(The scene opens up somewhere inside of a hotel room in Cleveland, Ohio. It's been over a week and a half now since Winter Solstice Night One and Christmas has just past. As we see Anton Chase sitting in front of his laptop he is wearing some blue jeans and a white and blue button shirt. But something is missing. The Genesis championship is nowhere to be seen. Anton is glued upon the laptop viewing the Winter Solstice show. With a look of anger on him)
"It's only after we lose everything that were free to do ANYTHING. And ladies and Gentlemen I have lost EVERYTHING. The volume in my voice does not determine the realism of my words it's the look in my eyes. And you all saw at Winter Solstice the look in my eyes once that bell rang and I was pinned by Trixie and after using the low blow to gain the advantage I find my myself at a challenging position. It's definitely a crossroads sort of situation because although I LOVED being champion and I loved defending the title each and every week, I find myself stress free. I find myself with no pressure at all. But I also find myself where I started when I joined Redemption and that is chasing my dreams. Chasing dreams is what this business is all about and I know I have a rematch clause in my hands and I know it's already been announced in a two out of three falls match. So Trixie soak it in as much as you can because your fate to belongs to me."
(Anton pauses while he still watching Winter Solstice)
"And it seems Trixie that even though you stole my title and got what you want finally. You are still following me around like a little puppy, word on the grapevine is that you've followed me over to a new company that is starting in 2017 called Union Battleground and I pray to god almighty himself that we face each other there too. Because Devlin Scott won't be able to hand-give you anything. Not your own personalised title, not any title shots for the Genesis championship like he did. You'll have to earn it."
(Anton pauses)
"2017 should have began a great year for me, I should have carried through to 2017 with the Genesis championship and with two tournaments coming up. We have Redemption's Global tournament starting in January and a tournament in Union Battleground to crown their first World champion. That is another dream I'm chasing. And names from all over have jumped in on Union Battleground even a few names I've thought I put out of business."
(Anton smirks)
"But first I have to direct my attention to Yujiro Fujiwara because I have the opportunity to beat his ass for the one hundredth time in the first round of the Global Cup tournament. Now Yujiro you may think that I'm still a little sore after my lose. That I am still fuelled by hate of what happened. It is the complete opposite. Because if you thought I was dangerous while being champion, what do you think will happen when I have something to prove. And Yujiro that is something I have to do now is prove to everyone that my title reign wasn't luck or fluke that I was a real champion who earned it. And if I have to start over then so be it. It's not the first time. It's not the first time I have scratched and clawed myself to the top and stood tall."
(Anton pauses)
"Yujiro you claim that your participation in the fatal four way was a grave disappointment. I bet you that is exactly the words your parents use every time you use the name Fujiwara. Because quite frankly your participation was non-existent. Just like your career. Because despite the fact that I lost due to a low blow incident. Nobody else could beat me. I've bested you every turn. That is why your parents would never say it to your face, however they secretly talk about how much of a disappointment you are."
(Anton chuckles)
"And for you to even think the words that you are greater than me is comical. Because Yujiro if that was the case, then it would have been you with the title reign of fifty eight days as Genesis champion. And not me. It would have been you beating me over and over again. But it wasn't. And that is why your small minded little declaration of being greater than me is comical. I don't doubt how hard you train or your lack of social media is concerned. I question your win ratio. Just like everyone else does. Just like everyone looks at mine too. Because it doesn't matter how hard you train. If you can't win in the ring, then what's the point. And I have found ways in winning all my life. That is why I laid the foundation of the Genesis championship and made it that every talent in the world what's to be a part of it."
(Anton tilts his head in the camera)
""That is why Yujiro that I am one hundred percent focused on getting what rightfully belongs to me back and that is the Genesis championship. That is why this Global tournament is going to be mine to win. And that Yujiro is just a footnote. Just a footnote in my journey of being a global winner. Soak it in man. "
(Anton takes a small breath)
"I don't want to take away your love of this sport away Yujiro, I just want to end your time here in Redemption. And at the Global tournament. Hopefully you'll realise that I am a dangerous man and not to be fucked with."
