TRIXIE'S MOTHER'S HOME (LIVING ROOM) - LAS VEGAS, NV - WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 23RD, 2015
In the fairly new home in the midsts of being further decorated for Christmas. The living room is decorated with a green Christmas cover on the couch. The tree is just to the right of the couch at the wall where Trixie is currently adding silver tinsel to the tree with her back to the window that looks out on Vegas. Trixie's mother is next to Trixie, organizing a christmas display on the dark wood coffee table, setting reindeer out.
Trixie's Mother:
"Trix Trix, does it go Dasher, Dancer, Comet, Cupid, Prancer, Vixen, Blitzen and then Rudolph?"
"Trix Trix, does it go Dasher, Dancer, Comet, Cupid, Prancer, Vixen, Blitzen and then Rudolph?"
TRIXIE:
"Um, no Mom. I think it goes Dasher then Prancer, then Dancer, Comet Cupid, Blitzen, Vixen and Rudolph at the end."
"Um, no Mom. I think it goes Dasher then Prancer, then Dancer, Comet Cupid, Blitzen, Vixen and Rudolph at the end."
Trixie retorts as she reassembles the reindeer into the order she spoke. Trixie's mother turns to the tree and adds the last of the candy canes to the tree. She's a blonde like Trixie with more olive skin and has on a red medi-skirt with white heels and a matching white wool jumper on. Trixie has on a more relaxed look with her black tank top on and a pink t-shirt over it with a spider cut around the shoulders and chest to show herself off with a pair of jeans and her purple and white mesh socks, busy at setting up the room. The Television opposite was airing some reality TV show, doing a cut-away interview on a gorgeous half italian girl but was muted. Trixie stood up and her mom had a look at the room. Snowflakes stuck to the wall, a big plush snowman in the corner, white rugs on the floor. It was a small and cosy living room with a lot of Christmas put onto it.
Trixie's Mother:
"Looks lovely. That Walter can't say we haven't made an effort to decorate for the holidays."
"Looks lovely. That Walter can't say we haven't made an effort to decorate for the holidays."
TRIXIE:
"Of course not, look how lovely it looks."
"Of course not, look how lovely it looks."
Trixie's Mother:
"And we have Christmas on Friday. By the way, we have the whole Elvis event coming up on the twenty-seventh of January. I'm going to book us both on, it's double pay day for us both."
"And we have Christmas on Friday. By the way, we have the whole Elvis event coming up on the twenty-seventh of January. I'm going to book us both on, it's double pay day for us both."
Trixie looks off a little from her mother who is in full lecture, passive-aggressively setting up work for her daughter. Trixie taps her thigh with her right hand in a drumming motion with her fingers.
TRIXIE
(Unwillingly):
"Oh…um…."
(Unwillingly):
"Oh…um…."
Trixie's Mother:
"Now Trix Trix, darling, you love doing the Flamingo events."
"Now Trix Trix, darling, you love doing the Flamingo events."
TRIXIE:
"I know that, it's just I don't think I can do that one."
"I know that, it's just I don't think I can do that one."
Trixie kept avoiding eye contact as her mom drew a suspicious look on her face and folded her arms up.
Trixie's Mother:
"And why can't you do it? What are you doing on January, Trix Trix?"
"And why can't you do it? What are you doing on January, Trix Trix?"
Trixie's mother: Billie (44) says tilting her head only a little in quizzical manner. Trixie closers her mouth to avoid stammering and looks over the room before she replies back.
TRIXIE:
"I have an audition actually, yeah another audition and I'm really, really confident I can get this one."
"I have an audition actually, yeah another audition and I'm really, really confident I can get this one."
Trixie stared back at her mom
Billie Smith:
"That is honestly great, Trix Trix! But couldn't you go to the audition and come to work afterwards? Or maybe do some hours then audition?"
"That is honestly great, Trix Trix! But couldn't you go to the audition and come to work afterwards? Or maybe do some hours then audition?"
Trixie definitely couldn't do that by her step back from all the questions on trying to get her to work the shift.
TRIXIE:
"I…um can't. Because…I'm also kinda, like…meeting with the writers too."
"I…um can't. Because…I'm also kinda, like…meeting with the writers too."
Billie moved her head back, taken back by the writer's meeting she'd clearly never heard from her daughter and her acting ambitions.
TRIXIE
(CONT'D):
"Yes! The writers want to meet me so the audition is totally just a whole thing for show. I'm totally guaranteed the part."
(CONT'D):
"Yes! The writers want to meet me so the audition is totally just a whole thing for show. I'm totally guaranteed the part."
Billie opens her mouth but before she can ask a further question that made Trixie swallow hard and have a clammy palm, Billie's phone beeps in her pocket. Billie withdrew the phone to read a text message from one: Jerry. Trixie knew who it was because she noticed her face drop, rejected on Christmas and felt the urge to speak up.
TRIXIE:
"You don't need him."
"You don't need him."
Trixie took her step forward and rubbed her mom's arm and made her move the phone down on the coffee table. Billie looked to the left at a photo of her and Trixie pulling rather silly faces and brought a smile to her face.
Billie Smith:
"You're right. You're right!"
"You're right. You're right!"
Bille takes a small breath.
Billie Smith:
"You know I did meet a rather cute twosome a few days ago. This incredibly attractive man and he was teaching his son the casino games. The son I think had just turned twenty-one a few days ago."
"You know I did meet a rather cute twosome a few days ago. This incredibly attractive man and he was teaching his son the casino games. The son I think had just turned twenty-one a few days ago."
TRIXIE:
"That's good! See, screw Jerry."
"That's good! See, screw Jerry."
Trixie says with just the hint of venom in her voice at the end as she adds a second rub to her mother's arm to put an end to Jerry period.
Billie Smith:
"You know, Trix Trix. The dad mentioned he was grooming his son to take over the family business, you'd look beautiful as the bride of a businessman."
"You know, Trix Trix. The dad mentioned he was grooming his son to take over the family business, you'd look beautiful as the bride of a businessman."
This wasn't the first time she talked about marriage, Trixie's hand couldn't have come back fast enough.
Billie Smith:
"The dad is a big fan of Elvis too, you sure you can't change your schedule? It is a good chance to get dating again."
"The dad is a big fan of Elvis too, you sure you can't change your schedule? It is a good chance to get dating again."
Trixie had a slight wince in her face at the thought of letting her mother down and deeply wanted to say yes, however she clearly couldn't.
TRIXIE:
"Mom, I-"
"Mom, I-"
The doorbell rang and Billie gave Trixie a surprised look as she left the room. Trixie took out a magazine from under the coffee table, it was a two month old issue of people magazine that Trixie had stored a flyer for a Pro Wrestling promotion featuring her picture next to a man with a large bushy beard and afro hair with a scarf, titled as her tag team partner for the promotions Dynamic Duo championships; the tag team titles.
Billie Smith:
"Trix Trix!"
"Trix Trix!"
Trixie, almost on instinct, snaps the magazine shut and tosses it under the coffee table to run walk out of the living room and misses the fact her flyer now pokes out the top of the magazine.
TRIXIE:
"Coming!"
"Coming!"
TRIXIE'S MOTHER'S HOME (HALLWAY) - LAS VEGAS, NV - WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 23RD, 2015
Billie opens the door to see standing on her porch two men and a blonde girl; Franklin, Walter and Honey who are all dressed. Billie greets Franklin first with a hug.
Billie Smith:
"I hope you had a safe drive."
"I hope you had a safe drive."
Franklin Smith:
"It was comfortably awful, is all I'll say."
"It was comfortably awful, is all I'll say."
Billie pulled back and Walter offered her a handshake while Honey burst through them.
HONEY
(EXCITED):
"Cousin Trixie!"
(EXCITED):
"Cousin Trixie!"
TRIXIE
(SQUEALING):
"Hey, Honey!"
(SQUEALING):
"Hey, Honey!"
The two girls hug as Walter steps in. Franklin and Billie share only a look as they watch the two girls exchange a hug, a happy smile but the eyes had some history.
Walter:
"Presents to the left?"
"Presents to the left?"
Walter says as he carries in a small stack of gifts and a bag on each arm. Honey steps back and offers her hands out.
HONEY:
"I can take them in, Walter."
"I can take them in, Walter."
Walter would have tried to argue back if Honey hadn't already stepped in to take a grip of the gifts and Walter let her be the little christmas sprite. Honey takes the presents into the room.
Billie:
"Honey's very helpful. Frankie, you and Walter have some new sheets and covers for the sofa bed, Christmas ones."
"Honey's very helpful. Frankie, you and Walter have some new sheets and covers for the sofa bed, Christmas ones."
Walter rolls his eyes at the sound of sofa bed being mentioned and can't help but speak up while Trixie walks over to hug her uncle Franklin.
Walter
(Sarcastic):
"The sofa bed? Lovely"
(Sarcastic):
"The sofa bed? Lovely"
Franklin looks over to Walter at his right with Trixie's blonde head on his left.
Franklin:
"Walter….we're happy to take the sofa bed."
"Walter….we're happy to take the sofa bed."
Trixie breaks from the hug as Billie does the eye roll to Walter, Trixie takes a little giggle at it but stays by Franklin's side.
Billie:
"I only have two bedrooms, Walter. Trixie and Honey are sharing a room. Men are supposed to take the less comfortable option, gentlemen and all that."
"I only have two bedrooms, Walter. Trixie and Honey are sharing a room. Men are supposed to take the less comfortable option, gentlemen and all that."
Walter unwraps his scarf off and hangs it on the wooden rack. Trixie taps her thigh with her finger, eagerly awaiting something as Walter tilts his head to Billie in a smidge of a sassy move.
Walter:
"At least you finally admit the sofa bed isn't comfy."
"At least you finally admit the sofa bed isn't comfy."
Trixie found it very amusing but decided to add to the family banter.
TRIXIE:
"Gentlemen don't complain about beds, Walter."
"Gentlemen don't complain about beds, Walter."
Honey comes back in as Billie just does a cut in the air with her hand, the group knew it meant they were cutting sofa bed discussion dead and Billie turns to Honey while Trixie looks Franklin's way to try and get his attention.
Billie Smith:
"Honey, are you going to help me with the family gingerbread cookies like last year?"
"Honey, are you going to help me with the family gingerbread cookies like last year?"
HONEY:
"Try and stop me, Auntie Billie."
"Try and stop me, Auntie Billie."
Honey walked down the hallway to the kitchen at the end of the room, past the staircase as Billie followed her but gave a look over her shoulder to Franklin, a look that said it all as Franklin pressed his lips tightly together and took a sigh. Before Trixie could get Franklin's attention, Walter spoke up to him.
Walter:
"I'm going to just use the facilities, we should have took a bathroom break on the drive from the airport."
"I'm going to just use the facilities, we should have took a bathroom break on the drive from the airport."
Walter goes off as Franklin finally turns to Trixie and looks her up and down.
Franklin Smith:
"You look beautiful! I love that skirt on you, but pink isn't a christmas color. And where is that ugly christmas sweater Walter bought you last year?"
"You look beautiful! I love that skirt on you, but pink isn't a christmas color. And where is that ugly christmas sweater Walter bought you last year?"
Trixie just pulls a jokingly surprised face and shakes her head which Franklin chuckles to.
TRIXIE:
"He didn’t get me that this year….did he?"
"He didn’t get me that this year….did he?"
Franklin Smith:
"No. I took care of the gifts this year, don't fret."
"No. I took care of the gifts this year, don't fret."
TRIXIE:
"Good."
"Good."
Trixie says and looks away a little but takes a step closer, taking a bold step to speak up.
TRIXIE:
"Do you mind if I ask you something?"
"Do you mind if I ask you something?"
Franklin Smith:
"What do you need to ask?"
"What do you need to ask?"
Franklin turned his body fully to Trixie who, uncharacteristically, scratched her neck and squeezed her lips together, trying to summon the courage to express vocally what was on her mind.
TRIXIE:
"Ok…but before I tell you, you promise you'll not say anything?"
"Ok…but before I tell you, you promise you'll not say anything?"
Franklin Smith:
"Of course. I'm your uncle, Trix Trix. You can tell me absolutely anything. You didn't get me a gift? Oh no…you bought me and Walter an ugly Christmas spite sweater each…"
"Of course. I'm your uncle, Trix Trix. You can tell me absolutely anything. You didn't get me a gift? Oh no…you bought me and Walter an ugly Christmas spite sweater each…"
Franklin starts going off on a trail to mild hysterics and Trixie shakes her head to cut him off.
TRIXIE:
"I've started…well…wrestling."
"I've started…well…wrestling."
Franklin's eyebrows shot up so fast it wasn't even funny but then he holds his mouth and tuts, Trixie knew exactly why.
TRIXIE:
"I know how my Mom is, she refuses to work when the Casino hosts little events and won't watch it on the Television."
"I know how my Mom is, she refuses to work when the Casino hosts little events and won't watch it on the Television."
Franklin Smith:
"Yes, yes, yes. I know Sis is, you could say…Anti-Wrestling now, she used to come to shows I was commentating but now….I wouldn't tell her that at all."
"Yes, yes, yes. I know Sis is, you could say…Anti-Wrestling now, she used to come to shows I was commentating but now….I wouldn't tell her that at all."
Franklin says holding her arms and making direct eye contact as Trixie gives him a nod and looks to the kitchen.
TRIXIE:
"I know. It's definitely hard."
"I know. It's definitely hard."
Franklin Smith:
"So…When did you start? How's it been going?"
"So…When did you start? How's it been going?"
Trixie first met him with a nice smile, deeply appreciative of his interest in her and felt a wave of words come to her that she'd had for a long time but not been able to talk about the wrestling gig.
TRIXIE:
"I took my first ever match in New York for this touring independent promotion and I've been doing incredibly well there, so far I haven't lost, there's this one girl who HATES…I mean HATES my guts and we even teamed together and won a title shot but she basically walked out of it so I'm now teaming with this other guy for that. I've also been doing some work here in Vegas, this place called Women's Wrestling Unlimited saw the independent's show here, saw me get a win over that girl who hates me with these two boys and asked me to work with them. It's been really…really fun, hard work."

Franklin Smith:
"Oh obviously. It's not an easy gig. It's honestly backbreaking work."
"Oh obviously. It's not an easy gig. It's honestly backbreaking work."
TRIXIE:
"You can say that again! They even have a move called a backbreaker, I'm still…what they call green but my trainer's honestly amazing and I'm picking it all up very quickly."
"You can say that again! They even have a move called a backbreaker, I'm still…what they call green but my trainer's honestly amazing and I'm picking it all up very quickly."
Trixie says taking another look to the kitchen and Franklin holds his chin and taps his cheek with his finger.
Franklin Smith:
"So how have you been going to the tour events without Billie knowing? I know where Honey is always."
"So how have you been going to the tour events without Billie knowing? I know where Honey is always."
TRIXIE:
"I've kind of been telling her I've been going to see my boyfriend."
"I've kind of been telling her I've been going to see my boyfriend."
Franklin nods and remembering and earlier conversation as he squints his eyes and looks to the photo of Honey and Trixie covered in paint from a paint party, he turns back to Trixie.
Franklin Smith:
"Saaayyy, this boyfriend isn't a business man by any chance?"
"Saaayyy, this boyfriend isn't a business man by any chance?"
TRIXIE:
"Oh….no. He's never in a suit. Let's just say he's often shirtless and wears trunks….if you get what I mean."
"Oh….no. He's never in a suit. Let's just say he's often shirtless and wears trunks….if you get what I mean."
Trixie says hinting to something and Franklin nods with a big grin, making Trixie smile.
Franklin Smith:
"I know exactly what you mean. "
"I know exactly what you mean. "
Billie now comes storming out of the kitchen and Franklin sees Billie's eyes are on Trixie, knowing his sister well, he leaves her to go off to the kitchen.
Franklin Smith
(Whispering to self):
"Surfer…I knew it."
(Whispering to self):
"Surfer…I knew it."
Billie steps up to Trixie who puts on a friendly and innocent smile.
Billie Smith:
"Trixie Smith, what is this I hear about you going to Australia?"
"Trixie Smith, what is this I hear about you going to Australia?"
Hearing her name in such a manner, she blinked and inhaled before pulling a confused face with her eyes wide to the Australia.
TRIXIE:
"What do you mean?"
"What do you mean?"
Billie Smith:
"Honey told me you're going to Australia, to some city I can't remember the name of. Care to explain?"
"Honey told me you're going to Australia, to some city I can't remember the name of. Care to explain?"
TRIXIE:
"Ok…I'm going to Australia in January for an audition, the one I told you about…"
"Ok…I'm going to Australia in January for an audition, the one I told you about…"
Trixie says looking at her mom roll her eyes in thought and remembering. Billie then turns her head and squints her left eye curiously.
Billie Smith:
"The one on January twenty-seventh? Are you moving out there?"
"The one on January twenty-seventh? Are you moving out there?"
TRIXIE:
"Yes…"
"Yes…"
Billie looked upwards at the sound of yes and Trixie quickly spoke up a little louder.
TRIXIE (CONT'D):
"To the audition, I'm not moving there, I'm coming back home, silly."
"To the audition, I'm not moving there, I'm coming back home, silly."
Trixie says again reaching forward to rub her shoulders and watches a sigh of big relief come over her mother as she has to pull her in and hug her daughter.
Billie Smith:
"You had me worried then! Oh Trix Trix. I had no idea the audition was in Australia."
"You had me worried then! Oh Trix Trix. I had no idea the audition was in Australia."
TRIXIE:
"I must have forgot that part, Christmas and guests, my mind was scattered."
"I must have forgot that part, Christmas and guests, my mind was scattered."
Trixie chuckles and they separate as Trixie takes a big sigh of relief herself, feeling her blood pressure now decline and her stomach untighten.
Billie Smith:
"I thought you were going over there to move in with some boy."
"I thought you were going over there to move in with some boy."
TRIXIE
(SLIGHTLY HIGH PITCHED):
"No, I've got to keep single 'til we meet those cute guys you were telling me about."
(SLIGHTLY HIGH PITCHED):
"No, I've got to keep single 'til we meet those cute guys you were telling me about."
The doorbell rings and both Bilie and Trixie look genuinely puzzled at each other.
Billie Smith:
"Who could that be? I'll just go check on Honey and the gingerbread."
"Who could that be? I'll just go check on Honey and the gingerbread."
Billie says making a quick getaway to the kitchen as Trixie now opens the door. She looks to have seen a ghost as standing before her is a man standing 6'3". His fashion choice was very much 1970 with a huge collar on the shirt with a bow tie undone. The shirts design can only be described as something from looking into a kaleidoscope and his shirt was open with his hairy chest on display. He had on a white blazer with the pants up high with black shoes to complete the outfit. The man had a very busy beard and his hair was up in an afro, Trixie had only seen two white men with an afro, him and Bob Ross.
TRIXIE
(HUSHED SURPRISE):
"Jackie! What are you doing here?"
(HUSHED SURPRISE):
"Jackie! What are you doing here?"
Jackie took a grin as he impulsively looked Trixie up and down, admiring the legs on display, the chest he could view, he started to fare up.
Jackie:
"Whoa…You're always a breath-taking sight."
"Whoa…You're always a breath-taking sight."
Jackie tried to stop himself looking her over again but his eyes did so and he started clenching his hands, struggling with something.
TRIXIE:
"Have you taken your Anafranil?"
"Have you taken your Anafranil?"
Jackie starts to twitch in his right eye and chuckles rubbing the back of his neck.
Jackie:
"No…I've run out like two days ago, you don't have any, do you? I'm feeling right urges but I wanted to take your offer up for Christmas."
"No…I've run out like two days ago, you don't have any, do you? I'm feeling right urges but I wanted to take your offer up for Christmas."
Trixie looked to her left from him and remembered in the midst of her last win, she had invited him in the spirit of the moment and holiday.
TRIXIE:
"Are you going to be ok?"
"Are you going to be ok?"
Jackie:
"Yeah, I'll be ok. I forgot how…."
"Yeah, I'll be ok. I forgot how…."
Jackie grits his teeth.
Jackie:
"Sexxxay Vegas was."
"Sexxxay Vegas was."
TRIXIE:
"Ok look. My mom has NO IDEA, none whatsoever that I'm wrestling and she won't know I'm wrestling either. I've told her I'm auditioning when we have our tag title match so YOU are going to introduce yourself as an ACTOR, not a wrestler. I mean it, Jackie Stang."
"Ok look. My mom has NO IDEA, none whatsoever that I'm wrestling and she won't know I'm wrestling either. I've told her I'm auditioning when we have our tag title match so YOU are going to introduce yourself as an ACTOR, not a wrestler. I mean it, Jackie Stang."
Trixie says folding her arms up and looking to Jackie who takes a long exhale.
Jackie Stang:
"I gotcha, don't be worrying. We already scored the audition anyway, we gotta shoot a scene here where I win you in a poker game….then marry ya."
"I gotcha, don't be worrying. We already scored the audition anyway, we gotta shoot a scene here where I win you in a poker game….then marry ya."
Jackie says licking his teeth as he looks her down again.
Jackie Stang:
"Too bad there was no honeymoon scene."
"Too bad there was no honeymoon scene."
Trixie took a moment to slyly smile but wiped it off herself to be totally serious.
TRIXIE:
"I've read the script, but Jackie…please. No wrestling talk, follow my lead."
"I've read the script, but Jackie…please. No wrestling talk, follow my lead."
Trixie invites him in as Jackie walks with her to the kitchen, Trixie looking over her shoulder as Jackie glances down to see her wagon she's dragging and then looks away highly tensed, with an internal struggle and rubs the back of his head. He pulls out a stick of spearmint gum and uses it to keep his mind off Trixie as she stops at the kitchen door and just gives him a stare to be ready.
TRIXIE'S MOTHER'S HOME (KITCHEN) - LAS VEGAS, NV - WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 23RD, 2015
Honey has her hair quickly fixed by Billie as Walter gives her such an offended glare from behind when Trixie walks in presenting her friend; Jackie to the family. Walter looks peculiar to him with Franklin narrowing his eyes, oddly recognizing him as Billie is greatly taken back and Honey gives him a friendly smile.
TRIXIE:
"Everyone…I'd like for you to meet a fellow Actor who is coming with me to Australia. Meet Ja-"
"Everyone…I'd like for you to meet a fellow Actor who is coming with me to Australia. Meet Ja-"
Trixie realizes she's saying his real name and opts for a fake one.
TRIXIE:
"aames Turrell. James Turrell."
"aames Turrell. James Turrell."
Jackie furrows his brow at her calling him such a name but scratches his eyebrow as he looks over Billie and Honey.
HONEY:
"Hi James…I like your hair."
"Hi James…I like your hair."
Walter
(UNDER HIS BREATH):
"He looks like a human chimney sweep brush."
(UNDER HIS BREATH):
"He looks like a human chimney sweep brush."
Franklin would have asked him to be nice if it wasn't for him recognizing the man and walked over to Honey to stand next to her.
Jackie Stang:
"Hel-low Trixie clan. I'm…James…and I'd like to say Trixie has told me all about you but I'd be a bold face liar."
"Hel-low Trixie clan. I'm…James…and I'd like to say Trixie has told me all about you but I'd be a bold face liar."
Trixie shoots him a look, taking a little offense to the name.
Jackie Stang (cont'd):
"But I'm glad to be here for Christmas."
"But I'm glad to be here for Christmas."
Billie gives Trixie a few alerting glances.
Billie
(FALSELY QUIZZICAL):
"Oh..you're staying for Christmas? Trixie didn't tell me about this either…did you Trix Trix? I wish I had known you were coming."
(FALSELY QUIZZICAL):
"Oh..you're staying for Christmas? Trixie didn't tell me about this either…did you Trix Trix? I wish I had known you were coming."
Jackie clearly takes a big breath at hearing her term of phrase and chuckles to brush it off, chewing the gum a little harder as the oven timer goes off.
HONEY:
"Gingerbread is done!"
"Gingerbread is done!"
Honey turns to bend forward with oven mitts on to get the tray out, Jackie glances down to her backside and looks away, rubbing his neck rather firmly it leaves a red mark as Franklin bites his tongue and clearly didn't like him checking Honey out.
Franklin Smith:
"Honey, while the gingerbread cool, you and Trixie go upstairs and maybe put a sweater on, it could get cold and you don't want to be sick over the holidays."
"Honey, while the gingerbread cool, you and Trixie go upstairs and maybe put a sweater on, it could get cold and you don't want to be sick over the holidays."
Honey sets down her tray on the side as she looks to Franklin a little confused but complies without any argument.
HONEY:
"Ok…."
"Ok…."
Trixie opens the door for Honey and Jackie deliberately walks away before she passes him to the sink, leaning back on it but gripping the side firmly, breathing a little more.
Jackie Stang:
"Can I have…"
"Can I have…"
Jackie coughs into his hand.
Jackie Stang:
"Can I have a glass of water or something?"
"Can I have a glass of water or something?"
Billie instead pours him a glass of egg nog and passes him the glass, walking closely to him, taking in the sight of the tallest man in the room with Franklin and Walter at 5'10" and 5'11" respectively.
Billie:
"It's more festive to have some 'nog."
"It's more festive to have some 'nog."
Jackie takes the cup and gives her a little ok sign with his hand and starts drinking with heavy gulps. Billie stays next to him as Franklin and Walter eye him from across the room.
TRIXIE'S MOTHER'S HOME (TRIXIE'S BEDROOM) - LAS VEGAS, NV - WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 23RD, 2015
In Trixie's bedroom, Honey sits on Trixie's one and a half single bed with her little suitcase as Trixie had changed into some black trousers. Trixie opens her closet up and reaches in to pick out a Christmas sweater of a reindeer banner above and below a snowflake.
TRIXIE:
"Look, Honey. I have this lovely sweater for Christmas and a hat to match."
"Look, Honey. I have this lovely sweater for Christmas and a hat to match."
Trixie puts on the hat to match as Honey gives her cousin a big nod and then pulls out the exact same sweater from her backpack and the same hat too as she puts on the sweater first.
HONEY:
"I have the exact same! See, we're matching."
"I have the exact same! See, we're matching."
Trixie's first look was silent rage at being copied, not enjoying the fact her outfit had been copied but then gave a very quick smile.
TRIXIE
(FALSELY SPEAKING NICE):
"Oh…how nice. It looks great on you….too."
(FALSELY SPEAKING NICE):
"Oh…how nice. It looks great on you….too."
HONEY:
"Thanks. I'm so glad I didn't get you one for Christmas now. Like, I didn't want to buy you something you had."
"Thanks. I'm so glad I didn't get you one for Christmas now. Like, I didn't want to buy you something you had."
Trixie whips off her hat as soon as she sees Honey put hers on.
TRIXIE:
"Mmhm."
"Mmhm."
HONEY:
"So that James guy…Is he your boyfriend?"
"So that James guy…Is he your boyfriend?"
TRIXIE
(ADAMANTLY):
"No."
(ADAMANTLY):
"No."
Honey then looks a little confused as she digs out of her pocket the flyer Trixie immediately recognized and Trixie snatches it from her.
HONEY:
"He's on the flyer and you're together so I thought you were advertising you're a couple."
"He's on the flyer and you're together so I thought you were advertising you're a couple."
TRIXIE
(STERNLY-SPOKEN):
"Where did you get this?"
(STERNLY-SPOKEN):
"Where did you get this?"
HONEY:
"I found it in the living room when I was-"
"I found it in the living room when I was-"
TRIXIE
(STERNLY-SPOKEN):
"You know you're a guest here, right? You shouldn't be nosy."
(STERNLY-SPOKEN):
"You know you're a guest here, right? You shouldn't be nosy."
Honey blinks a couple of times before twiddling her thumbs and Trixie glares at her while tossing her hat back into the closet shelf of her hats in a fit.
HONEY:
"I wasn't being nosy, the flyer was practically out of the people's magazine and I saw your picture through the table glass….I'm sorry."
"I wasn't being nosy, the flyer was practically out of the people's magazine and I saw your picture through the table glass….I'm sorry."
TRIXIE'S MOTHER'S HOME (KITCHEN) - LAS VEGAS, NV - WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 23RD, 2015
Franklin walks out with Walter to the dining room per Franklin pulling on Walter's wrist and Jackie takes a large exhale as he downs the glass in a full one go. Billie reaches up to grab his glass and touch fingers which makes Jackie sharply inhale through his nose. Billie takes the glass and starts washing it up in the sink.
Billie Smith:
"So…James. What do you do?"
"So…James. What do you do?"
Jackie Stang:
"I err, I do the acting gig now, like what's her name…Trixie said. But I did used to run a little business out in Flint, Michigan for a few months."
"I err, I do the acting gig now, like what's her name…Trixie said. But I did used to run a little business out in Flint, Michigan for a few months."
Billie Smith:
"Oh? What type of business?"
"Oh? What type of business?"
Jackie Stang (V.O):
"Fuck…can't say wresting…can't say wrestling promotion, damn she's hot….think man! Come on, what biz did we do? Trixie's mom…wow."
"Fuck…can't say wresting…can't say wrestling promotion, damn she's hot….think man! Come on, what biz did we do? Trixie's mom…wow."
Jackie looks her over and presses his tongue to the roof of his mouth eyes pinpointing on the corner of the room as he thinks, then looks down to Billie's breasts before her eyes. Billie notices the eyes wandering on almost instinct, she narrows her eyes a little and gauges his interest as total attraction for her.
Jackie Stang:
"I did a boxing promotion, but I couldn't run it, my head was never clear, even when I fought in it myself, I was corrupt as fuck. My addiction was strong then and I let it run me."
"I did a boxing promotion, but I couldn't run it, my head was never clear, even when I fought in it myself, I was corrupt as fuck. My addiction was strong then and I let it run me."
Billie Smith:
"Addiction, darling? Like drugs?"
"Addiction, darling? Like drugs?"
Jackie Stang (V.O):
"Did I say addiction? You fucking idiot..."
"Did I say addiction? You fucking idiot..."
Jackie shakes his head and pulls out his necklace with a 6 weeks pendant on it.
Jackie Stang:
"I'm in a cheap ass support group, there's alcoholics, gamblers, the odd druggo but I'm down under…sex addiction, and I've managed to kick off it for a whole six weeks."
"I'm in a cheap ass support group, there's alcoholics, gamblers, the odd druggo but I'm down under…sex addiction, and I've managed to kick off it for a whole six weeks."
Billie Smith:
"Oh..Oh well, that is why you're all shaky?....and tense?"
"Oh..Oh well, that is why you're all shaky?....and tense?"
Jackie looks down to her supportive rub on his arm.
Jackie Stang:
"I've been taking medication but…..I fucking hate taking it. I wanna be able to live my life without depending on popping a pill to keep the demon out."
"I've been taking medication but…..I fucking hate taking it. I wanna be able to live my life without depending on popping a pill to keep the demon out."
Billie Smith:
"The demon?"
"The demon?"
Jackie Stang:
"Yeah. On the shit I'm more or less depressed as fuck, but without them it's like craving sugar but you just want a woman and me personally, I get rage issues when I need my fix, like a cookie from the cookie jar…then hearing I can't have it? I get antsy, I get angry, but I never do it without consent. I'm headstrong in that point but I can't relax one evening, I gotta go clubbin' and find a girl to screw."

Billie Smith:
"That sounds like an awful time. The lesser of two evils is probably taking the pills."
"That sounds like an awful time. The lesser of two evils is probably taking the pills."
Billie says showing compassion and understanding but her hand is clearly on his arm.
Jackie Stang:
"No, they're equally as bad as each other. It feels like food with no flavor and I just live to live on that shitty spectrum."
"No, they're equally as bad as each other. It feels like food with no flavor and I just live to live on that shitty spectrum."
TRIXIE'S MOTHER'S HOME (TRIXIE'S BEDROOM) - LAS VEGAS, NV - WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 23RD, 2015
Trixie shows Honey the flyer and sits on the bed next to Honey.
TRIXIE:
"Honey….What I'm about to tell you must be secret. Please….I need you to keep this a secret from my mom, auntie Billie, ok?"
"Honey….What I'm about to tell you must be secret. Please….I need you to keep this a secret from my mom, auntie Billie, ok?"
Honey gives her a nod as she looks up with a little hope that she hadn't hurt Trixie. Honey does a cross on her heart and holds her hand up.
HONEY:
"Honey promise I won't tell ANYONE."
"Honey promise I won't tell ANYONE."
Trixie knew that to be very true, as soon as she heard it, she relaxed a little, her shoulders falling back.
TRIXIE:
"Ok….this flyer isn't me advertising myself as a couple. That guy there…that's my tag team partner in wrestling…"
"Ok….this flyer isn't me advertising myself as a couple. That guy there…that's my tag team partner in wrestling…"
Honey looks a little confused and pulls out the remote to swap the TV playing a rerun of friends onto the guide and finds the wrestling news broadcast to show highlights of a wrestler by the name of Matthew Shields against Fujio Ikama, Ikama much broader than Matthew Shields as the highlights show Matthew being rocked by the japanese star but a comeback and finally finishing with a backslide driver. Honey points to the screen a little in shock Trixie meant that.
HONEY:
"You mean like that?"
"You mean like that?"
Trixie nods and rests her hands on her lap.
TRIXIE:
"Yes."
"Yes."
HONEY:
"But…why aren't you on TV? Like, why don't you get to be on there like that beard guy?"
"But…why aren't you on TV? Like, why don't you get to be on there like that beard guy?"
TRIXIE:
"Well…I'm not working for the big television ones like Boardwalk Wrestling or ECWF or NGW, because…..to properly start wrestling you have to work independents before you even think about Television."
"Well…I'm not working for the big television ones like Boardwalk Wrestling or ECWF or NGW, because…..to properly start wrestling you have to work independents before you even think about Television."
HONEY:
"I don't know. If I did the wrestling I would be on TV straight away."
"I don't know. If I did the wrestling I would be on TV straight away."
Trixie chuckles as Honey doesn't see what's humorous at all.
TRIXIE:
"You would lose a lot then Honey."
"You would lose a lot then Honey."
Honey disagrees with a shake of her head and a sassy wag of her finger.
HONEY:
"No I wouldn't."
"No I wouldn't."
Trixie just puts her arm around Honey and adjusts her hat to sit on her head properly, having fallen slightly from her head shake.
TRIXIE:
"I'm not going to squabble, it's Christmas."
"I'm not going to squabble, it's Christmas."
TRIXIE'S MOTHER'S HOME (KITCHEN) - LAS VEGAS, NV - WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 23RD, 2015
Billie gives Jackie a second drink, something a little stronger than egg nog and he downs it all in one shot.
Billie Smith:
"I admire your strength, truly I do. Six weeks is tough….has me thinking it would take a special woman to bring out the demon you spoke of."
"I admire your strength, truly I do. Six weeks is tough….has me thinking it would take a special woman to bring out the demon you spoke of."
Jackie gets his glass filled up and he drinks it down again to calm his nerves, nodding in agreement to her point.
Jackie Stang:
"It does, will, would take a very special girl."
"It does, will, would take a very special girl."
Billie Smith:
"I'm glad you agree, Darling. Trixie is single."
"I'm glad you agree, Darling. Trixie is single."
Jackie Stang:
"She said she's single?"
"She said she's single?"
Jackie pokes his tongue down to his bottom lip pocket, looking slightly weird at her from hearing the single news.
Billie Smith:
"And as of today, so am I."
"And as of today, so am I."
Before Jackie can say anything, Billie slowly moves in, looking at his eyes with the odd glance down to his lips, Jackie's breathing surmounts as she gets close, the perfume traveling to his nose and he stands still as Billie meets his lips for a kiss which lasts for only two seconds before Jackie takes his hands to her and holds her close, to press her body into his and looks down at her as she breaks the kiss.
Jackie Stang:
"You cheeky, little temptress."
"You cheeky, little temptress."
Billie Smith:
"I'm no temptress, darling. Follow me."
"I'm no temptress, darling. Follow me."
Billie walks to the kitchen door and looks over her shoulder to see Jackie leap off the counter he was leaning against and rush towards her, she takes his hand and leads him into the hallway and the pitter patter of walking upstairs is heard.

TRIXIE:
"Well…I do get a few men looking when I walk out in them."
"Well…I do get a few men looking when I walk out in them."
Honey then hands back the top and shorts but puts the boots up against her leg to see how they look.
TRIXIE:
"But Honey, you can't tell anyone about this."
"But Honey, you can't tell anyone about this."
Honey then looks up to Trixie from peering at how her legs looked in the boot.

Billie begins by removing Jackie's shirt off with expertly unbuttoning his shirt and pushes it off his shoulders and down his arms with such fluidity it impresses him greatly with as he speaks up.
Jackie Stang:
"Don't tell Trixie about this."
"Don't tell Trixie about this."
Billie answers with a push to knock Jackie down on the bed and smirks at the man before her.

Franklin turns to the girls as Honey leaps off the second to bottom step to hug Franklin.
HONEY:
"Hi Daddy."
"Hi Daddy."
Walter and Franklin catch each other's eyes with a similar look Billie and Franklin shared earlier. Trixie stood on the stairs again a little envious of Honey with her dads. Trixie walks down the stairs as Franklin jingles his keys.
Franklin Smith:
"So girls, are we going out to get the food? It's a tradition and all."
"So girls, are we going out to get the food? It's a tradition and all."
TRIXIE:
"Totally."
"Totally."
Honey and Trixie follow Franklin out as Walter mans the door behind him, hearing very feint laughs and moans and just shakes his head as he closes the door shut.

The girls look to each other and Trixie smiles her way, liking they're on the same wave link, food was where they could do the same. In the front of the car, Walter and Franklin just glance at each other.
Walter
(UNDER HIS BREATH):
"Sisters, clearly."
(UNDER HIS BREATH):
"Sisters, clearly."
Franklin looks to him as he hears it clear as day and looks back to see Honey showing Trixie a few photos on her phone.

TRIXIE'S MOTHER'S HOME (BILLIE'S BEDROOM) - LAS VEGAS, NV - WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 23RD, 2015
Jackie sits on the bed buttoning his shirt up with Billie dressing behind him, he's deliberately avoiding looking at her until she's dressed up but Billie is keen to converse with him as the bed is in shambles and the dresser with her bottles of perfumes and tip jar have been knocked over.
Billie Smith:
"That was definitely an experience, James."
"That was definitely an experience, James."
Jackie Stang:
"You definitely did your part."
"You definitely did your part."
Billie Smith:
"That'll show Jerry you don't dump someone on Christmas time."
"That'll show Jerry you don't dump someone on Christmas time."
Jackie went to look over his shoulder but stopped himself, knowing what he'd see and what it'd so, he rapidly changed direction and clears his throat.
Jackie Stang:
"Revenge sex is some of the best."
"Revenge sex is some of the best."
Billie Smith:
"I will drink to that."
"I will drink to that."
Billie says getting herself fully dressed and coats herself in some deodorant and fresh perfume as Jackie gets fully dressed up and ties his laces and holds out his pendant before dropping it in Billie's wastebasket.
Billie Smith:
"We better get downstairs, I think the girls and boys will be back with dinner."
"We better get downstairs, I think the girls and boys will be back with dinner."
Jackie Stang:
"We did work up an appetite."
"We did work up an appetite."
Billie gives him a sly nod with a wicked smile to agree and has him leave first, not before slapping his face on his way out.
TRIXIE'S MOTHER'S HOME (HALLWAY) - LAS VEGAS, NV - WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 23RD, 2015
Billie opens the door for Trixie and company to come in as Trixie passes off the carrier bag with a few sandwiches in, Honey comes in and Franklin frantically follows her, eyeballing Jackie as he comes out the living room and acts as a human shield to block Jackie from gazing at Honey. Walter comes in and closes the door as he and Walter head to the dining room.
TRIXIE:
"Jackie…did you? Have you kept quiet?"
"Jackie…did you? Have you kept quiet?"
Jackie Stang:
"I've kept the secret, let's say that. Your mom kept calling me James."
"I've kept the secret, let's say that. Your mom kept calling me James."
Jackie says rubbing the back of his neck and was less gazing upon Trixie who was currently focused on their big lie.
TRIXIE:
"Ok…good. Just keep it up until after Christmas."
"Ok…good. Just keep it up until after Christmas."
Jackie Stang:
"I've kept it up."
"I've kept it up."
Trixie smiles and takes a very relaxing breath as she feels and notices his stares down her body again.
TRIXIE:
"Oh sweetie… I wish you had gone and got your Anafranil."
"Oh sweetie… I wish you had gone and got your Anafranil."
Trixie says leading him into the dining room.

In the dining room, Trixie saw Honey standing next to Billie as they started passing plates to seat six people, just enough places at the table and start going through the sandwiches.
HONEY:
"Daddy, here is your BLT"
"Daddy, here is your BLT"
Honey says passing Franklin just to her left the six-inch sandwich wrapped up as Trixie and Jackie took a seat next to each other with Jackie facing Billie at either side of the head of the table, Trixie sitting opposite Walter. Honey next passes Franklin another, Walter holds his hand out assuming it's his.
HONEY:
"Here is….James's Spicy Italian, Trixie ordered for you since we didn't know."
"Here is….James's Spicy Italian, Trixie ordered for you since we didn't know."
Franklin takes the sandwich and passes it to Walter who looks a little annoyed it isn't his and passes it along to Jackie.
Jackie Stang:
"It's my favorite one."
"It's my favorite one."
Billie digs out the napkins as she misses Jackie look to Trixie and Trixie back at Jackie, honestly touched she remembered his favorite one from their many times they had subway sandwiches on tour.
Jackie Stang:
"Thanks, Trixie."
"Thanks, Trixie."
TRIXIE:
"You're welcome…..James."
"You're welcome…..James."
Honey now digs out another sandwich for Billie and passes it straight to her.
HONEY:
"Auntie, here is your roast chicken one, I didn't know if you wanted a foot long or six-inches so we got you six."
"Auntie, here is your roast chicken one, I didn't know if you wanted a foot long or six-inches so we got you six."
Billie Smith:
"That's alright, I had something a little bigger earlier."
"That's alright, I had something a little bigger earlier."
Billie says and gets a look from Walter but her look goes straight to Jackie sitting opposite her with the rest of the table oblivious.
HONEY:
"Here's yours Walter."
"Here's yours Walter."
Honey pulls out a foot long sandwich and hands it to Franklin and he passes it to Walter and Honey finally picks out her own foot long sandwich.
Franklin Smith:
"There is no way you'll manage all that, Honey."
"There is no way you'll manage all that, Honey."
HONEY:
"I can."
"I can."
Honey says taking her seat as Jackie nods to agree.
Jackie Stang:
"I think she can."
"I think she can."
And gets daggers from Franklin who goes to unwrapping his food with everyone doing so. Billie pours everyone a glass of wine and they get passed down and Honey hands down a gingerbread man to Jackie with big afro hair icing, and beard to boot. Franklin and Walter the other two ginger bread men with their hair dead on, Honey had a lot of practice with them. Honey then passes Trixie her gingerbread woman and Billie hers and then puts her own down on the side plate as Billie raises her glass.
Billie Smith:
"Merry Almost Christmas everyone."
"Merry Almost Christmas everyone."
They all reach in to clink glasses with Walter looking at Honey and Trixie, Billie looking Jackie's way as does Franklin with more of a sour face than Billie's sly smile. Trixie looking to Franklin and then Honey and finally Jackie as they all pull back and sip on their wine and dig in to their subway sandwiches.
DEVLIN & TRIXIE'S HOME (MASTER BEDROOM) - LAS VEGAS, NV - FRIDAY, DECEMBER 23RD, 2016
Trixie lays absolutely passed out in the master bed, she usually slept on her side but the absence of the Redemption Wrestling owner left Trixie rolled over on her back, spread out taking all of the bed up in one of Devlin's grey shirts and her own blue pyjama bottoms with white cartoon cats on them. Devlin came in with a wooden tray with a cheese omelette with chives on top, a tall glass of orange juice and the number '23' spelled out in strawberry slices with a lovely circle around it in strawberry sauce as he sits it down on the end table with a small red card in a toast slice holder.
Devlin Scott:
"Trixie….Trixie wake up."
"Trixie….Trixie wake up."
Trixie did awake with a little bit of a nudge an found her mouth to be very dry, fortunately Devlin presented her with the orange juice and Trixie necked it down, gulp after gulp as she passed him the drink back, two-fifths of it remaining and sighs so satisfied.
TRIXIE:
"Thank you, Devie."
"Thank you, Devie."
Devlin now presents her with the breakfast and took a small stroll to her closet as Trixie set her eyes on the breakfast in front of her, starving.
TRIXIE:
"Someone's being a good boy for Santa."
"Someone's being a good boy for Santa."
Trixie teased as Devlin chuckles.
Devlin Scott:
"I have to be with you being extra naughty sometimes."
"I have to be with you being extra naughty sometimes."
Trixie gave him a deliberate confused look but as he held up a rather red pair of underwear, hers, reminding her of why she was so tired, why he was in such a good mood, she couldn't deny it and shut herself up with a mouthful of eggs, cheese and chives.
Devlin Scott:
"Trixie, do you remember the little heritage test we did two days ago after coming home from San Diego?"
"Trixie, do you remember the little heritage test we did two days ago after coming home from San Diego?"
Trixie quickly chases her bite with a drip of orange juice to wash it down and can speak up.
TRIXIE:
"Oh yes, I do. That was a fun day out too."
"Oh yes, I do. That was a fun day out too."
Devlin Scott:
"Well I actually got the results, that's what's in the envelope on the tray."
"Well I actually got the results, that's what's in the envelope on the tray."
TRIXIE:
"OH! I thought it was a christmas card, I was going to say it's a little early."
"OH! I thought it was a christmas card, I was going to say it's a little early."
Trixie says a little surprised and sets aside two-thirds of her omelette to open up the card as she reads it, looking a little confused by the results. Devlin walks over to her as she stares at the letter, giving her a tender kiss on her cheek and one to her neck while having his arm around her and her red underwear dangling from his hand.
Devlin Scott:
"I've been sleeping with a beautiful American, English and Norwegian girl…"
"I've been sleeping with a beautiful American, English and Norwegian girl…"
Trixie, however, wasn't in the mood for morning fun as she pushes her tray away and swings her legs down to the floor.
TRIXIE:
"Excuse me…"
"Excuse me…"
Trixie says walking away from Devlin in the bedroom. Devlin sensed something was up, he knew it wasn’t his breakfast and always knew she was up for morning fun mostly. He got himself off the bed and followed Trixie's footsteps to her in the bathroom, sitting down on the floor on a fuzzy rug, holding her legs with a blank stare.
Devlin Scott:
"Trixie…what's the matter?"
"Trixie…what's the matter?"
Trixie doesn't really answer him as she holds the results between her fingers, held up by friction before it falls out and wafts to the floor. Devlin takes a seat next to her.
Devlin Scott:
"I thought you'd be excited by your results. It means I can add you to-"
"I thought you'd be excited by your results. It means I can add you to-"
TRIXIE
(A LITTLE SOULESS):
"My dad is half-Norwegian and half-English."
(A LITTLE SOULESS):
"My dad is half-Norwegian and half-English."
Devlin looks at Trixie staring towards their shower and knew she wasn't thinking about the hot water as he rubs her shoulder comfortingly.
Devlin Scott:
"That is what the results say."
"That is what the results say."
Trixie keeps staring and speaks towards him.
TRIXIE
(SOFTLY):
"That's the first bit of information I've ever had on my dad."
(SOFTLY):
"That's the first bit of information I've ever had on my dad."
Devlin slowly started to understand, he knew Trixie had been raised by her mother and gave the top of her head a kiss.
Devlin Scott:
"I don't know what to say…"
"I don't know what to say…"
TRIXIE
(VOICE BREAKING):
"I know, it's just…I've never ever known him."
(VOICE BREAKING):
"I know, it's just…I've never ever known him."
Trixie says dropping her head down and swells with tears as Devlin is right there for her with a pulling hug, his cheek on the top of her head.
Devlin Scott:
"I know, I understand, maybe that was a bad idea for me to do, I wanted to learn all about you since we've been together for 6 months, I didn't realize."
"I know, I understand, maybe that was a bad idea for me to do, I wanted to learn all about you since we've been together for 6 months, I didn't realize."
Trixie lifts her head up from her knees.
TRIXIE:
"No, it's not your fault, Devie. What you did is very sweet and thoughtful. This is truly nice and I'm actually glad you've given me an incredible present, a little early."
"No, it's not your fault, Devie. What you did is very sweet and thoughtful. This is truly nice and I'm actually glad you've given me an incredible present, a little early."
Trixie does the smallest of chuckles with a few streams of tears already down her face as Devlin doesn't chuckle, playing it safe but smiles down at her. Trixie wipes under her eyes with her hand.
TRIXIE:
"I finally have a little piece of him. Thank you, Devlin."
"I finally have a little piece of him. Thank you, Devlin."
Trixie goes towards him to kiss his cheek and Devlin calls her back by the chin to kiss her lips, showing her he adores her even when she's cried which made her feel all the more wonderful.
TRIXIE:
"What were you going to say? Add me or something?"
"What were you going to say? Add me or something?"
Devlin clicked immediately where he left off and clears his throat to give the announcement, Trixie found the throat clear oddly amusing and cracked a smile despite the tiny wet eyes.
Devlin Scott:
"I want to add THE Trixie Champion and THE…NEW Genesis Champion to the Global Cup I announced at Winter Solstice."
"I want to add THE Trixie Champion and THE…NEW Genesis Champion to the Global Cup I announced at Winter Solstice."
Trixie gave him a surprised look and pulled him in for a big squeezing hug.
TRIXIE:
"Really?"
"Really?"
Devlin put his arms around her, still comforting her or in that mindset as he rubbed her back.
Devlin Scott:
"Of course."
"Of course."
Trixie gave him an even tighter squeeze as she pulled back totally happy by the news.
TRIXIE:
"Oh Devie! That's…That's another great present…save something for Christmas."
"Oh Devie! That's…That's another great present…save something for Christmas."
Devlin chuckles and can see she's much better, happy and excited for his tournament coming up as Trixie takes a tiny glance down and sees what her hug may have done to him, knowing she may have pressed one or two things into him and caused a certain natural reaction. Trixie gave him a smile and took him by the hand as she stands up.
TRIXIE:
"Come with me, someone deserves their own early Christmas present."
"Come with me, someone deserves their own early Christmas present."
Trixie says leading him out of the bathroom and Devlin follows her out and back towards their master bedroom.
TRIXIE'S MOTHER'S HOME (LIVING ROOM) - LAS VEGAS, NV - MONDAY, DECEMBER 26TH, 2016

ON-CAMERA
TRIXIE:
"Lilly, dear, sweet Lilly. You're in the right place. Redemption Wrestling is LITERALLY the thriving promotion on the block. There is no randomness, Devlin Scott books this promotion by the book and gives opportunity to everyone."
"Lilly, dear, sweet Lilly. You're in the right place. Redemption Wrestling is LITERALLY the thriving promotion on the block. There is no randomness, Devlin Scott books this promotion by the book and gives opportunity to everyone."
TRIXIE:
"I'm of course talking about the Global Cup. A big, HUGE Tournament featuring a lot of new people and some veterans……and some champions….and a certain double champion."
"I'm of course talking about the Global Cup. A big, HUGE Tournament featuring a lot of new people and some veterans……and some champions….and a certain double champion."
Trixie leans her left shoulder with the Genesis Title in and then leans her right shoulder with the Trixie Championship in.
TRIXIE:
"You're brand new and Honey was exactly the same, she signed a TV deal and started off a career….sadly she lost a fair few times and I actually did a bit of a google and saw you had the same treatment. Normally, the person in my positions is going to brag about the experience gap but, like I said, I have family who is in your shoes and I know the inexperienced like I was two years ago, they can totally be surprising. So…don't expect me to be getting all over-confident or making an example of you. I'm here for the big tournament, the Global Cup.
See in 2016 I accomplished in Redemption what I've been robbed of elsewhere. I flipped myself and ran a successful singles career. I captured two…TWO RW Titles and I'm going to be the very best Genesis Champion….Actually I'll be the Global Genesis Champion since Anton defended it around the United States...but…I'm the girl taking this title over to Japan….and Canada like I see on the horizon.
I have big plans for 2017 and the bracket I'm in, well I could end up going toe to toe with GOL's Rey of Reyes, my brother from another mother; Avery. Of course, I could also end up against Anton again…yawn…I'll just beat him a third time, or four times actually, since I have that two out of three falls match. Or I could totally beat the RW Heavyweight Champion Matthew, who seems to love, love, love the fact he's a flash in the pan man for my mom…"

Trixie then takes a little look down.
TRIXIE
(MUTTERING):
"And Champion…"
(MUTTERING):
"And Champion…"
Trixie then brushes her hair back with a tiny bit of struggle, the titles obstructing her but her smile so radiant shows she's got no issues with her titles being in the way.
TRIXIE:
"But that's all ahead of me, that's all horrible math probability stuff when I have to give you a third match. Same height, Same city, Same strengths nearly. We could have been sisters on paper but in the ring, well Lilly, I'm a champion standard and you're a newcomer, I've had a number of matches in the Redemption ring, I know it far better than you do and I will be using my smarts…mmmhmm, blonde girl with smarts…to my advantage."

Trixie offers a smile as she struggles a tinsy bit to point to the side of her forehead.
TRIXIE:
"I am the new Champion in Redemption, technically the second longest reigning one, Lils, and I have to now step up and bring even more to the wrestling ring. I'm not going to be coasting as your Trixie and Genesis Champion, I'm going to be working harder to fend off everyone from my titles….and the Global Cup.
I recently, very recently learned of some surprising heritage that gave me a little insight to who I am, my makeup as a person and I want to do more, I have walked around thinking I was totally an American girl but Norway is in my blood and I've neglected it for 21 years of my life. This Global cup is my chance to make up for it a little, and no offense to Italy but on New Years Day, I get to go to Japan and meet you in person, I get to essentially welcome you to Redemption Wrestling like the Ambassador or something. But don't expect a warm welcome, not until I hear the one, two, three and the totally lovely ring bell and announcer calling my name. Then you can hug the Genesis and Trixie Champion. Until then, you're sweetness won't go noticed, your my opponent and you're not going to fool me with it or lower my guard. See you in Japan and welcome to Redemption Wrestling."
