Hey, Sensei Fujiwara.
I hope you and the misses are doing well on this evening…
Well, it’s evening here in South Africa; a little past 6 PM. I’m pretty sure it’s close to 11 AM over there is L.A., yeah?
And yeah, I said South Africa haha. This have been pretty crazy for me as of late, that’s why I haven’t had time to contact you or Sensei Flex. However, let me give you the quick run down.
About three months ago, an unsolicited number called my phone. It was from a promoter named Tamina Song. Ms. Song books a lot of tours over in China and Hong Kong. She reached out to me, and asked me to sign up for a tour or two—of course I jumped at the chance. I’m happy that I did; I had an amazing time out there. I didn’t think the fans over there would take to me, because of my Japanese heritage..but, they did. I was treated I was one of their own.
It was an amazing time.
Ms. Song brought me back for two more tours, and the fans ate it up. I’ve become somewhat of a regular.
Now, if there’s one thing you’ve got to know about Ms. Song, it’s that she’s ambitious. She always looking for the next talent, the next place to hold a tour. I’m not sure how exactly South Africa made it’s way on her radar. But, it did.
And well, here we are…
However, I don’t think I’d be here without all your help, Sensei Fujiwara. You were truly instrumental in my training and development. I know it makes you upset when me and the other student say it, but it’s true. I mean, that is why Sensei Flex hired you, yeah?
So hey, I just wanted to say thank you and show you a bit of love. I was told you are working over at Redemption Wrestling. I’ve seen the product a few times; there’s a lot heavy competition there. I’m sure it can be tough and taxing, navigating those waters…
But, as you always told us in training, keep your head down and continue pressing forward. Despite what anyone says, regardless of if you’ve got a belt or not, you’re one of the best wrestlers out there doing it.
There, stay encouraged, alright?
Alright, well I’ve got head out. It’s almost time for dinner, and all of us are going out to eat and what not. I’ll be awaiting your response. And, I’ll do better in terms of reaching out.
So, please have a good night. And stay safe.
