** Entrance -

The Intro of 'Subtle Hustle is accompanied by Johnny Maverick strutting out from the curtain, accompanied by his girlfriends Danni and Mari.

I got the heat in both feets, snake handlers hands.
Come back with slickness and do it all again.'

Johnny's two girlfriends each carry one of his MMA gloves. Johnny sticks out his hands to them on either side of him and they put his gloves on him.

Once his gloves are secured, Mari takes a water bottle and squirts water in his mouth. Johnny turns his head and Danni puts his mouth guard in. Johnny starts to walk to the ring but his ladies stop him and give him a kiss on either cheek. Johnny fans himself with his hand like he is about to faint as Danni and Mari walk to the back.

'Now Im the media darling, pick it up, pick it up.
An international phenomenon, light it up, light it up.
(Say it again!) I cause eclipses (One more time!) with a wave of the hand.
(Say it again!) Let them hang in ellipses (One more time!) and do it all again.'

Johnny struts to the ring, moving with cockiness, swagger, and hustle.

Johnny hops up on the apron and takes a moment to lean back on the ropes and bask in how awesome he is before stepping through the top and middle rope and heading to a turnbuckle, stepping up and performing a 'hypnosis' waggly-fingered hand gesture to the audience.

'I got your number. I steal your thunder.
I got your mothers maiden name tattooed on my arm.'

Johnny goes to his corner and casually leans against it.

** Brief Character Bio - Johnny Maverick is a delightful punk rock asshole who believes with all of his heart he is the greatest fighter who ever lived. That ego makes him a little overbearing to some but fans have a soft spot for his often bizarre overly confident attitude (dubbed once in BWF as 'Schizo Swagger') and his desire to have a good time at all costs. Johnny is highly narcissistic, offensive, violent, sexual, so really just about perfect for the wrestling industry. Johnny has competed in more companies than he can bother counting and has a history of feuds with authority figures (at one point beating a GM for control of their company and then selling the company to the competition in exchange for a dollar for the soda machine. It ate his dollar). Johnny has had a rocky past filled with drug abuse and addiction but he has been clean and sober for 3 years now and is open and frank about his past with his fans, even sharing with them that he was briefly legally dead. Johnny's dual mantras are 'Never Give Up, Never Surrender, Never Relent' and 'Fuck Subtlety' and he does his best to live up to both of them. After the closing of IPW, Johnny was briefly blacklisted from performing due to Devlin Scott openly describing him as 'mentally unstable' but Johnny was able to annoy Devlin into hiring him on the condition they face each other in a match.

The first match never happened after Johnny spit in Devlin's face and they fought but Johnny won the second match and focused on rising to the top of the ranks of the singles division, cultivating a friendship with Adrien Cochrane along the way.
