FLASHBACK
Allyce: "Yeah we are.... what're plans for tonight?"
Alechs: "You go on upstairs and take a shower. Put on something cute but comfy."
He smiles.
Allyce:"Alright, I will"
She heads upstairs so she could
She takes a shower as he uses the spare shower in the basement. As she comes out of the shower, the house was quiet. She heard some music coming from the backyard.
She looks around before heading outside. She wasn't sure what he had planned.
Allyce:"León?"
Alechs:"Out here, Bicho."
She hears him in the backyard.
Allyce:"Alright"
She was still confused but walks to the outside through the back door. She saw the wooden privacy fence decorated with white lights all over it There was a small gazebo that was white and covered in white lights as well. Alechs wore a button up, nice jeans, and pair of black sneakers. He smiled at her as she heard some music playing. This was the most proper looking she had seen him.
Alechs:"This is for you. We never had a proper date. And I guessed that you liked to dance."
He held his arm out for her. On the ground was a picnic basket, a blanket, and a small speaker with his phone where the music was coming from.
She was looking at everything, as she smiles wide. She was happy he went through all this just to surprise her. She quickly runs to him as she wraps her arms around him kissing him deeply for the most romantic thing anyone done for her.
Alechs:"I love you, Allyce. I feel things for you I never felt before. I thought I felt love before. And while she may be a part of me, she is a part of my history. You are my now. You are my future. Are you ready for the start of the rest of our lives?
She hears the first song, santa monica and la brea play on the speakers.
She looks at him, as she nods her head. She was still taking all of this in, as she was smiling wide.
Allyce:"I love you too Alechs. I know she is your past, I am fine with that. I am ready for our future, mine and yours, our lives. Not anyone else's."
Iron & Wine starts to come on the speakers, a much slower song. Alechs takes his hand and places it on the small of her back.
Alechs:"May I have this dance?"
Alechs takes her hand as they begin to slow dance.
Alechs:"You are ready to be on national tv? To be in the spotlight? And to be there by my side, on the road?"
Allyce:"I am ready to be on tv, to be by your side. This is going to be amazing. I get a new life, and am happy. I get to be with someone I love, doing something he loves, while I start to learn to love it. Compared to how it was when we met, it can't get any better."
SHe was being truthful, as she leans her head on his shoulder.
As the song slowly ends, "Perfect" by Ed Sheeran comes out.
Alechs:"So... I've never done this before."
Allyce:"Done what before? Danced with the girl you're with?"
As the chorus comes on, be begins to sing.
Alechs:" Baby, I'm dancing in the dark with you between my arms
Barefoot on the grass, listening to our favourite song
When you said you looked a mess, I whispered underneath my breath
But you heard it, darling, you look perfect tonight"
She lifts her head, as she looks at him. She was not expecting that, as she smiles listening to him. She would have never thought he wouldn't have sang for a girl before like this. She was speechless.
He looks into her eyes as they dance. Slowly they continue to dance as she sees how much he does love her, a couple of tears coming from his eyes.
Alechs:"You saved me, Allyce. My Bicho. Life would not be what it is without you. Even if it you and me against the world, I am not going anywhere. You saved me. You."
She reaches up to his face with her hand, as she brushes the few tears away. She had a few as well.
Allyce: "We saved each other Leon. Without you, I wouldn't be happy, or know what family meant. I'm staying by your side forever."
Days after WrestleForce, Alechs and Allyce find themselves engaged and ready to find a home of their own.
Alechs: I am ready to be out of hotels, bicho. What about you?
Allyce: I’m ready for it. Where should we find a place at? We have plenty of places we can go.
She looks at him..
Alechs: I am not going back to Vegas. I want a fresh start. I lived in Los Angeles. I think I want a fresh start. Somewhere new. Somewhere we can just start things for ourselves.
He reaches for her, and rubs her back softly.
Allyce: Well… that means no Georgia too, since means Miles family are there, along with your brother too. I would like somewhere nice, and warm as well.
She was thinking about it, as she looks him in his eyes.
Alechs: Right. I mean… Mexico was not terrible, right? What if we moved to somewhere like Dallas? Warm… close to Mexico. It’s central. Between Georgia and California..
Allyce: I like that idea. Dallas, our own place, nobody around. We should fly out there and check places out. I think it would be fun.
Alechs pulls his phone out and looks at flights.
Alechs: We got some time before Dissension. Ready to fly now?
He smiles as the spur of the moment decision hits Allyce. Allyce nods her head yes.
Allyce: Yeah let’s go. Time alone, celebrating our engagement, and enjoying time finding our new home.
Alechs: Let’s go, my love.
Alechs takes her by the hand as they head off into his Grand Cherokee, ready to head for the airport.
