Scene One
A Story To Tell
OFF SCREEN
In this scene we see Courtney looking at some of her pictures from when she was growing up in New Jersey and some of New York. She’s sitting at the table wearing blue jeans, white sneakers, and a black crop top and her leather jacket. Reminiscing the good ‘ole days of growing up around the people you care about in two different states.
Care to know about my life? It’s somewhat of a fairly normal one I guess you could say...I was born in New York, but got adopted early in my years and was raised in New Jersey, so I don’t remember much about my birth family just that I got a twin sister named Rianon who is married now, but that is besides the point.
I made a close friend and his name is Azarius Creed, we ended up being high school sweethearts at some point, but both decided to get into wrestling and eventually just moved our separate ways.
So, here I am today living in Orlando, Florida and engaged to the man of my dreams, Jacob Steele who’s known by his wrestling name, Raptor. He’s everything to me. We’ve got three dogs and a baby white tiger.
Scene Two
Young Lions Championship
ON SCREEN
So, here’s the thing...I had a lot going on which is why I didn’t appear at last week’s showing...I know, I know that is unusual for me to do, but like I said, I had a lot going on. So, I find out that tonight I am getting a title shot, but yet I am facing some guy named Jeremy, so this should be a fun night for sure.
Jeremy you think you know me? You think you know what I am capable of? Sweetheart, I think you are wrong for once in your life. Has your parents ever told you that? Or what about your girlfriend? Oh right, I think you don’t have one which is fine because most guys don’t, but then again most guys don’t look like you.
I may be a girl, but trust me I can sure kick some ass and I don’t care who’s ass it is that I kick. It can be yours or any female in the back thinking their the shit because they tell themselves that in the mirror...believe me Jeremy, you are in a rude awakening come tonight because I am leaving that ring as the NEW Young Lions Champion. See you soon darling.
I might have lost against my recent opponents, but that isn't going to stop me from kicking your ass and taking that Young Lions title where it truly belongs and that's with me, The Queen Courtney Leinart. I can't wait to finally show everyone in the backstage area here at Redemption Fed as well as the owners that I am here to stay, to kick ass, to take names, and to become the hottest female in the back because well we all know that I am the hottest female wrestler alive.
