OFF CAMERA
Zach heads backstage after getting himself involved in the Spike Steel versus Jeremy Starling match. He enters the backstage area, proud of himself. He passes by a few staff members, until he recognizes a familiar face.
Zach: Miss Parker. Did you see that? Wow. That is how you make an on-camera debut!
Lilly takes a deep breath.
Lilly: Maybe that's how you make a debut but everyone is different. Have a good night Zach.
She turns, leaving the way she was coming from. It is obvious it's only to avoid Zach. He quickly jumps ahead of her.
Zach: Aww come on. Did Cillian teach you to stick up for yourself? Or did the old man pass on having a backbone to you?
Lilly: He taught me to pick my battles. I am tired and sweaty and just want to go to my hotel, take a shower and go to bed. So excuse me for not feeling up to playing your mind games tonight.
She shakes her head, pulling the straps of her backpack a little tighter
Lilly: Besides, it's you that has a problem with me, not the other way around
Zach: And that is exactly why I left the old man in the dust. While you lick your wounds after the match, I will be training ready to beat that chump Avery Miles in two weeks. Make sure you keep a keen eye out; The Legacy begins things with a bang.
He laughs to him.
Zach: Like you would know anything about that. Lilly puts on a smile, despite how tired she is.
Lilly: Have a good night Zach
She side-steps him to keep going. He lets her walk away as he mumbles to himself.
Zach: Walk away, Lilly. Soon enough, you won't be able to because it will be you and me inside of the ring.
He shakes his head.
Zach: And you will learn just who Zach Knight is.

What a debut that was. Am I right? Spike Steel wanted to challenge me… Me? Ha! And I shut him up. I came out and put down that old man. And I showed that business interests can be developed and honored when dealing with a professional such as myself. Starling has his own plans, and I have mine. We have some in common and it only makes sense that we have a little business agreement. And Coda seems to have a strong head on her shoulders, kudos to her and her win as well. The three of us… who knows? But this upcoming show is not about them. It is about Zach Knight. The Legacy. And facing that has been chump that is Avery Miles.

He picked up a win, and yet it took RC Tucker to put Red Dragon down for Avery to win. He has one of the worst records in Redemption Wrestling, but claims to be a champion in some second rate company. Who care what that monthly joke of a fed says or does? This is the big time. This is where real wrestlers fight. Not those half-pint flippy bastards that think they can hang with full sized men.
No, Miles. This isn’t a company full of gimmicks or of crazy ass matches where even some homeless guy can score a win. You are facing some of the very best competition around. Devlin Scott has given me the rundown about this company’s history. And I know that until you fought alongside and then against LJ, you were also a day late and a buck short. So why should anyone think anymore of you? Yeah you might’ve beaten Jenson at the end.. But come on. You are facing a former Heavyweight Champion with me… do you really think that you have what it takes to be me? Because I know you don’t. And I bet that wife of yours knows better too.
Plenty of people have come and gone in the few months of Redemption Wrestling. But no one like me. No one with the pure athleticism and talent that I possess. You might be a third generation star, but your family lacked true success. I’ve already had personal success and have yet to find a challenge. You are not the endgame, Miles.
