Owner - Devlin Scott
Devlin Scott was born in Pittsburgh, PA. He attended Stanford, but dropped out his second year in to create and sell off a series of businesses including a media firm (OmniForce Media), a computer securities company (Protek Perfect Systems), and an adult venture (BangTube). He cashed in on the companies, among others, and sought out on his own into new ventures, one of which being the Wrestling School run by an idol of his, LC Jackson. Scott was a huge wrestling fan growing up and always wanted to be involved with the sport. His lack of natural talent when it came to sports shut that door, but backing Jackson's wrestling school was his way into the industry. Devlin took the school and formed NGSE (New Generation Sports Entertainment). Signed a television contract with AXS-TV for a bi-weekly show called Vendetta after a couple of successful TV specials. After a buyout of Anzac Pro Wrestling (APW), Scott lead the newly named New Generation Wrestling (NGW) into success. Further ventures included Indy Pro Wrestling (IPW) a local based promotion run by Charles "Dead Eye" James at first, and then by Hayden Phoenix. And finally, a developmental brand Alpha Rising, run by Marissa Page based in Youngstown, Ohio.
As the owner of the original three companies (NGW, IPW, and Alpha Rising), Scott has worked his magic to make a triumphant return. As he was forced to close the doors of the companies temporarily, he decided to bring the best of the three companies in an effort to launch a global force in the industry. Combining both established talent and champions, along with some of the younger and newer talent that was climbing the rankings in all three companies. Redemption Wrestling was created as a second go at things for Scott, for the talent that he has cultivated, and for the staff that he helped to bring to the forefront. He added West Coast Genesis to his portfolio as a developmental brand of Redemption Wrestling. He also got the rights back from his other three companies and plans on maintaining a Vault of old shows for current fans.
In September of 2017, Scott re-launched New Generation Wrestling as the global brand as it replaced Redemption Wrestling. West Coast Genesis is still maintained as the developmental brand.

General Manager - Amber Richards
Amber Richards joined New Generation Wrestling as a General Manager. Amber graduated from the Social Enemies wrestling academy in 2011 launching right into the Imperial Wrestling federation capturing their Ruby Championship, and Diamond Championship three times. After leaving IWF she ventured into VWS and LAW capturing LAW's tag team championships. After spending time in FSociety having matches with the likes of Damon Graves and others. Amber fell pregnant with her third child and took extended leave from the ring before receiving a phone call from Devlin Scott being brought in to help with NGW.
Ring Announcer - Shae Jackson
Shae was a hot young face that was a friend of Devlin Scott in Pittsburgh. She sought out being a model in New York City but unfortunately had to return home as she was not able to find consistent work. Shae was approached by Devlin to ring announce with the occasional in-ring interview as her way to get her face out there for all to be seen as she still dreams of being a model. For Shae, it is Paris and Milan, or bust!
After being with New Generation Wrestling since day one, Shae Jackson returns to a Devlin Scott promotion and announcers for Redemption Wrestling. She continued through the evolution of the company and is featured as NGW's Ring Announcer.

Referees - Ed Macintosh and Jamie Macintosh
Ed Macintosh has long been a friend of LC Jackson. He was a part-time trainer turned ref that would help the brand new talent get acquainted with some of the simplicities of the business. Once Scott purchased the company and decided to take it on a bigger scale he knew Ed was his man to ref the matches. Ed was promoted to head referee once his son was hired.
Jamie is the son of head ref, Ed Macintosh. Jamie is a wrestler turned referee as he was never able to handle to grueling injuries of professional wrestling. Under the study of his father and with the growth of NGSE, Jamie will tend to ref the lower card matches while his father will ref the main events and other important matches.

Commentary - Michael West, and Chris Barkley
Michael West was brought in by Devlin Scott as West had been an amateur wrestler in high school, and was doing sports locally in the Akron, Ohio area. Devlin Scott saw potential in him, and with his amateur background and growing up as a fan of professional wrestling, West made his debut with NGSE and continues to be a staple of the commentary team. West seems to have a slight heel lean towards the talent. He continues with the NGW re-brand.
Chris Barkley is a former All-American Amateur Wrestler and local professional wrestler. He never made it big time, but was able to help mentor and work with some bigger names in the industry today. Barkley was the lead in IPW, and joined what was Redemption and it now NGW to the commentary team. He generally favors face talents.

Interviewers - Hannah Lacey and Richard Kelly
Hannah was a communications major in college and has done local news casting on the weekend in the Northeast Ohio area. Devlin Scott saw the need for a backstage and in-ring interviewer/reporter, so he decided to reach out to her. As NGSE grows, it was only a matter of time before an official interviewer was needed. She continued as the lead interviewer with Redemption and now that NGW has re-branded.
Richard Kelly is a local Indy sports radio personality that has spent many years in various markets, bouncing from station to station. Kelly seemingly gets fired for his hot takes that are deemed too controversial. He was a commentator for Indy Pro Wrestling, but joined Redemption and now the re-branded NGW as a backstage interviewer.
Hannah tends to lean more towards the babyfaces, while Kelly leans more towards the heels.
An upstart young media talent looks to test her skills inside of the ring as the announcer for WCG.
