This scene opens up with Jeremy training in a private state-of-the-art center with Cadence watching.
”Easy to see why you call yourself Living Greatness.”
”The perfect physique, a master strategist mind and the attitude of success. People are lucky to have any one of those. I’ve got all three.”
Cadence rolls her eyes and shakes her head. ”Sometimes, though, you seem like you could care less about anyone else.”
”Oh have I been neglecting you too much?”
”Maybe.” She giggles a little as he exits the ring.
”Then I’ll give you a chance. Ten second headstart before I catch you and show you this training helps me in other ways.”
”You mean you’re gonna try.”
”Seven seconds now.”
”No early Christmas for you.”
She takes off laughing and he soon rushes after her.

”Well, well, I may be known to have the patience of a saint but this chance has really been far too long in coming. Now I may not have secured the Genesis title because of Devlin’s insanity and bias, but when I become the premier Young Lions champion there will finally be proof that I am the champion his pathetic company has needed. It will be entirely my presence that will sell tickets and put Redemption on the map for good.
Young Lions champ. It’s a fitting name for a future king in this business as I am the king in so many other things. Another crown for my list, of course I will take that. And all that stands in my way is a pair of legs that is more concerned with selfies and Twitter followers than her own opponent. Well, I guess the serious competition decided to take the night off since they knew they couldn’t handle someone who is born better than all of them. I’ve said it how many times now, there is no one person in this business better than me. It would take five of either of the people in the world title match, or fifteen of both teams in the tag champ match or an arena full of every other title competitor to match me.
Oh I’m quite certain Courtney is going to ‘give it her best shot.’ That’s cute, but foolish. Best shots don’t win matches, being great does and I am Living Greatness. I am everything that people want to be and nothing is beyond my reach. And that Young Lions belt is mine at Winter Solstice.”
