As the scene comes in we see Blair and Joey surrounded by fans. Both of them are signing things ranging from photos, shirts, etc. A bunch of noise could be heard around them but as the camera got closer to the scene questions started to get asked to the pair.
“How did you two feel about the last show?”
The look on Blair’s face as she heard that fans question went from smiley to suddenly serious, clearly The Number One Bitch was not pleased.
“Honestly I thought it was total shit. Granted, we probably would have beat the pair anyways but that doesn’t mean don’t give them a chance to get to the ring. I honestly hate when people do shit like that. Make a statement some other way for fucks sake. So you’re pissed off, that’s great, don’t take a match away from the fans.”
Joey let out a sigh, shaking his head as he signed a t-shirt for another fan.
“I swear, Blair and I could write a book on how to send a message or make a statement. I’m sure everyone here have seen at least half of our tricks. But noooooo, let’s just take away a match from the fans and the new team. What could possibly go wrong?”
“Fuck em all, we’re still going to make our mark no matter how much shit goes wrong. We always do.”
She shook her head seeming to get a bit calmer.
“Good or bad, it doesn’t matter how well we do we’ve always managed to be a staple wherever we’ve went. Starting with Divine Congregation way back in the day. We set the bar so high in that place they stopped us from going after more gold. The first run with just me and Joey almost no one wanted to come up against us. People know seperately we’re pretty damn good… me better than him of course but together we’re a fucking force to be reckoned with.”
“So should we take that as you aren’t worried about this match coming up?”
Joey suddenly cracked up in laughter at that question.
“Worried? Ha! We never worry about any match that we go into. That doesn’t mean that we’re charging in blind or anything like that either of course. As it stands some of my favorite matches are the ones that involve a large number of opponents causing complete chaos. The only difference now is that I’ve got a partner to watch my back while I cover her’s.”
Joey gave Blair a quick nudge with an elbow before shooting her a faux glare.
“Speaking of which… You really gonna start that shit up again?”
“What shit? I didn’t do or say anything that wasn’t true.”
Blair nudged Joey right back, flashing him a half smirk.
“I’d be more worried about facing Joey. Granted we’re going into a clusterfuck tag match it seems and if memory serves me right, we’ve thrived in that situation before, three letters, IPW. I’m sure Devlin Scott remembers what happened there. Throw the exes together and expect chaos to ensue but instead what he got was a solid tag team that took all the rest of the competition out.”
Joey gave a grin as he started signing a poster.
“I still remember seeing all of the shocked faces and twitter posts after our crossdressing promos hit the air that day. We just snowballed out of control and there wasn’t a single person in that ring that could stop us.”
“That’s the problem… we’ve been friends for so long. We’ve worked together for so long that it’s just a normal part of life to put us together in the ring. He makes up for my weaknesses and I make up for his. There’s really no other way to put it.”
Blair smiled over at Joey before signing the back of someone's shirt.
“Do we think we’re going to go in there and win? Honestly, you never know what will happen in that ring. The thing is, as long as we go out there and give it our all we’ll be happy. As long as we put on a damn good show for you guys we’ll be happy. As long as we stay true to who we are and what we do, we’ll be happy. It doesn’t take a pin to claim victory, it’s how you feel after all is said and done. How you feel after you walk away from it. Do you have any regrets? If not then you did great. If we lose we’ll go back, we’ll watch what went wrong, we’ll train harder and work to be better. It’s that simple.”
“What she said.”
Blair and Joey laughed some before getting back to signing things for the fans and answering their questions as the scene faded out to black.

OOC: It's short and a bit crappy but life's been kicking us in the ass as of lately and we wanted to at least put something out.
