We see Alice Knight singing the Diana Ross song as she leaves the gas station/coffee shop where her RV is double parked across from her. A few other customers look at her confused as she walks up to the gas stations owner.
"Thank you kind sir for letting me use your fax machine to send my resume to Redemption Wrestling. They got it, and guess what... I be on THE mo'fo waiting list!!!! Isn't that rad! Don't you love it? Do you love it? Tell me you love it? Do you lov- - -
"Sure! I love it." The owner cuts her off.
"I really needed this job. And get this. They have a cable deal. FXX. That means Alice Knight is back on TV soon enough. Not sure what FXX is to be honest. Or what it stands for. It doesn't matter. It's a TV network. And ME-ME will be all over that. And their next big show is this Sunday in Dallas Texas. I hope i run into Matthew Shields. Get him to sign my t-shirt. It's gonna be sweet. Sweet i tells you. Do you... do you think... do you think it will be sweet Mr. Gas Station Man?"
"Names Rick darling. And sure, good for you. Kick some butt there. Now. That will be 40 dollars for the gas. And a $1.25 for the 7UP you had in there."
Alice looks surprised. "You saw that? I hid drinking it pretty well behind the wall. You must have x-ray vision or something. Quick. What color underwear am i wearing? C'mon Superman.... "
Rick, the stations owner, scratches his head. "So.... money? 40 bucks. and a buck twenty-five.
"Ya ya ya." Alice sighs as she digs in her purse and pulls out a bunch of crumpled up bills and wool. She quickly counts the money and slaps it into his hands.
"Thanks, Alice. Nice meeting you. Good luck. Now i gotta get back to work. Take care..."
He walks away counting the money as Alice waves and walks to her motor home.
"What a kind, kind man. Any-who. I got a long drive ahead of me if i want to make it to Dallas by Sunday. I should probably call Adam and Liz before i go... I'll call'em on the drive. So let's do to it, let's get this party started. "
Alice steps into the RV and starts it up. And slowly drives out of the parking lot as she hits the road one more time as the scene fades to black.
