FLASHBACK
A masked Alechs Aurelio wrestles a match in Tijuana, Mexico. After the match, he heads into the back, showers, gets dressed. No one in town knows him, and the mask conceals him inside of the ring. He leaves the building and begins to walk towards his hotel.
He would bump into a young girl, who was sitting against a building. She was looking for a place to stay for the night, as she had just split from her boyfriend, but had no where to go. She was trying not to cry. Alechs notices the girl.
Alechs: "Sorry."
He pulls his hood up and notices she looked upset.
Alechs: "You okay?"
She looks up at him, as she sighs softly.
Allyce: "No....but doubt you want to hear about a stranger...."
He leans down as it starts to drizzle a little.
Alechs: "You have a jacket or something?"
She shakes her head no.
Allyce: "No I don't... I should be fine."
Alechs looks around for a second, and then pulls his hoody off to reveal a white muscle shirt under it.
Alechs: "Here."
He hands her the hoody.
Allyce: "Thank you... are you sure? You'll get wet like that..."
She looks at him, as she bites her bottom lip.
He shrugs.
Alechs: "I am only like ten minutes from here. Keep it."
He stands up.
Alechs: "You better head home or whatever."
His the hood off, she could see his hazel eyes.
Allyce: "At least it's close"
She looks down as she shakes her head.
Allyce: "And no home..."
She looks him in his hazel eyes as she bites her bottom lip.
Alechs: "No home? What?"
Allyce: "My boyfriend and I broke up so nowhere to go...."
Alechs: "What do you mean no where to go? family? Friends?"
She shakes her head no.
Alechs: "No my family lives out of town, and no friends here...."
He looks around.
Alechs: "What? Really? Come on. You want to eat something to eat? My treat."
It starts to rain harder.
She nods her head.
Allyce: "Sure... if you want to...."
She could feel the rain, as she goes to get up.
He helps her up as they head down the road towards a little food place. They head inside and get a table.
She looks around.
Allyce: "Are you really sure about this?"
That sentence… “Are you really sure about this?” Alechs was just trying to help someone in need. A cute girl, perhaps. But he was lost himself, so maybe a little karma wouldn’t hurt. Right?
Moments after the interview with Hannah Lacey, Alechs and Allyce have a few moments alone in their locker room alone. Still on the high of his life, there was so much emotion in the air and Allyce could feel it resonate from Alechs.
Alechs: It… it’s done. Our plan. We… we succeeded.
He looked up to her. She was as much part of it all, as she was.
Allyce: We did. Everything we worked to happen, it did.
Alechs: And the look on Julianna’s face… it was… amazing.
He grabs Allyce and lifts her up, hugging her, as he plants a kiss on her.
Alechs: I didn’t go too far in that interview… did I? I mean… the whole thing with my ex… you know the sort of place I was in back then.
Allyce shakes her head no. In her mind, he didn’t go too far at all.
Allyce: You could have said more honestly. You were fine, and did not go far at all. Don’t even worry about it. The interview went fine.
Alechs: I did not want to throw her under the bus. She is my past. You are my present, and my future, Bicho.
Allyce: That shows how much you are different than others. You are the light, León. Are you ready now that you put the past behind you even more?
He nods.
Alechs: And move forward to a future with my love. My light. My everything.
He gets down to one knee.
Alechs: Allyce. I always thought that I was the best version of me when I was alone. I could do what I want. I could live life how I saw fit. No one would put me in the box. But the moment I met you, on that street? You were an outsider. You were something people never gave a chance to. We were both similar. We were both street punks. And we found each other. You made my life so much better. And you became my everything, without having to make me be someone or something I am not. You accept me. Allyce Soto. I love you, so very much. Will… you marry me?
Allyce was shocked, as she looks down at him on his knee. She was not expecting him to propose, but the moment was perfect. She starts to nod her head, as she could feel a tear come down her cheek.
Allyce: YES! I will marry you Alechs.
He reaches into his bag.
Alechs: Good, because I got this special for you.
He pulls out a ring box. Allyce opens it. It was a three stone ring with a diamond, and two smaller topaz stones.
Alechs: It has your name engraved into it along with the date that we met.
He smiles. She takes looks at the ring, pulling it out, as she smiles looking at it. She hands it to him.
Allyce: Can you slide it on me?
He happily nods and stands up. He slides the ring on her finger.
Alechs: You remember when we were looking for jewelry before. I said I wanted a new chain and stuff? Well I remembered your ring size from back then.
He looks down, and the ring fits.
Allyce: I do. You are sneaky León. We should head to the hotel, and celebrate though.
She smiles at him, before looking down at the ring.
Alechs: I know just how to celebrate.
