INT. JAPANESE HOTEL - TRIXIE'S ROOM - 12TH OF DECEMBER, 2017
Trixie walks into the hotel room in Japan. It had been quite a while since she'd been there. Pre-NGW's Revival/Rebranding of Redemption Wrestling. There in the room are two hotel single beds. Mint on the pillows, a clean, blue bedspread where Trixie suitcase rests and another suitcase rests on the opposite bed. Clearly Trixie was bunking with her current tag team partner for Trix or Treat. Trixie wore a small armband for the promotion she was out in Japan touring for: Kamikazi Pro.
TRIXIE:
"Jess? Are you here?”
"Jess? Are you here?”
There is some incoherent mention from the closed bathroom door with the light on coming from underneath and then a light slosh, splash of water. Trixie guessed she was in the bath and soaking their first match away in warm, bubbly, soapy water.
So Trixie took a seat. Her hair in a quick ponytail, turning her head slightly and then the other way to make sure her blush was blended as she does a vlog video. Taking a seat on the bed, Trixie gives the camera a smile with a sigh.
TRIXIE:
"Well, Aurora Graves finally comes up as an opponent. The rebel ink, three time tag team champion for NGW. I'm here in Japan on a mega big, roughly twenty-four team tag team tournament and thought Rebel Ink would have been here.
But I guess we're going to save it for the States and on Christmas Eve no less. Because it's on that day, when I'll finally be able to complete my set. I'm sure Damon has told you twice how I've walked away victorious. I'm sure you've watched the tapes of those matches in anticipation for this one.
I've got my hands full here in Japan for the week. A new team to wrestle every night on this tour while you're gifted with the chance to study up. Totally an early Christmas present funny enough.”

She ends with a look off to the bathroom, hearing maybe some movement from her current tag team partner. Finding it slightly ironic how Trixie's first match was Aurora firmly a staple of the debuting Redemption Wrestling tag team scene (as well as Redemption itself) where Trixie headed into a singles division quicker to now. Now Trixie sat in Japan for a tag team league vs Aurora setting her sights on the main belt as Trixie had heard from her pre-Warfare video.
TRIXIE:
"Whereas…my early Christmas present is to add you to my collection. In your study, you'll find in past messages I've collected victories over a lot of champions, inside and outside of NGW. Damon, Yuji, Chuck Matthews, Caroline, Maverick, I'm not going to go on with the growing list.
But I would just like to improve upon that little tagline for our match.”

Trixie reaches to bring in her iPad. On Trixie's iPad is the match card with the white text that Trixie reads out loud.
TRIXIE:

Trixie's lips purse tight, wondering if that's the real draw to this match. She didn't think so evident by her facial expression, the tiny shake of her head, her whole body language. Trixie crosses her legs as her skinny grey jeans.
TRIXIE:
"This match features the Aurora Graves coming off of a triple threat win while Trixie crossed off Martin very decisively. Trixie owns, like I've said, numerous wins over Aurora's "Puddin'" and now it is her turn to face the Prime Girl, whom won her final EWC Prime match in seconds. I ended my final EWC Prime match on an incredibly quick victory. That's what happens when I get a loss, I come back roaring and dear Chuckles didn't have the craft to face me.
You're different. You're experienced. But I know you're on another level, I'm competing on another level to what I was when we last faced each other over a year ago. I'm finally getting a rematch with Kelsey Spencer and I get a rematch with Aurora. Weirdly Kelsey will be a tag match where our match will be one on one, to change the dynamic.
That's the selling point. It's why this match matters. You've beaten me in a tag gauntlet, not technically getting a fall on me that match. I have two straight victories over Damon. This match I'm surprised hasn't happened sooner. But here we are, and I'm going to be here. I'm going to be ready for…”

She takes a pause as she raises her right hand. Her index finger solely extended with a few blinks from Trixie, showing off the long lashes and very light eyeliner that enhances her hazel eyes.
TRIXIE:
"Not Aurora Graves…the Rebel Ink. The better half of Damon Graves. I'm ready for the woman you've become after stepping away from the partnership. That woman is striving to win the championship. Well.”

Trixie adjusts herself on the seat, recalling from memory a past video by her soon to be opponent Aurora.
TRIXIE:

"I've been in a lot of mixed divisions lately. While it does say I'm on the Five Lakes division, it's nothing to turn your nose up at to beat an NGW Champion division girl, especially if you end up climbing to the title, I'll be the gal who beat you in Orlando. With another collection added to my box.”

There Trixie clicked to end the recording, getting herself ready for the match that night against Kelsey Spencer, Saint, the Uncanny tag team from Hybrid Pro entering the Kamikaze tag team league. Trixie hearing the hair dryer go off in the bathroom as Jess, her tag partner was getting herself ready for the event. Trixie thought to herself she'd done so many matches this year and Kamikazi was adding around six more, building her more experience for two big matches. Tag Team Title and the girl currently climbing NGW Champion mountain.
