Brief Character Bio - Veteran grappler Journeyman Phillips is a seasoned pro of over thirty years. He spent the majority of his career as a hugely popular babyface to various degrees of success. After a decade in the wilderness he resurfaced in 2015 in Galveston Island Wrestling, picking up the Television Title and winning the hearts of independent wrestling fans all over again. After short spells in New Generation Wrestling, New Japan Fighting Championship, and the Western Wrestling Alliance he disappeared off the map, beset by injuries and personal heartache when his wife was diagnosed with dementia. Now, signed to Redemption Wrestling, he attempts to rekindle former glories by any means necessary, in a cry of desperation to make his wife remember him.
