(OOC Note: These are segments involving Jazmyn that took place at today's GCW show. I am posting here for development purposes moving forward)

Those loud cheers grow louder still as “Unbreakable” by Fireflight hits and Global Champion Jazmyn Rain comes out through the curtains with the championship around her waist. Obviously, since it’s early in the show she’s not dressed to compete just yet, but that doesn’t dampen the spirits of the new Global Champion as she gets inside the ring and takes the microphone from the ring announcer. Jazmyn soaks in the cheers as she begins to speak.
Jazmyn: Resurrection… Kendra Classic gave me one of the hardest matches I’ve ever had to fight and I will always commend her for that. But, I overcame and at Resurrection, I became a three-time Global Champion! And you know… I’ve got to be honest with all of you. I didn’t come out here for a celebration. Yes, I made history, yes I finally brought things full circle with the Resurrection moment I always dreamed of, but this isn’t about that! This is about the future and from the looks of things, that future does consist of Apocalypse and it’s funny because Angelica Jones had some choice words to say, talking about how I’m no angel and at first, I dismissed it as the typical jargon that I’ve heard over and over again for the last two years, but I couldn’t stop thinking about it because there was something more that met the eye. And then… with the hell week I’ve had up to this point… birthday aside… it hit me right between the eyes.
She’s right!
I’m no angel…
The crowd responds with some surprise as the announcers want to know what the hell Jazmyn is talking about.
Jazmyn: I am no angel… I am no devil! I’m… I’m human! I don’t have any problems admitting that because it’s the truth and I’ve had an epiphany of sorts. This business isn’t about good versus evil like I had thought it was for so long, because at the end of the day, the evils will never stop coming, nor will the good that fights them. This business is about the competition! Professional wrestling has always been centered around who is the best, about who wins and who loses and it’s clear to me that Angelica Jones feels that she is “the best” and that she deserves to be worshiped as such, coming off of her win at the draft show over Glory Braddock.
Well Angelica… I’ve got a newsflash for you! You don’t deserve to be worshiped as a “Golden Goddess” because… you’re NOT the best! And do you want to know WHY you’re not the best?
Jazmyn pauses as she unstraps the Global Championship and raises it over her head.
Jazmyn: Because you DON’T… HAVE… THIS!!!!
The fans erupt with huge cheers at Jazmyn’s vigor and determination.
Jazmyn: And I’m going to make sure you NEVER have this! I didn’t endure the shit that I had to deal with at the hands of the last incarnation of Apocalypse or go on my two year journey to have that Resurrection moment for yet ANOTHER Global title reign of mine to be ended by Apocalypse! I know that in the back of your minds, you all thought I NEEDED to be the Guardian Angel to defeat you bastards! But I DON’T because… and here’s another epiphany… it wasn’t the Guardian Angel that went out and accomplished everything she has the last two years. It wasn’t the Guardian Angel that became a three-time Global Champion, ended the threat of Utopia, and turned back threat after threat that stood in her way. It was every ounce of my humanity, my heart and my soul that helped me become one of the very best professional wrestlers in the world and the strong, courageous, Southern-raised woman that I’ve become!
I’m no angel… but I don’t NEED TO BE ONE!
And I want you to get that through your fucking THICK skull Angelica, because if you want to go to war with me, you better understand what you’re dealing with! You’re not dealing with a guardian angel… you’re dealing with a strong, Southern girl that can… and WILL… beat you from pillar to post if it comes down to it! So you wanna fuck with me? Bring it! I’m not afraid of Apocalypse… not like last time and Angelica…
Voice: I can’t listen to any more of this!!!!!
The fans boo quite loudly as Karina Lysenko comes out with a microphone in hand. One-half of the Soviet Gingers is far from pleased as she makes her way down the ramp.
Karina: It’s PATHETIC that Livewire is represented by someone that appears to go through an identity crisis every now and then.
Jazmyn shoots Karina an angry glare as she gets to ringside, but not going any further.
Karina: You’re forgetting something princess… while you’re facing Apocalypse tonight, you’re not defending that title against Angelica Jones… you’re defending it against ME… in MY match: a UKRANIAN STREET FIGHT! And you know something? I don’t care if you’re the Guardian Angel! I don’t care if you’re the ‘Beautiful Nightmare’. To me??? You’re a VICTIM! And history WILL repeat itself! I will bring that title to Apocalypse and I’ll give you something to REALLY whine about, you miserable… drama queen, CRYBABY! Apocalypse OWNS YOU! DEAL WITH IT!
Jazmyn: You want to hang onto the past, Karina? Fine! But all you do is talk… and talk… and talk. You know what we do down South with people like you? We fight you anytime, any place… and we beat the shit out of you and that’s going to be YOUR fate tonight! I’m going to make sure that through YOU, Apocalypse gets the message that Jazmyn Rain isn’t some delicate flower that they pushed around before… Jazmyn Rain is a CHAMPION that they will NEVER destroy AGAIN! Enough talk…
Jazmyn pauses as she places the Global title in front of her.
Jazmyn: Come in here and do something!
Both women drop their microphones and Karina looks like she’s ready to go, but suddenly, Karina’s partner, Anastasia Ivanova, slides into the ring and blindsides Jazmyn from behind. The crowd boos as Anastasia pounces on her and then Karina enters the ring, resulting in a two on one assault on the Global Champion. They put in a good number on her as she tries to fight them off with no use, but a double DDT makes things look even more bleak. Anastasia holds up Jazmyn as Karina picks up the title, but before anything can happen, North American champion Andrea Hernandez runs down with a kendo stick in hand and smacks Karina from behind. Anastasia drops Jazmyn and goes after Andrea, but Andrea cracks her in the skull with the stick. Karina does the smart thing and rolls out of the ring and she pulls Anastasia out for her safety. The Soviet Gingers back up the ramp for their own good, while Andrea helps Jazmyn get to her feet. The scene concludes with a tense staredown between the parties as the Soviets continue to back up the ramp, clearly spoiling for a fight as Jazmyn and Andrea look back at them, letting them know they weren’t backing down.
LATER IN THE NIGHT...
The main event is scheduled to begin in moments and GCW Global Champion Jazmyn Rain is seen in the trainer’s room wincing some as she certainly feels some pain in her lower back that was aggravated by the Soviet Gingers assaulting her earlier in the night. Still, the champion is determined to defend her title and there’s a look in her eyes that gives off a hint of anger as she is undoubtedly pissed off about the earlier assault. It’s not long before her fiance Derek walks into the picture.
Derek: I don’t think I need to go into detail about how you’re cleared and good to go for the main event, do I?
Jazmyn: No… but thanks. I’ve got to go!
Jazmyn quickly, though cautiously, slides off the bed she was sitting on and lands gently on her feet. Off-camera, she had changed into her wrestling gear knowing that nothing was going to hold her back from defending the Global Championship. Jazmyn begins to leave, but Derek is quick to stop her.
Derek: Jaz…
Jazmyn pauses and takes a deep breath before turning around to face him.
Jazmyn: Yeah?
Derek: What’s going on?
Jazmyn: With what?
Derek: Well… the things you said earlier. You didn’t even have a proper celebration of your third Global Championship for crying out loud.
Jazmyn: With championship celebrations, at some point, you’ve got to act like you’ve been there before, you know? The first time around… obviously. When I won my second, there was definitely a journey behind that worth celebrating. But… the “Guardian Angel” is done, Derek. I don’t need to be her anymore and I say that with as much fondness for some amazing memories as I have within me. As the GCW Global Champion, I have to be the best on Livewire because if it’s not me, it could very well be Angelica or anyone else in Apocalypse and that’s the last thing you and I both want. A lot of it’s complicated but I know that this is what’s best.
Derek: I understand… it’s just… I’m worried…
Jazmyn: Worried? That I’m going to lose the title tonight?
Derek: No, not that. If you’re not going to be the “Guardian Angel” anymore, than what’s going to change? Is there anything there that is going to affect… you know… us? Am I going to be losing the Jazmyn that I know and love?
Jazmyn: What? No… not at all! I’m still going to be the same Jazmyn, in large part. But I can’t pretend to be something I’m not anymore, Derek. I need to be strong and I need to trust the “human” side of me more! I am doing this for my own good and I know deep down in my heart, I don’t need to be anything supernatural to inspire the people that I do. I beat Karina and retain this championship without being some guardian angel… and I make a statement to Apocalypse that the only thing I need to be is well… ME!
And tonight?
They’re going to receive that statement loud and clear. This isn’t the Jazmyn that they dealt with the first time around.
This time around, I’m better by leaps and bounds and I don’t think they’re ready to realize that yet. So let them talk about me the way they do. Let them try to beat me down like the cowards that they are when they did so earlier and two weeks ago at the draft. At the end of the day, I know that when the smoke clears, they’ll have failed to have broken me this time around.
Derek stands there, not knowing what to say since he’s still letting the idea of Jazmyn NOT being the “Guardian Angel” sink in. He nods however, showing some support and understanding of what Jazmyn is planning on doing tonight and going forward into the future.
Derek: Whatever you want to do, I will always love and support you!
Jazmyn: Thank you… love you too!
Jazmyn continues to progress to the door, before she ultimately opens it and walks out. She’s got a fiery determination to remain the Global Champion against all odds that may be against her as the scene fades out.

[So what makes this “Ukrainian” street fight different from any other street fight? Not much, to be honest. Brutality was the theme, though, as Karina and Jazmyn brawled from start to finish. They took to the air on several occasions, flying over the top rope onto one another. Karina brought weapons into the equation first, using a steel chair, a Singapore cane (which she shouted at the commentators, demanding that they call it a Ukrainian Cane), and a trash can. Jazmyn fought back and retaliated by bringing tables into the mix. She jumped off of a ladder onto Karina through a table with the Rain Splash but both were hurting from the impact and Jazmyn could not capitalize. Karina fights back and delivers a Ravishing Red Drop through the Cajun French Announce Table! Again both competitors are too hurt and Karina cannot capitalize! Karina takes her into the ring and goes for it again but Jazmyn fights out of it and nails the Rain Drop! Rain Splash follow up ONTO BROKEN GLASS!…1…2…3!]
WINNER and STILL GCW Global Champion: Jazmyn Rain
[Suddenly the crowd comes alive! Andrea Hernandez leads Isabella Harker and Alan Monroe to the ringside area! Angelica orders Kayla, Anastasia, and Karina outside to meet them! The fight is on as Andrea, Alan, and Harker brawl with Kayla, Anastasia, and Karina! Angelica is distracted by the brawling outside the ring, not noticing Jazmyn rise to her feet with blood pouring from a cut on her forehead. Angelica turns around into rights from Jazmyn. Angelica retaliates with rights of her own. Jazmyn and Angelica trade rights and lefts as they brawl inside the ring, the brawling between Apocalypse and Andrea, Harker, and Alan continues outside the ring as the camera fades to black.]
