["I Can't Stop" by Flux Pavilion begins playing over the PA System. The crowd goes nuts as by now they know that this means NGSE's owner Devlin Scott is making his way out to the dark arena]
Devlin Scott: OCEAN CITY, MARYLAND.... GOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooddddddddddddd evening!
[Devlin Scott makes his way into the spotlight as the lights in the arena lighten up. Devlin looks quite svelte with a three piece suit. He stops at the top of the entrance ramp with a mic in his hand]
Devlin Scott: Boy are you ALL in for one hell of a night! We are looking to name a number one contender for Isabella Rossi's newly won XX Title. We are looking to see who walks away in the triple threat match between YOUR Champion Carmine Reaper, Tim Stone, and The Phoenix. And in the Main Event... The Five Lakes Champion KEG takes on John Carter in a two out of three falls match! But boy do I have some more news for you all!
[Devlin clears his throat]
Devlin Scott: This summer is warming up already... in two weeks we will be LIVE in Chicago, Illinois for our second supershow... CITY ON FIRE! We have already announced that The Phoenix will be taking on Jimmy Stryker in a Last Man Standing match. We will see Charlie Ngatai take on the winner of tonight's Main Event for the Five Lakes Title. Isabella Rossi will make her first title defense against the new XX Title Number One Contender. And we will see in the Main Event Carmine Reaper defend his title against Tim Stone.
[Devlin catches his breath a bit]
Devlin Scott: But I am excited to announce... we will host our first ever Windy City Gauntlet Match. This match will be a marathon of a match. We will name the superstars at the end of THIS show that will take part in the show. Those superstars will than be entered into this match at City on Fire. It will begin with two stars in the ring, and once one is eliminated by pinfall, DQ, or submission another star will come out to start a new match. Each superstar will be entered randomly into the match, and the last man to win the whole Gauntlet Match will have a great opportunity. They will be General Manager for one show!
[The crowd goes nuts!]
Devlin Scott: Yes! He or she will be General Manager of an upcoming show and will be able to book every superstar on the roster. They can also make title matches... singles matches only so it's fair.... for any and all of the titles. They can even book themselves in ANY of the title!
[The crowd roars even louder]
Devlin Scott: But that is not it! Two weeks after City on Fire, we will be live from Canton, Ohio for NGSE Fallout. This will air as another special live on AXS-TV leading into.... A WEEKLY TELEVISION SHOW! That is correct.... Fallout will be a special, but beginning with our Washington D.C. show on August 1st, our weekly show will be television on AXS-TV with replays at NGSEwrestling.com. The weekly show will be called Vendetta! I think that is more than enough news for now...
[As the guitar rift blares out followed by Ka Mate Ka mate kia ora out from the curtains walks Charlie Ngatai dressed in jeans and boots with an open shirt and black singlet underneath. He just stands at the top of the entrance way glaring at those in attendance. Charlie is holding two beer bottles and walks up to Devlin Scott. He hands a beer to the NGSE owner and smiles. He motions for the mic as Devlin obliges]

[The cameras move from the entrance way to Shae Jackson standing in the middle of the ring]
Shae: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is a Triple Threat match. The winner of the match will move on to face Isabella Rossi for the XX Title at NGSE: CITY ON FIRE!!!
[The lights fade down in the arena and then die out to pitch darkness. Now a red strobe begins to flash, and then the JumboTron fires to life and shows the image of Skarlet performing various moves. Skarlet now steps out from the backstage area as the lights fade up and The Crimson by Atreyu begins to play. She stands there, posing for the fans and shouting out, "You love me, you really love me!". They greet her with boos as she skips down the aisle to the black steel steps. She climbs up the steps and ducks under the ropes, making sure to kick the camera man as he tries to get a shot of her amazing ass. She walks to the announcer and holds up her hand, yelling, "I'm your dream! I'm your wish come true!"]
Shae: From Crimson, Ontario, Canada... SKARLET!!!
[The sounds of “Let’s Buy Happiness” Come over the Public Announce system and blares through the arena as the fans start to cheer because they know who is about to come out..The camera moves onto the ramp where from behind the curtain the beautiful Sarah comes out with a big smile on her face. The fans continue to cheer the stunning blonde as she sticks her hand in the air with a smile Sarah walks closer towards the descending ramp at to go to the ring when she places her hands in her hair and before she bends over towards her toes and flips her hair back up with a smile]
Shae: And from New Orleans, Louisiana... SARAH ROBINSON!!!
[At the sound of her name Sarah starts to walk down the declining part of the ramp with a huge smile on her face, as the fans continue to cheer for her she throws her right hand into the air showing the fans some love while she makes her way to ringside.
As Sarah makes her way down to ringside she walks around the ring instead of heading up the stairs as she does she passes closely to the guardrail as she starts to give Hi-fives to the fans in the first row, as she passes around the ring the fans continue to cheer the beautiful diva. As Sarah makes her way across the entire ringside area, when she makes it to the stairs she starts to ascend them. As she climbs the stairs one by one the cheers from the fans get a bit louder. As the beauty makes her way up to the ring apron she stops in the dead center of the apron, she enters the ring under the top rope]
Shae: And from Cambridge, England... REBEKKA LINDSEY!!!
["Everybody's Fool" - Evanescence begins to play as Rebekka makes her way out from the entrance. She makes her way to the ring, and halfway down to the ring she takes off jean jacket. She looks around to the crowd, makes a break for the ring, and slides under the bottom rope]
West: This will be an interesting match... Rebekka Lindsey definitely has the in-ring experience here in NGSE, but Skarlet and Sarah both are looking to make an impact with their debut. They could debut one week and hold the XX Title two weeks later. NGSE is definitely a place of chances for everyone!
Jackson: And correct me if I am wrong... we are about to have a guest here at the Announcer's Table?
["I'm Just A Girl" by No Doubt begins to play as Isabella comes out from the curtain holding the XX Title. She points up to the fans and smiles. The fans cheer her, as she looks around the crowd, nods, and walks down the ramp. She smiles at the three ladies in the ring and slaps the hands of the fans. She makes her way around the ring and joins Michael West and LC Jackson at the Announcer's Table. She puts on a headset and places her XX Title in front of her]
West: Welcome Isabella! We are glad to have you!
Isabella: Thank you!
Jackson: Congrats on your title there!
Isabella: Thank you! I am glad to have won the title, but unfortunately Kiana walking out was unfortunate. I was hoping to pin her for the title. But in the end I walked away with my first title and here I am ready to see who will face me at City on Fire.
West: Great attitude to have from our newest champ!
DING DING DING
West: It looks like the match is starting. With this being a Triple Threat match, there is no DQ and no Countouts.
[The match begins as Skarlet immediately goes for Sarah immediately. Rebekka just sits back letting the two NGSE newbies go at it]
Isabella: Good idea by Rebekka... let the two new ladies tire themselves out.
West: Isabella... who do you see winning this contest?
Jackson: Fair question.
Isabella: I think Rebekka's experience here in NGSE gives her the edge. But all three ladies are talented.
[Skarlet lays into Sarah with a hard slap. Sarah responds with a chop. Skarlet returns with a chop of her own. Sarah looks for one more chop, but instead Skarlet throws her hard to the mat by her hair. Rebekka moves in on Skarlet, comes behind her and suplexes her to the mat. Rebekka moves in on Sarah but she is able to actually rollup Rebekka for a quick pin attempt]
ONE
[Kickout by Rebekka. Skarlet meanwhile gets up, grabs Sarah, and tosses her through the ropes to the outside. Skarlet stomps at the head of Rebekka, but she is able to grab Skarlet's foot and yanks her down to the mat]
West: Some early back and forth. Each lady is trying to get an advantage over the other.
Isabella: These are no ladies. I am a lady.
Jackson: You heard the lady!
[Rebekka tries for a pin attempt but does not even get a one count. Sarah climbs back into the ring. She grabs Skarlet and throws her through the ropes onto the outside just like Skarlet did to her. Sarah turns around as Rebekka is getting to her feet, and Sarah hits Rebekka with a lariat. Rebekka is sent hard to the mat. Sarah climbs to the bottom rope with her back to the corner, and drops an elbow onto Rebekka below. Sarah goes for a cover]

[Kickout by Rebekka. Sarah gets back to her feet as Rebekka holds her head from the elbow drop. Skarlet gets to her feet on the outside, grabs the legs of Rebekka, and pulls her to the outside of the ring. Rebekka lands hard on her tailbone as Skarlet slides back into the ring. Before Skarlet notices Sarah, she is already being met with a diving crossbody from a jumping Sarah Robinson. Skarlet falls hard to her back. Sarah flips her over to her stomach, grabs her, and locks in a Full nelson STF]
West: Submission locked in! Submission locked in!
Isabella: And poor Rebekka appears to be in pain on the outside.
Jackson: She is not even aware of the submission!
[Skarlet tries to hold on, but after a few seconds the pain is too much and Skarlet taps]

Shae: Your winner and Number One Contender for the XX Title... SARAH ROBINSON!!!
[Rebekka looks around as she realizes that she just lost her chance to fight Isabella at City on Fire]
West: Wow... what was a quick match!
[Isabella takes off her headset and walks to the ring with her title]
Jackson: Where is she going?
[Isabella walks into the ring as the ref holds up the arm of Sarah. Isabella backs the ref off as the two ladies sort of stare each other down. Isabella reaches out to shake the hand of Sarah, and Sarah reaches out. They shake hands and Isabella raises the arm of Sarah as a video package for tonight's Main Event plays]

[Isabella walks into the ring as the ref holds up the arm of Sarah. Isabella backs the ref off as the two ladies sort of stare each other down. Isabella reaches out to shake the hand of Sarah, and Sarah reaches out. They shake hands and Isabella raises the arm of Sarah as a video package for tonight's Main Event plays]

Jake rolls his head around once or twice, wipes his face off with a towel from around his neck, then tosses the towel into the crowd. He makes his way down to the ring, both he and Katie slapping hands with fans along either side of the entrance ramp. He reaches the ring, then rolls underneath the bottom rope from the outside]

["Right Now" by KoRn begins to play as Jimmy Stryker makes his way out from backstage to loud boos]
Shae: And their opponent, from Las Vegas, Nevada weighing in at 290 pounds... JIMMY STRYKER!!!
[Stryker makes his way to the ring, climbs into the ring, and leans up against the ropes ready for his match]
West: This will be an interesting test for the Legendary Icon!

[Jake and Zero seem to talk it over and Zero starts off the match against Stryker. Zero tries to go toe-to-toe with the big man, but his size does not measure up. The two men lockup and Stryker uses his obvious size advantage and throws Zero like a rag doll. Zero pops back up and is determined to not let the size difference affect him. Zero runs towards the ropes and uses them for a springboard, sending a hard punch across the jaw of Stryker. Jimmy looks a bit taken back as Zero lines him up again, this type stepping to the side to send a kick to the jaw of Stryker, but Jimmy is able to catch him. Zero uses his momentum and sends the other leg up for an enziguri. This sends Jimmy backpedaling a bit towards the ropes. Zero stares him down, uses the opposite ropes for momentum, runs at Stryker, and jumps his a sort of suicide move sending both men over the top of the ropes]
Jackson: Whoa! What offense from Zero!
West: I guess it's true that a real superhero has no fear!
[As both men spill to the outside, the ref hangs over the top rope and begins a ten count. Jake Venom waits on the apron still but he is unaware that someone has come up behind him on the floor]
Jackson: Who.... who is that behind...
West: It's THE PHOENIX!
Jackson: Hayden Phoenix? Why is he here?
West: You must have not got the notice LC.... he is just The Phoenix now!
Jackson: Well... what he is doing out here?
[The Phoenix grabs the feet of Venom and pulls them out from under him. Venom falls hard to the floor, but not before his head bangs off of the ring apron and is knocked out cold. The Phoenix ducks down and hides against the ring]
Jackson: Oh come on... not again!
[The cameras pan back to Zero and Jimmy as they get to their feet and crawl back into the ring. Stryker goes to grab Zero, but Zero slips away and dives at his corner for the tag but there is no Jake Venom. Zero looks confused and the ref holds his arms out asking where Venom is it. The ref moves to the corner where Venom should be only to see Venom knocked out cold. The ref and Zero both slide outside of the ring to check on Venom. Stryker gets to his feet confused as to what is going on, and The Phoenix slides into the ring. Stryker realizes what is happening but before he can go anything The Phoenix hits the Phoenix Effect (Superkick) to Stryker, sending him crashing to the mat below. The Phoenix slides outside of the ring opposite of Zero and the ref]
Jackson: Come on! He is always getting involved in matches he has nothing to do with.
West: Stryker IS his opponent in two weeks. He is sure sending a message here!
Jackson: IN TWO WEEKS!
[The ref calls for the medical team to check on Venom as he and Zero both climb back into the ring. They both look confused, and than at each other. Zero shrugs and lays on Stryker for the cover. The ref makes the count]

[The ref and a couple of security members come running back down the ramp and slide into the ring, trying to break The Phoenix of the hold. Instead, he continues to choke Stryker until it appears that Stryker has passed out. The Phoenix finally let's go as he holds his arms up showing that be broke the hold. A package for City on Fire rolls on the screen]

West: This next match pits the Regal JWK versus NGSE's newest monster, Stone Hemingway. These two were involved two weeks ago when T.J. McDaniels was distracted by the presence of Stone, helping JWK to defeat him. Now we see both of these men matching up.
Jackson: And these two men, they are definitely going to be future stars of NGSE!
West: And we go to Shae standing by inside of the ring.
Shae: The following contest is scheduled for one fall... making his way to the ring first from Northville, New York, weighing in at 244 pounds.... STONE HEMINGWAY!!!
[ "Funeral Fog" by Mayhem comes over the speakers as Stone Hemingway comes storming out from the curtain. He kicks away the hands of fans as he stomps his way down to the ringside area. He ruses into the ring and paces waiting for his opponent]
Shae: And from John-William-Kingsleyshiare, Bristol, England, weighing in at 200 pounds... JOHN WILLIAM KINGSLEY!
[John William Kingsley slowly, and elegantly passes through the curtain riding upon his steed Rupert Maximilian Hoofsworth, Mr. Cromwell, his butler, leads them at the front. He moves slow and keeps his head held high, his nose turned up at all the Americans that he passes by. Once the three have reached the ring, JWK dismounts from his horse, gives both it and Mr. Cromwell a bow before then handing his cane to his butler. JWK then steps up from the steal steps to the rim of the ring, wipes his boots on the canvas and then enters the ring to end his entrance with a final bow to the audience]

[Immediately Stone goes after JWK. Stone throws a fury of punches and lands a few, but JWK is able to send Stone back with a few knife edge chops. Stone comes back towards JWK, but is caught with an Atomic Drop. John smiles and slaps Stone right across the face. John laughs as Stone turns away with some great anger. He then turns around and punches JWK right in the mouth sending him down to the canvas. Stone falls right down to the canvas and puts a headlock on John. Stone throws in a few more punches to the head as the ref begins to count]

[Stone stops punching and breaks the headlock. He then gets to his feet and picks John up to his feet. He sends John into the ropes, but JWK comes back and tries for a dropkick. Stone is able to push the legs of JWK away, and uses the ropes for momentum of his own. Stone hits the ropes, runs at John, and drops him with a shoulderblock. Stone goes for a lazy cover]

[JWK easily kicks out. Stone gets to his feet and JWK sends him back to the mat with a standing dropkick, this time connecting. He picks Stone up and drops a vertical suplex on him and goes for the quick cover again]

[Again kickout by Stone, but with some force. JWK is thrown back a bit as Stone gets back to his feet. Stone picks him up and delivers a belly to belly suplex that causes the ring to jump a bit from the force that Stone uses. Stone goes for a cover]

Stone stumbles backwards while JWK is able to get to his feet. John hits Stone with a Short Arm Clothesline, and holding onto Stone, he brings him in close with puts him in a sleeper hold]
Jackson: John William is going old school! A sleeper hold!
[Stone is able to push JWK off into the ropes as he breaks the hold. John hits the ropes and returns to Stone right into a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. John falls hard to the mat, grabbing at his back in pain]
Jackson: Stone sure has some force behind his moves!

[The camera returns to the area as the lights in the Ocean City Convention Center Go out and "Not Gonna Die" by Skillet hits the PA system and the crowd go crazy they know whose music this is. A white spot light is shining the top of the stage the titantron shows the word "REDEMPTION" written in white. Slowly a dark figure emerges from the back as he walks into the light we can see him wearing black boots, black jeans a white T-shirt and a Denim jacket. He's hair swept over towards the right and stubble filling his face. There is no question about it this is Rob Smith]
West: That's Rob Smith! LC, that's Rob Smith!
Jackson: Things around here are about to get interesting!
West: I'd heard rumors all day that he's been in the building in talks about signing but I never thought I'd see him here tonight. Ladies and gentlemen, this man was at one time tipped to become one of the biggest names in the industry, but like many a young man who had fame and fortune thrust upon them at young age he fell victim to the evils of the wrestling business alcohol, women, and drugs. He recently made his return to the ring after nine years and he doesn't appear to have lost a step.
[The crowd starting a "SMITH ... SMITH ... SMITH" chat. Slowly making his way down the entrance ramp the spot light following him. As he gets to the ring apron he rolls under the bottom rope. Taking a moment to get back to his feet his handed a mic. As the lights slowly rise, Smith raises his arm holding the mic in the air to let the crowd know he wants to speak and it's time I settle down]
Smith: I guess from that reaction I don't need to introduce myself. But for those of you who didn't manage to hear what was being shouted, I am the Seeker of Redemption, I am Rob Smith. I've been stuck in a office all day going through the paper work and couldn't help myself from coming out here just to introduce my self to the boys in the back and to let them know whose here to take over.
Looking through the list of names on the roster and there's a few familiar names. Timmy Stone your one of the main reasons why I'm here; you've ducked, dodged, and hid from me for the past month. West: Before Shae could even get out Charlie's announcement, both men are in the ring brawling.
[Both men continue to brawl and send punches back and forth, with Charlie decking CJ with a hard right hook. CJ falls hard to the mat]
Jackson: What a start!

[The ref checks on CJ as he seems to shake it off as he pulls himself back up with the help of the ropes. The ref checks to see if he is ready and he nods his head]

["Come Join The Murder" with its eerie sound starts to play. The arena goes dark and Carmine comes out from the back and he has a hoodie on with the hood up. The fans cheer him but he just keeps walking he slides into the ring and takes off his hoodie and sits in the corner waiting for the match to begin]
Shae: From Boston, Massachusetts weighing 225 pounds... your NGSE Heavyweight Champion.... CARMINE "GRIM" REAPER!!!
[Static is heard through the speakers as the White and Black static is seen on the jumbo screen. The name, "Tim Stone", is seen and begins fading in and out through the static. The music of "Fight" begins to play as Tim slowly makes his way out of the entrance curtain]
Shae: From Calgary, Alberta, Canada weighing in at 255 pounds.... TIM STONE!!!
["Show Me How To Live" by Audioslave begins to play as fog begins to rise from the entrance way. The lights dim down and two spotlights converge on the curtain as The Phoenix makes his way out to the entrance. He stops to look around at the crowd, lift his head, and smirks in a menacing way. He than continues his way to the ring ready for his match. He is all business as he walks down the ramp towards the ring. The lights brighten up as Hayden enters the ring area. Phoenix yells into the air and jumps up onto the apron. He grabs the top rope, looks at both his left and his right side, and flips head first into the ring as the fans boo the man that has turned on them.]
Shae: And from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada weighing in at 235 pounds... THE PHOENIX!!!

[The bell barely rings as Tim and Carmine both make headway towards Phoenix. A stiff kick from Carmine, a hard punch from Tim, a knife edged chop from Carmine]
Jackson: They are teaming up against them!
West: Well he did clean house two weeks ago. Like Tim Stone mentioned, maybe Carmine and Tim have a vendetta against Phoenix.
[Carmine and Tim each grab an arm of Phoenix, and whip him into the corner. Carmine leads the offense to Phoenix in the corner with a wicked splash. Carmine backs up a few steps after the impact as Phoenix falls to his ass. Tim lines up and cannonballs right into Phoenix]
Jackson: That's a lot of impact!
[Carmine grabs the legs of Phoenix and drags him to the middle of the ring. Carmine drops for the pin]
One!
[Tim stomps at Carmine, breaking up the pin]
West: And it looks like that alliance is over!
[Carmine gets to his feet, and Tim pushes Carmine. Carmine retaliates with a shove of his own. The two start trading punches, one after another. Meanwhile Phoenix escapes the ring to the outside]
West: It looks like The Phoenix is taking a few minutes to get a breather and to gain his composure!
Jackson: Don't you mean Hayden Phoenix?
West: He wants to be known as The Phoenix now.
Jackson: And I want to be the Queen of England too!
West: Your majesty!
[As Carmine and Tim continue their assault on each other, Tim lands a staff punch to Carmine. Carmine is stunned and Tim uses the opening to put him up on the top rope. He then grabs onto Carmine and delivers a belly-to-belly suplex from the top rope that sends Carmine crashing to the mat. Tim took some of the force as well, but he gathers himself after a few moments and goes for the pin]

[Kickout by Carmine Reaper]
Jackson: It won't be that easy to defeat the champ!
[Tim gets to his feet and picks up Carmine with Carmine's back to him. Tim Stone reaches and hooks Carmine in and delivers a belly-to-back suplex. Tim this time goes right back to work on him, he gets onto Carmine and begins to stomp at the champion]
West: Tim Stone is breaking down the champ and doing what he can!
[We see The Phoenix waiting on the outside of the ring, just watching what is going on. Tim picks up the champion and grabs him for a Russian Leg Sweep, but Carmine is able to block it. Instead, Carmine is able to hit Tim with an uppercut. Tim stumbles back a step as Carmine hits a harder uppercut. Tim stumbles backwards a few more steps as Carmine hits a mean uppercut sending Tim Stone stumbling back to the ropes. Carmine whips Tim across the ring in the direction of The Phoenix who is still on the outside. As Tim hits the ropes, Phoenix grabs his ankles and Tim falls face first into the mat hard]
West: What impact!
[Carmine yells at Phoenix to get inside of the ring, and Phoenix backs up like he wants no part of it. Tim Stone grabs his face and tries to fight off the pain as he gets to one knee. Carmine lines up and makes a dash for Tim, connecting with a Drive by Kick]
West: Reaper drives that boot right across the face!
[Reaper grabs the ankle of Stone looking to end the match, but just as he does Phoenix slides into the ring behind him. Phoenix taps him on the shoulder, and as Carmine turns Phoenix connects with the Phoenix Effect (Superkick). Phoenix goes for the pin]

[Last ditch break by Tim Stone who barely broke the three count. Carmine is laid out in the ring from the superkick, and Tim Stone is trying to gain his focus back. Phoenix gets to his feet, looks over at Tim, and picks him up. Phoenix chops Tim a couple of times, and Tim tries to hit back with a few punches but does not connect]
Jackson: I think that Drive by Kick may have affected Tim's vision!
[Phoenix pushes off on Tim Stone sending him backwards into the rope, and as Tim slowly bounces back he is met with Phoenix Rising]
West: FIRST THE PHOENIX EFFECT ON CARMINE AND NOW PHOENIX RISING ON TIM! THIS HAS TO BE IT!
[Phoenix for the pinfall]

[Hayden pulls out a steel chair and slide back into of the ring. He crouches down a bit, yelling for either of the men to get up. Tim and Carmine both seem to slowly gain their composure and pull themselves up with the help of the ropes. As Stone realizes the weapon in Phoenix's hands, he pushes Carmine at Phoenix and Carmine is nailed in the head with the chair. Carmine falls hard to the mat as Tim makes his way towards Phoenix. Phoenix tosses the now crumpled chair at Tim, and Tim tosses it to the side. As he does this, Phoenix leans back and connects with a Phoenix Effect to Tim's jaw]
West: ANOTHER PHOENIX EFFECT!!! AND CARMINE IS OUT COLD!!!
[Phoenix for the cover]

KEG vs John Carter
[The cameras go to Shae Jackson standing in the middle of the ring]
Shae: The following contest is scheduled for 2 out of 3 falls match. The first man to score two wins by any combination of pinfall, submission, or disqualification will be the winner. And the match is for the NGSE Five Lakes Championship! First the challenger, from Detroit, Michigan weighing in at 217 pounds.... JOHN CARTER!
["Not Afraid" blares on the pa system, and out comes John Carter raising both arms in the air. John points two fingers in the air. He remains this way until he gets in the ring and redoes the pose while standing middle of the ring]
Shae: And from Beer Bottle Crossing, Idaho weighing in at 202 pounds... the Five Lakes Champion... KEG!!!
[Like a magnet, KEG stumbles over to a fan at ringside holding his title and takes the fans beer. KEG downs the beer in one gulp, impressing all who witness it, and then KEG also grabs the fan's hot dog. He chows down on the hot dog as he climbs into the ring. He now walks over to the ring announcer, grabs the microphone and emits a loud belch into the microphone as the fans cheer (except for some of the ladies)]
West: This is going to be a great Main Event!
[The ref calls for the bell]
DING DING DING
[KEG and Carter lock up center ring, and Carter is quickly pushed back by the champion. The Five Lakes Champion looks at Carter and smiles telling him to bring it and get back up for another lock up. Carter is up and another lock up, and another powerful push down by the drunken KEG. Carter slams his hands onto the mat and stares down the champ who appears to just be toying with him. KEG move towards Carter, who quickly rolls out of the ring trying to gain his own composure]
Jackson: It looks like Carter is not liking the fact that the champion might be toying a bit with him.
[KEG is not going to allow Carter to avoid him, and he's quickly out after him without Carter realizing. Carter turns around and catches
KEG's forearm ac Carter falls to the mat below. KEG pulls Carter up and rolls him into the ring. The champ is in after him, and delivers several black boots right to the side of the downed John Carter]
West: The champion is in early control of this match. It looks like he is inflicting some punishment into Carter.
Jackson: I wonder if it indeed was KEG that was behind Carter's vicious attack a few weeks back. He DID leave Carter alone two weeks ago without a partner.
West: Who knows?
[KEG pulls Carter up and pushes him into a corner, delivering a heavy punch right to the side of Carter's face. Carter responds by delivering a hard chop to the chest of KEG, sending an echo through the arena. KEG looks at Carter, and responds back with a hard chop of his own. Carter than goes back himself and chops KEG.... and again.... and again... and again... until KEG is across the ring with his own back to the opposite corner. Carter backs up a few steps and sends himself towering towards KEG with a hard splash into the corner. Carter reaches and grabs the head of KEG, and sends him crashing towards the middle of the ring with a bulldog]
Jackson: What a comeback for John Carter there!
[Carter goes for a quick pin attempt]

[Kickout by KEG]
Jackson: Wow... Carter almost pulled off a quick pinfall there!
[Both men get back to their feet as Carter moves to clothesline KEG, but KEG ducks. Carter hits the ropes and returns as KEG delivers another hard boot to Carter's head]
West: This isn't normal KEG, he is out to keep his title!
[KEG pulls Carter up, and quickly drives him back into the mat with a snap suplex. KEG floats over into the cover]

[Kickout by Carter, barely getting a one count. KEG pulls Carter up off the mat and whips him into the ropes, when Carter comes back, he's met with leaping stomp to KEG's face. Another cover by Carter]
ONE
[Kickout by KEG. Carter looks at the ref about the count and the ref shakes his head. Carter points towards the ceiling as the fans begin to roar and cheer for their underdog]
Jackson: Listen to them West... Just Listen!
[KEG slowly gets up, and as he does he is met with Carter's Roundhouse Kick known as The End. Carter drops for the cover]

Shae: The winner of the first fall is.... JOHN CARTER!!!
[Carter celebrates for a second as he also catches his breath. In the meantime, KEG pops up realizing what had happened and that he is one fall away from losing the title. KEG quickly runs over to Carter, grabs him, and hits a KEGPLEX on Carter. With Carter on his back, KEG steps up to the second rope in the corner, and falls forward with a headbutt. Carter grabs his forehead in pain and he rolls back and forth, yelling out. KEG picks up Carter, lifts him over his shoulder, and runs forward hitting the KEGSLAM. KEG goes for the cover]

Shae: The winner of the second fall is... KEG!!!
West: And just like that we are tied 1 to 1, which means the winner of this last match will walk away winner!
Jackson: Business sure is picking up!
[Carter and KEG both lie on the mat catching their breath as the ref checks on both of them. They both nod that they are ready but just as they are about to begin, from the entrance ramp out walks Charlie Ngatai]
Jackson: Really? I am about done with tonight. Can no one keep to their own fucking match?
West: LC... we are ON AIR.....
Jackson: Fuck it....
[Carter and KEG stand in preparation of Charlie making his way down, but enough distance between them to make sure no man gets an advantage. The ref is already warning Charlie to not get involved in the match]
West: Remember folks... it was announced that falls include pinfall, submission, AND disqualification. If either man gets DQs, the title will be awarded!
[Charlie slides into the ring and walks past the ref. He gets between both KEG and Carter, and has a bit of a smirk towards KEG. KEG and Charlie nod to each other, but instead of attacking KEG which would help the champion to retain, Charlie instead turns to Carter and clotheslines him hard to the mat as the ref calls for the bell]
Jackson: What? WHAT? WHAT?!?!
[The ref walks over to Shae Jackson as he tells her some info, Charlie stands over Carter as both Carter and KEG look confused. KEG makes his way to Charlie and pushes him. They proceed to get into a shoving match as Shae comes in the mic]
Shae: As a result of Disqualification... your NEW Five Lakes Champion... JOHN CARTER!!!
[KEG and Charlie continue to push and shove as if some sort of understanding between them was broken. Carter is able to get to his feet and away from the two of them as the ref hands the title to Carter]
West: What a night! What a Main Event! And we will see Charlie versus Carter at City on Fire!
Jackson: I... I don't know anymore....
["I Can't Stop" by Flux Pavilion begins to play as Devlin Scott comes out onto the entrance ramp]
Devlin: Wait just a damn minute here... this is NOT how this is going down.
[Carter looks confused, while KEG and Charlie look up at the boss]
Jackson: Come on Devlin... make this right!
Devlin: Cut the music! Cut it! You know what.... Charlie would go on the fight Carter at City on Fire... and that seems like his plan all along. How about this? The match is now Charlie versus John Carter..... versus KEG. It is a Triple Threat match at City on Fire.
[Devlin takes a breath]
Devlin: Oh... and I almost forgot... in the Windy City Gauntlet match will be... CJ O'Donnell, T.J. McDaniels, El Obispo, Zero, Pimp D, Rob Smith, and Leo Casablancas. I cannot wait to see everyone at City on Fire!
[Devlin drops the mic as Charlie looks pissed off, Carter is embracing the Five Lakes Title, and KEG has a smirk on his face]
West: That is it from Ocean City... we will see you in two weeks LIVE FROM CHICAGO!
[The cameras go to Shae Jackson standing in the middle of the ring]
Shae: The following contest is scheduled for 2 out of 3 falls match. The first man to score two wins by any combination of pinfall, submission, or disqualification will be the winner. And the match is for the NGSE Five Lakes Championship! First the challenger, from Detroit, Michigan weighing in at 217 pounds.... JOHN CARTER!
["Not Afraid" blares on the pa system, and out comes John Carter raising both arms in the air. John points two fingers in the air. He remains this way until he gets in the ring and redoes the pose while standing middle of the ring]
Shae: And from Beer Bottle Crossing, Idaho weighing in at 202 pounds... the Five Lakes Champion... KEG!!!
[Like a magnet, KEG stumbles over to a fan at ringside holding his title and takes the fans beer. KEG downs the beer in one gulp, impressing all who witness it, and then KEG also grabs the fan's hot dog. He chows down on the hot dog as he climbs into the ring. He now walks over to the ring announcer, grabs the microphone and emits a loud belch into the microphone as the fans cheer (except for some of the ladies)]
West: This is going to be a great Main Event!
[The ref calls for the bell]
DING DING DING
[KEG and Carter lock up center ring, and Carter is quickly pushed back by the champion. The Five Lakes Champion looks at Carter and smiles telling him to bring it and get back up for another lock up. Carter is up and another lock up, and another powerful push down by the drunken KEG. Carter slams his hands onto the mat and stares down the champ who appears to just be toying with him. KEG move towards Carter, who quickly rolls out of the ring trying to gain his own composure]
Jackson: It looks like Carter is not liking the fact that the champion might be toying a bit with him.
[KEG is not going to allow Carter to avoid him, and he's quickly out after him without Carter realizing. Carter turns around and catches
KEG's forearm ac Carter falls to the mat below. KEG pulls Carter up and rolls him into the ring. The champ is in after him, and delivers several black boots right to the side of the downed John Carter]
West: The champion is in early control of this match. It looks like he is inflicting some punishment into Carter.
Jackson: I wonder if it indeed was KEG that was behind Carter's vicious attack a few weeks back. He DID leave Carter alone two weeks ago without a partner.
West: Who knows?
[KEG pulls Carter up and pushes him into a corner, delivering a heavy punch right to the side of Carter's face. Carter responds by delivering a hard chop to the chest of KEG, sending an echo through the arena. KEG looks at Carter, and responds back with a hard chop of his own. Carter than goes back himself and chops KEG.... and again.... and again... and again... until KEG is across the ring with his own back to the opposite corner. Carter backs up a few steps and sends himself towering towards KEG with a hard splash into the corner. Carter reaches and grabs the head of KEG, and sends him crashing towards the middle of the ring with a bulldog]
Jackson: What a comeback for John Carter there!
[Carter goes for a quick pin attempt]

[Kickout by KEG]
Jackson: Wow... Carter almost pulled off a quick pinfall there!
[Both men get back to their feet as Carter moves to clothesline KEG, but KEG ducks. Carter hits the ropes and returns as KEG delivers another hard boot to Carter's head]
West: This isn't normal KEG, he is out to keep his title!
[KEG pulls Carter up, and quickly drives him back into the mat with a snap suplex. KEG floats over into the cover]

[Kickout by Carter, barely getting a one count. KEG pulls Carter up off the mat and whips him into the ropes, when Carter comes back, he's met with leaping stomp to KEG's face. Another cover by Carter]

[Kickout by KEG. Carter looks at the ref about the count and the ref shakes his head. Carter points towards the ceiling as the fans begin to roar and cheer for their underdog]
Jackson: Listen to them West... Just Listen!
[KEG slowly gets up, and as he does he is met with Carter's Roundhouse Kick known as The End. Carter drops for the cover]

Shae: The winner of the first fall is.... JOHN CARTER!!!
[Carter celebrates for a second as he also catches his breath. In the meantime, KEG pops up realizing what had happened and that he is one fall away from losing the title. KEG quickly runs over to Carter, grabs him, and hits a KEGPLEX on Carter. With Carter on his back, KEG steps up to the second rope in the corner, and falls forward with a headbutt. Carter grabs his forehead in pain and he rolls back and forth, yelling out. KEG picks up Carter, lifts him over his shoulder, and runs forward hitting the KEGSLAM. KEG goes for the cover]

THREE!!!
Shae: The winner of the second fall is... KEG!!!
West: And just like that we are tied 1 to 1, which means the winner of this last match will walk away winner!
Jackson: Business sure is picking up!
[Carter and KEG both lie on the mat catching their breath as the ref checks on both of them. They both nod that they are ready but just as they are about to begin, from the entrance ramp out walks Charlie Ngatai]
Jackson: Really? I am about done with tonight. Can no one keep to their own fucking match?
West: LC... we are ON AIR.....
Jackson: Fuck it....
[Carter and KEG stand in preparation of Charlie making his way down, but enough distance between them to make sure no man gets an advantage. The ref is already warning Charlie to not get involved in the match]
West: Remember folks... it was announced that falls include pinfall, submission, AND disqualification. If either man gets DQs, the title will be awarded!
[Charlie slides into the ring and walks past the ref. He gets between both KEG and Carter, and has a bit of a smirk towards KEG. KEG and Charlie nod to each other, but instead of attacking KEG which would help the champion to retain, Charlie instead turns to Carter and clotheslines him hard to the mat as the ref calls for the bell]
Jackson: What? WHAT? WHAT?!?!
[The ref walks over to Shae Jackson as he tells her some info, Charlie stands over Carter as both Carter and KEG look confused. KEG makes his way to Charlie and pushes him. They proceed to get into a shoving match as Shae comes in the mic]
Shae: As a result of Disqualification... your NEW Five Lakes Champion... JOHN CARTER!!!
[KEG and Charlie continue to push and shove as if some sort of understanding between them was broken. Carter is able to get to his feet and away from the two of them as the ref hands the title to Carter]
West: What a night! What a Main Event! And we will see Charlie versus Carter at City on Fire!
Jackson: I... I don't know anymore....
["I Can't Stop" by Flux Pavilion begins to play as Devlin Scott comes out onto the entrance ramp]
