because that lean, gymnist guy is with her.”

Walter says referencing Alechs Aurelio, Honey's regular trainer that grew to be a friend, tag team partner and her first ever boyfriend as well as dads approved boyfriend by default.
Franklin:
"Alechs isn't that bad, he's been working hard to make sure Honey can wrestle. She's accomplished a lot in her rookie year.”

Franklin looks over to the shrine that had a number of photos in a scrapbook labelled "HONEY'S 1ST YEAR IN WRESTLING" that were still to be stuck and preserved by laminating each page. Walter just shakes his head.
Walter:
"I do hate it when you use wrestling terms.”

Franklin doesn't take the suggestion to alter his vocabulary around Walter who is the furthest thing from wrestling in the family, excited over the video project he has put together.
Franklin:
"Come look. I have a whole Honey-tage made of her highlights from wrestling.”

Walter sighs as Franklin yanks on his sleeve to sit down and watch the video package of Honey. Franklin starts the video up with Honey's greatest hits as they sit on the couch and relieve her Redemption Wrestling career thus far before going to see Honey training, as Honey was not in the house.

INT. AVERY MILES VEGAS HOME - GYM - WRESTLING RING - LAS VEGAS, NV - APRIL 24TH.
We find Honey is currently in the ring with fellow Redemption Wrestling star; Alechs Aurelio. He stands in the ring dressed in his ring gear with one slight "Honeyfication" (Honey Modification) is he is equipped with an angel's halo.
Alechs:
"Chica, why do I have to wear this halo?”
"Chica, why do I have to wear this halo?”
Honey steps back from fitting it to his head.
HONEY:
“Because my opponent is an angel!”
“Because my opponent is an angel!”
Honey says stepping back, looking very cheeful and chuffed with herself as Alechs is behind closed doors and semi-happy to indulge her with the head fixture, not something he would do in public but for Honey, he is willing. However, he does go to open his mouth and correct Honey, who speaks over him.
HONEY:
“Yep! My opponent is an angel. Matt Angel. I have to face him at Chapter Diaz Thunder….um…a word…beyond…a word…and I saw Chris Krispies dropkick him and Jack Tillman, like, to eliminate them both. So, um, I need to know how to do all sorts of dropkicks like a real maskador.”

Alechs cracks a smile that he can't remove from her sheltered mistakes. Mentally he's saying "luchador", "Chris Crippler" but he sa
Alechs Aurelio:
"There's a lot more to Lucha Libre than dropkicks, chica. Avery Miles won the Super Falcon Cup last year, he put me in charge of your training and we're going to work on some of Avery's moves.”

Without any warning, Honey runs towards him with all her might and hits one of Avery's favorite moves, completely blindsiding Alechs as she uses the Avery Miles spinning elbow smash.
HONEY:
“Take that, Angel Chico”

Alechs Aurelio:
"You've done some training with him, haven't you?”

Honey sheepishly nods and makes sure to mix in her moves with a jumping reverse STO to Alechs, this one he recalls through training and can't help but keep hold of her and spin her around.
HONEY:
“Alechs! You're trying to make me dizzy!”
“Alechs! You're trying to make me dizzy!”
Alechs tosses Honey and by her training with Avery Miles, she is able to stick the landing with only a small shuffle back to keep her balance, rather than landing and falling down. Alechs nods impressed by his girlfriend's improving skill in the ring.
Alechs Aurelio:
"You didn't fall over?”
"You didn't fall over?”
HONEY:
“I've been training to be a Super Falcon, like, by a Super Falcon.”

Honey stands up straight and looks at the halo again, then Alechs as she steps forward and runs to dropkick Alechs down, knocking off the halo as Alechs rolls onto his back and onto his feet with all the momentum Honey gave, firing up his competitive streak.
Alechs Aurelio:
"You're in for it now, Super Falcon Chica.”
"You're in for it now, Super Falcon Chica.”
Honey and Alechs thus begin an intense session of sparring. Honey at times catching Alechs off guard with the odd move she picked up from Avery before she goes to use the corner shiranui and walks up just two steps when suddenly.
Franklin:
"HONEY!”
"HONEY!”
Honey stands on the top rope letting go of Alechs and luckily finds her balance, wobbling a little as she sees rushing down like a man possessed by worry and fear of her falling, Franklin that causes Honey to fall off the top rope and into Alechs catching her. Franklin now runs into the ring to check her for bruises.
Alechs Aurelio:
"She's fine.”
"She's fine.”
Franklin:
"Just when I talked you up.”
"Just when I talked you up.”
Alechs looks confused as Honey pulls Franklin by the wrists and pulls them down together in a Honey handcuff almost, looking straight at him to calm her dad down before, as she's experienced, his wild hypo-caring attitude towards her.
HONEY:
“I'm ok Daddy, I promise.”
“I'm ok Daddy, I promise.”
Honey does a cross on her heart.
HONEY:
“Honey promise.”
“Honey promise.”
Franklin now takes Honey's hands and shakes them down firmly to try and keep her full attention on him as he looks to her, brown eyes to brown eyes about what she did and the worry clear on his face as Honey stays attentive to her daddy Franklin.
Franklin:
"Honey, please. Don't be going up the ropes. It's very dangerous and you'll get yourself hurt. You've been doing very well in Redemption without needing to do all that.”

Alechs Aurelio:
"I think it she's fine to do them, she walked up the ropes like a pro.”

Honey had been training with Avery Miles, so walking up the ropes evolved from Honey lifting herself from standing against the turnbuckles, to sit on top and make it to her feet, to actually getting up quicker and delivering moonsaults off the top rope and frogsplashes in a closed and private training session for the big day.
Franklin:
"Absolutely not. What if she fell just now. Matt Angel vs. Handicapped Honey? Not my little girl.”

HONEY:
“I-”

Alechs Aurelio:
"I don't think she was going to fall..”

Honey is a little saddened, this being the second time Alechs speaks over her, the first being on Redemption, where she was representing as he took the Young Lion's title shot from Honey who was listed as third in line after two others who weren't Alechs.
Alechs Aurelio:
"…and she has what it takes to be a high flyer like me.”

HONEY:
“I can try-”

Franklin:
"It's the most unsafe style to use, one wrong move and you've snapped a femur, an ankle.”

Honey pulls a surprised face but shows enough fortitude in herself to know she's had extensive training with Avery Miles to not do that.
HONEY:
“Um, no Daddy, I-”

Alechs Aurelio:
"I know you are protective but Honey's got to grow and she's got what it takes to win the cup, nobody will expect her to be a high flyer.”

Franklin:
"Nobody will but she's my little girl and I don't want to see her at the end of the show unable to compete anymore in Redemption because of some silly slip...”

By this time Honey has grown tired of being interrupted and practically ignored by them, her size hiding them from their narrowing visions and nobody pays attention to Honey climbing up to the top rope after she puts something on her phone and uncharictaristically leaves her phone on the mat between them.
Franklin:
"…Matt Angel does all those flips, I'd prefer and I know this is harsh but better him over Honey falling over from the high risk district. Honey hasn't ever done.”

But at that point Honey leaps off the top rope, backflipping as Avery had made her do them in fives and lands a moonsault on the mat as she rolls out of the ring annoyed and leaves the two to talk, showing them she can do top rope moves.
Franklin:
"Honey can go up the top rope!”

Alechs Aurelio:
"Honey can moonsault…”
"Honey can moonsault…”
And Alechs picks up her phone that has her training video where Honey is clearly exhausted but executes a hurricanrana on Avery Miles as he calls "go" and she executes it .

INT. HONEY'S HOME - HONEY'S BEDROOM - LAS VEGAS, NV - APRIL 24TH.
We find Honey in her bedroom on camera with her boyfriend filming as Honey has a begun to pack herself some clothes in a suitcase open on the bed. Honey is dressed casually with a white headband in her hair. White blouse with babydoll sleeves that overflows over some black jeans with a pair of flat converses on.
HONEY:
“Matt Angel in his last video to date in GOL, he was, like, Karnage Maximum Super Karnage Champion and that's, like super good of him to have. I'm not yet a champion like he is. In my FIRST Battle Royal, like, ever, I came second and also, in Redemption me and my good friend Alechs Aurellio are a lovely tag team and we have beaten some goodies like Gray Malone…WHO Is Like King of DARC.”

Honey's eyes pop as she nods as if to say "yeah, I did that" with a little bit of swagger in her general body language of that very inter-fed accomplishment.
HONEY:

So I had to learn how to make sure I use the Maskador lucha library style to, like, be able to make Matt Angel, the Maximum super Karnage Champion meet some Honey Sunshine, no, I mean, some Honey Sol…that's Spanish right?”

But this time it is Honey doing the cutting off.
HONEY:
“Most of the people in this tournament are champions, or like former champions. But the big! Super! Cup is not like a championship. It's a cup I can keep forever and ever. I don't know much about where you represent but you should watch Redemption because every match I had has, like, built me up for this chance. And my daddies, Alechs, Avery and my family are all watching me so I have to, like, show Alechs I'm a good wrestler on my own. Show Avery Miles I'm a good student and I can be the best in this years tournament. And to my family and my daddies who need to see, like, I can do the scary stuff and It is part of my training. So I'm going to make them all see I can do my goals and I have a new one.”

Honey shows on her vision board, in a big bold circle is GOL Super Falcon Cup and a small angel drawing underneath. As well on there is Redemption Wrestling Young Lions Champion as she's stuck on the Redemption Wrap Up article that lists her as 3rd in line for the title, a magazine run by her promotion.
HONEY:
“Matthew Angel is my new goal because I don't know who else will go through, like, to the show in May or to Eternal Lucha two.”

Alechs Aurelio (O.S):
"Dos.”

Honey looks just off camera to Alechs filming off screen to nod as she says.
HONEY:
“Bless you.”

We hear an exasperated sigh, nearly the start of a laugh but Alechs reigns it back in to just say.
Alechs Aurelio (O.S):
"Nina tonta…”
"Nina tonta…”
Honey doesn't really understand the Spanish and smiles, eyes going down to the camera, headband straightened out and she shrugs at the thought of who goes through with her.
HONEY:
“Well I don't know who can get through but when it is me and the angel! Matt Angel, um, I want to go through. I'm sorry Matthew! I just think it is, like friendly and stuff but Redemption Wrestling are all counting on me, I even have my list.”

Honey shows her training with Avery and may have spied his infamous list, having made her own. On flowery paper with a lot of space available below, but Honey shows the list to the camera.

😇Matt Angel😇Honey pulls it back, smiling at the list and the fact she's following greatly in Avery Miles' footsteps, filling her with confidence.
HONEY:
“I haven't beaten Matt yet but I plan to! At Chapter Diaz, the event is called Thunder..beyond Thunder…um, because it has some bad words that my daddies would not like seeing me say, no no, not me.”

Honey shakes her head, the title of the show being something Honey couldn't fully advertise.

“Instead, I say good luck to the angel, Matt Angel. BUT! Honey Sunshine…um..Honey Sol is going to be bright and bringing a whole lucha library style like you are, but mine is Avery Miles approved.”

Honey closes one eye and puts a thumb up to the camera.

Honey waves and Alechs finishes the feed just as Honey does a happy twirl from excitement over the next match coming up, not Redemption but her first match outside of it. GOL. A brave step for a newly brave girl.
