CHARACTER INFORMATION
** Character's Real Name -Yuri Moon (Undisclosed)
** Talent Name - Coda
** Picbase - Krystal Jung
** Billed From - Seoul, South Korea
** Age - 22
** Height - 5'6"
** Weight - 126 lbs.
** Theme Song - "My Name Is Human" by Highly Suspect with a piece of "Requiem" by Mozart at the beginning.
** Entrance -
As the lights fall dim and a soft foreboding hum surrounds the entire arena like the plague, the chants of "Requiem" by Mozart meet a soft creaking noise that pounds against the sound system with an eerie reverb. The music seamlessly shifts to something more modern as a feminine figure walks through the curtain with an elaborate white trench coat. The crowd begins to jeer as Coda silently seems to glide down the ramp with her mouth and nose concealed with a designer surgical mask. Her piercing black eyes stare forward towards the ring as she steps closer to her destination with an emotionless stride.
With focus and a subtle intensity in her eyes, Coda doesn't acknowledge the crowd or their hostile reactions towards her as "My Name Is Human" by Highly Suspect continues to blare over the speakers. Brushing her shoulder-length brown hair to the side, Coda wordlessly slides her long digits along the apron as she slowly marches towards the steel steps with grace. Once she removes her jacket and places it neatly beside the steel steps, the self-professed most dangerous person in NGW climbs the apron and steps over the second rope with an unspoken confidence. As her boots meet the canvas, Coda removes her surgical mask and recoils back towards her corner. Chucking the disposable mask out of the ring, she calmly waits as the symphony comes to a close.

The music seamlessly shifts to something more modern as a feminine figure walks through the curtain with an elaborate white trench coat. The crowd begins to jeer as the longest reigning Young Lions Champion, Coda, silently seems to glide down the ramp with her mouth and nose concealed with a designer surgical mask. Her piercing black eyes stare forward towards the ring as she steps closer to her destination with an emotionless stride as she respectfully clasps the championship while it rests on her shoulder.

PERSONALITY
** Alignment - Tweener leaning heel
** Favorite Match - Hardcore / Deathmatch / No-DQ
** Favorite Weapon - Opportunist
** Wrestling Style - Japanese-influenced strong style wrestling with merciless strikes and grapples. Focusing on a methodical brutality, Coda thrives in a slow-paced matchup and uses weapons to her advantage when the match stipulation allows it. With little flash and all substance, the Korean-born destroyer foregoes unneeded movements during a match like taunts in order to increase her chances of winning the match. She won't hesitate to hurt an opponent — friend or foe — and utilizes every tool she can access such as using the environment as a weapon (including the ring itself), intimidation tactics, and brute strength.
With a calm violent intensity, Coda rarely shows emotion aside from the occasional brief subtle smile. She does not speak at all while she's in a match and instead relies on gestures should she need to get her point across such as pointing. This unusual demeanor along with the aura she seems to carry with her at all times can often catch unsuspecting opponents by surprise and that alone can be an advantage. Despite all this, she does not cheat. The most she would do is wait until the count of four to release a submission after a rope break but she considers it a strategy. She fights to grow stronger and sometimes, there's a clearly defined respect Coda has for her opponent despite her merciless actions. Coda would rather win a match fair and square to prove she is strong than use underhanded techniques like winning via interference or count out. She considers going easy on an opponent the ultimate sign of disrespect. This strict code does not apply outside of a match, however. Should she feel the need to keep attacking an opponent she disrespects once the match is over, she has no qualms about doing so. She sees it as making a statement and showing her strength even further.
** In-Ring Attire - Long tight black slacks underneath black kneepads and dark kickpads. Her wrestling boots have white studs along the straps. Her red stylized crop top is adorned in black Korean lettering and imagery of a city with the letters '코다' ('Coda' in Korean) being the most prominent. Sometimes the colors are switched, with a black crop top and red designs.
** Entrance Attire - Coda makes her way to the ring in a unique white Victorian trench coat with loose straps along the front and simple red accents. Its length is knee-height. She wears a surgical mask as well, often decorated differently nearly every time. As the Young Lions Champion, for example, the mask may be designed with the blue lions at the forefront against the silver background.
** Brief Character Bio -
Not much is known about the Korean-born fighter, although we do know some. Before Redemption Wrestling, she wrestled in The Trench in Nashville for around a year. The Trench is an untelevised independently owned subsidiary of Insurgency Wrestling Federation (IWF). After losing the top tier championship to an up-and-coming fighter, she chose to relinquish her rematch in favor of going professional instead.
With a tendency to observe rather than let her every thought ring through her social media account, Coda is a mysterious individual who most do not quite understand. It's clear that Coda isn't her true given name, but she won't disclose her real identity to any of her peers for what seems to be privacy reasons. However, when she does choose to speak and let her thoughts known, she makes sure to make each and every word count. Some consider her shy and reserved away from the ring, while others think that maybe she's keeping her mouth shut to appear superior.
Underneath it all, Coda is simply a woman who loves Korean culture despite having lived in America most all her life. With English as a second language, she speaks without contractions to more easily grasp the words and often avoids slang or metaphors. She says what she means and she means what she says, and she's not afraid to do what she needs to do to succeed.
Once Coda was a big fish in a small pond, and now that she is officially part of the Redemption Wrestling roster, she's just a small fish in the boundless ocean. She seeks to make her name known by doing whatever she needs to do to find success and if that means leaving a few injured wrestlers in her wake, so be it. Some people are convinced that winning is not Coda's primary objective. They have speculated that making a statement is far more important for the woman who seeks to rise up the ranks the only way she knows how: brute force.

** List One to Two Signature Moves
1. "Symphonic Elbow" — Most commonly, a vicious running discus elbow smash straight to the head of her opponent leaning against the turnbuckle. Variations can be done such as with the opponent leaning against the barricade, the ring apron, the ring post, etc. It is likely to make the opponent bleed. This could lead to Sounds Of Eden seamlessly.
2. "Sweet Lullaby" — The brutal hanging figure-four headlock (x) is done until the referee gets to the count of three or four. This is a calculated move that could set up the Rhapsody submission combination later.
** List One to Two Finishers
1. "Rhapsody" - A half nelson choke backstabber combination. In other words, a short standing half nelson choke held until it transitions into a powerful backstabber. The half nelson choke itself might be referred to as a blood choke. Once the backstabber portion of the move is executed, Coda often collects her opponent into a second blood choke in order to submit them. Alternatively, she can roll up her opponent after the backstabber and attempt to win via pin instead but she would prefer winning via submission.
2. "Sounds Of Eden" - Once her opponent is cornered into the turnbuckle, Coda will perch them onto the top rope (or the middle rope, barricade, etc) and use the leverage to put them on her shoulders before landing a devastating Alpamare waterslide. On particularly large opponents, however, she will opt to use Rhapsody instead.
