The Legacy Continues

“And that is how you do it. The so-called ‘AM3’ being put down like the chump he is. I said I would come out and make short work of him, and behold. I hold my end up. And now I am forced to tag with another debut, to take on Spike and his little “Devil” buddy, Mikhail. It’s too bad that I don’t mind kicking some ass. I guess that I will have to carry this newbie on my back as I plan to pick up another win. No matter who Devlin Scott throws at me, I will put them down one after another.
Let’s start with The Devil himself. He thinks that I, or anyone in Redemption, should be scared of him. He maintains this aura of being so dark and brooding. I am shaking in my boots. It’s not like I’ve ever heard a man refer to himself as The Devil. I bet he will dance on my dead body and have his way with virgins too. Get yourself yourself. You scare no one.
And then Spike Steel. And man that enjoys flesh, apparently. He is not trying to be something bigger than he is. He it still someone that thinks he is somehow better than others on the roster. Has he looked at himself lately? And look at myself? I am far more gifted and athletic than he. This is not a bar room brawl. This is a professional wrestling match. His gritty ways would get him DQd in our match.
And finally, my partner. Elijah James. Just stay out of my way.

Zachary Knight turns the doorknob and opens the door. A doctor’s office lobby is set up before him. He makes his way over to the signin sheet and scribbles down the time and his name. Finding a doctor that was fluent in English was not the easiest thing, but he was able to locate one. He sat down and decided to check out Twitter on his phone. It was the same old stuff; members of the District talking shit. Matthew Shields arguing with half a dozen other people. Zach knew that his time to shine would come, and he did not need to enforce it with verbal altercations on a daily basis.
Receptionist: Knight. Zachary Knight.
He stands up and heads towards the door. She lets him in and heads back towards an exam room. He hops up on the exam table and waits patiently. Minutes later, the doctor finally appears. A middle-aged Japanese woman, barely five foot tall. Zach easily towered over her.
Doctor: What seems to be the problem, Mr. Knight?
Zach: Just some tenderness in my knee. Nothing major, I just am an athlete and know that it is important to keep an eye on it on the road.
Doctor: Okay. Let’s have a look.
The doctor scoots close to him on a little stool on wheels. She taps, pokes and prods.
Doctor: Seems a bit tender. Ice is up. I can give you something for the pain.
Zach: Nah, doc. I am good. I am not one for pills. I just wanted to make sure that all was well and dandy.
Doctor: You a basketball player or something?
Zach: Wrestler.
Doctor: Oh okay. Well maybe try to take it easy, though I am sure that you likely won’t. Lots of ice. And rest it when you can.
Zach stands up.
Zach: Thanks, Doc.
She writes something down on a script
Doctor: Just in case the pain gets too bad.
Zach nods, and takes it shoving it in his pocket. He nods and heads out of the exam room. Through the lobby, Zach makes his way out of the doctor’s office and down the hall. He hears a familiar voice, and peers into a room with an open door.
