Home Country Hero wrestling in NGW for the first time ever. Frankfurt, Germany. Saturday 10th February.

Everyone got extremely surprised when they heard about the home country hero who's going to be wrestling in Germany in a couple of weeks time, a man who's known to be very close to Shawn Young and always takes the time to promote companies he's sometimes not apart of, but at the same time, willing to help New Generation Wrestling mainly because of the amount of help they've given to Shawn Young lately and of course, Konrad always wanted to pay them back and what a better way to do that than to ask for a match in NGW in his home country against anybody. It so happens he's facing against a friend he fought in WWH and who he respects hugely, Avery Miles.

Konrad's hosting his press conference once again in his home country inside of the Fraport Arena which was free for everybody to attend as there are a few German and American reporters at the press conference along with the fans who were big fans of Konrad Raab. He's very excited to get things started in Frankfurt. He had been really busy promoting Dissension event for his country and he just had a bit of time to talk about the upcoming match against Avery Miles as he begins to speak to everyone in the audience, including the reporters themselves.

Konrad Raab: "Well, it's been some time since I've stepped through a wrestling company door where I'm not signed to a company. I know what you all are asking, why is The Iceman going to wrestle in front of his home fans next weekend? The answer is not only to pay NGW back for all their help and guidance they've given to my trainee Shawn Young, but also a great man who literally wants to face me, a man who happens to be one of my great friends in the business while at the same time, been my opponent before, Avery Miles."

Konrad takes a bit of a breather before he picks up his glass of water and takes a sip of it before he speaks again.

Konrad Raab: "Now last time me and Avery fought was back in September at WWH Showdown event where I was at the time too heavy to be a Junior Heavyweight wrestler and Avery was coming back from a loss he had against Colby and he was the better man that night where he pinned me for the three count."

Konrad still felt unusual doing this press conference for everyone to see around the world via NGW.com site as he takes a sip of his drink before speaking again.

Konrad Raab: "I can't deny how great this match once again will be as it will, especially now I'm in the same division as Avery which will be very interesting to see once again who the better man will be. Now I'm in a company where it's somewhere I've never wrestled or visited before and boy, does it feel good to be here and wrestle for you fans in this arena next Sunday."

The fans cheered like crazy over Konrad on what he said as he stood up and picks up a carrier bag to remove a large German flag out as he shows it to everybody, getting a large reaction from the fans as the cameras were flashing everywhere, fans going crazy with Konrad's support of his country as he places it back in the bag and sits down again, drinking his water before speaking again.

Konrad Raab: "I can't wait to face Avery Miles once again as I've been training for this match ever since it was announced as the thought of fighting a great guy who respects this business just as much as me gets me more excited as you fans are in for a treat as we'll tear the house down in front of all of you, showing everybody what we can do in NGW in Germany to make everybody remember this match for many years to come in NGW."

Konrad drinks some more water before speaking for the last time.

Konrad Raab: "Sadly for Avery, I learnt my mistakes on what I made in the last match we had against each other and aim to not make them in this match in front of my home fans again as I will be the winner this time around because I will show you how much I've improved and grown as a wrestler since we last fought by proving it to you in the ring next Sunday. All I will say is good luck and may the best wrestler win."

Konrad gets the German flag out of the bag once again and has pictures taken like crazy for the reporters and the fans before he signs autographs and pictures with the fans five minutes later before he takes off and gets a plane back to Cologne, Germany to spend time with his daughters and his grandson before he flies back to America tomorrow night.
