Matthew Shields gives a slight bow to a small Japanese woman, and she returns in favor before she heads off.

Matt gave her a quick smile and kiss, then turned to Trixie.

Trixie looks to Matthew greatly interested while Billie's look is more of a confident smile awaiting confirmation.
Matthew Shields:

Matt smirks at Trixie as he pulls Billie's chair out for her, then just shoves Trixie's back a little bit. Billie takes herself a seat while Trixie sits down with very pursed lips, shunting her chair in.

"So, thank you for inviting me, I seriously need a nice breather from getting ready for Jack Tillman."

Billie has a perplexed look as she sits between Matthew and Trixie on opposite ends, holding his hand with hers while Trixie's eyebrow curls up curious if her mom did, if they'd spoken about the opponent or better yet Trixie

Matt grins at the subtle jab to Trixie, then gets the waitress and quickly orders their iced tea.

"Well he bullied his way into a Genesis title shot, so I guess my title is more sought after, must be THE championship to fight for these days."

Trixie says casually with a smile browsing at the pictures in the menu.

Matt stared over at her with a smug look on his face before he took a sip of his water.

Trixie gets cut off by Billie from rebuttling but seems kind of happy by the comment, true or not.
Matthew Shields:
"Fine, I'll kind of root for her, if I'm not busy preparing for my match."

Matt relents to make Billie happy and she gives him a quick kiss. He starts pointing out some things on the menu as his phone starts to ring. He grabs it and looks a little surprised at the number.
Matthew Shields:
"Uhm, I need to go ahead and take this sweetie. I'll be right back." Matt gets up and heads to the lobby area of the restaurant."

The two girls watch Matthew head on his way, Billie anxious for him to be out of earshot as she turns to Trixie

Trixie is shown a text message from Billie from someone listed as "Susan" she had changed since starting her new relationship. Trixie reads it and looks back at Billie to shake her head.
TRIXIE
"No, Mom please don't go and ruin everything, I'd rather annoying Matthew over that guy."

Trixie shakes her head again as Billie sits down a little deflated but texts.
TRIXIE
"Mom! Stop texting him this minute."

And takes her phone with a grab, Trixie goes in and deletes the text in question and the number as her mom doesn't fight it, sitting there partly accepting it happily but the blood rushed face of regret washing together with her emotions, Trixie now passes her phone back.
TRIXIE
"There, he's gone. And don't tell Matthew I did something nice for him either."

Trixie spots the footsteps of Matthew and looks back at Billie then Matthew coming, Billie turns her head and then squeezes Trixie's hand to thank her and to keep hushed.

Matthew sits down and gives Billie a kiss.
Matthew Shields:
"That was... my mom. She wanted to see if I could get her and my new stepmom an autograph. From Trixie."

Trixie's eyebrow furrow and a smilie pierces through her "keep things quiet" face and a few blinks of confusion before she accepts it.

"See, I guess your family recognize me as the IT Champion, can't blame them."

Matt rolled his eyes and took a quick sip of his water as the first of their food was brought. Trixie digs in a little confused by what he meant.

Billie takes a big breath, feeling the pressure of age coming to her.

Billie kind of does the maths and realizes she's almost the same age practically. Trixie's phone plays Mysterious Girl, her ring tone and she excuses herself.

Matt shakes his head and picks up a piece of the sushi he ordered. He looks over at Billie who seems a little concerned with something.

Matt winked at Billie and gave her another kiss. Trixie comes back with her phone in and takes her seat to start dipping the sushi using her chopsticks almost identically to her mom, right handed.

Matt smirked at Billie as she sighed and lowered her head, knowing there was no point in trying to stop him. Billie excuses herself to the bathroom politely and silently.

Trixie stands irate and fuming in front of the camera, the Redemption Genesis Title on her bed as she shakes her head into the camera.

Trixie glares with pure venom in her hazel eyes.

"You threaten my boyfriend, Devlin Scott for a chance to skip ahead of the line and challenge me for this title? Well bring it. You might be great in EWC but you now lose. You now lose your undefeated streak, your official shot at this title, your hype, it's all going down because nobody threatens, Devlin. Now you're shot is wasted and your hype and streak are going right down to plummet. You wanted to pick me as Champion? You didn't want anybody else? Well…"

This championship has been the most defended title because it's open to everyone. I've defended it twice, totally beat Anton and Alice and expected according to the wrap-up, Spike Steel. Jack Tillman likes to try and jump ahead? He wants to try and take my spot? Well he has the wrong idea. I'm nice most of the time but there is a reason I got called Bad Kitty in Vegas. I claw and I scratch and I have my way, not your way or Chris's way, my way in Redemption."

That's how you'll define me when you speak to the press when they're taking pictures of Jack for reference for the next Frankenstein movie flop."
