Xavier walks in with the last box of stuff. He sets it down in the living room and takes a deep breath as he looks at
his girlfriend Essi Olivier.
Xavier Cain: I think that is the last of them.
Essi smiles from her seat on the couch, her feet kicked up on the coffee table as she stretches out slightly with a small sigh.
Essi Olivier: That looked like hard work…
She smirks slightly in a playful way; leaning her head to the side as she looks him up and down.He smiles back at her as he walks into the kitchen and grabs two waters. He unscrews the cap of one and takes a drink of it as he walks to the couch. He hands her one and looks at her.
Xavier Cain: It was but in the long run it is worth it. Being able to see you pretty much every day is something I couldn’t pass up.
He smirks a little bit. Knowing that while that was sweet he really meant it. She takes the water from him with a smile and grabs his hand, pulling down to her for a kiss. Wrinkling her nose up with a laugh.
Essi Olivier: Well,I can’t imagine anything better than getting to see you almost every day.
He smiles as he looks at her. He kisses her one more time and then sits on the arm of the couch.
Xavier Cain: Seeing as I have moved in with you I have been wondering something.
He pats her leg and looks at her.
Xavier Cain: I’m on the road a lot, I was thinking would you want to travel with me?
She pauses for a moment, tilting her head in thought as she thinks over his proposal; pursing her lips as she does so before breaking out into a smile and leaning against him, glancing up.
Essi Olivier: I would love that.
He kisses her forehead and smiles as he looks down at her.
Xavier Cain: Awesome, I need my cheerleader therefore me. Although it might be a little distracting.
She smiles wide and drops a hand on his knee, leaning right into him now with a soft sigh; her other hand intertwines her fingers with his;
Essi Olivier: Well, I’ll try not to be too distracting.
He squeezes her hand with his and laughs.
Xavier Cain: I’d hope not. But it will be worth it all for you to travel with me and take yet another risk with me Essi. Just another step of our journey together, and I’m falling more in love with that journey every day.
He kisses her forehead as he gets up from the arm of the couch he takes her hands into hers and pulls her up hugging her. She slides her arms around his waist and tilts her head back, looking up into his eyes.
Essi Olivier: Besides, this way I can make sure you’re keeping up with your Yoga…
She laughs a little, the tone obviously playful.
He laughs and looks at her.

Xavier Cain: Oh you are going to make me practice on the road?
He looks at her and tries one of the moves that she had taught him, he fell back and looked up at her shaking his head.
Xavier Cain: I guess I do need practice.
She smiles and kneels down next to him on the floor, slowly running her hand over his abs under his shirt with a raised eyebrow.
Essi Olivier: It’s okay… You have other, muchly appreciated attributes.
He laughs and kisses her.
Xavier Cain: Well thank you! You have some good attributes yourself.
She smiles and leans over his, tracing a fingertip down his cheek and across his jaw with a small sigh, before leaning in close and kissing him again.
Essi Olivier: I love you in all of your ungraceful glory.
He gets up and he grabs her and picks her up he leans down and kisses her.
Xavier Cain: Well I love you, and well now that I’m living with you we can do this.
He walks with her in his arms to her bedroom and drops her on the bed the door closes as the scene fades to black.

“Last show I finally got pay back against someone that deserved it. Martian Karloff wanted to beat me but he couldn’t get done and with that I now have an opportunity.
Opportunities come to people that wait. A shot maybe at a title awaits me now and that feels good to have that in the back of my head. But outside of wrestling opportunities arise for me all of the time. Sometimes, I was dumb not to take advantage of the opportunity so I let it slip through my hand. Other times I took that opportunity and ran with it.
The one that I took and ran with the best way that I could have is when I had the chance to meet Essi. It was given to me and I would have been stupid not to take it. Meeting her and getting to know her has been a blessing one that I don’t take for granted. Now that she is going to go on the road with me it is even better. I have an opportunity to show her more of my personality and my heart and I don’t and won’t take it lightly. Just as I will not take my opponent lightly.
I have an opportunity and I will capitalize on it.”

Xavier Cain sat outside of the apartment that he now shared with Essi Olivier he had a smile on his face and he reached up on his neck and grabbed the cross that hung from it. It was something that he loved, something that he held dear and it was always something he would wear. He looked at the camera and nodded his head.
Xavier Cain: Freddie Styles called me a kiss
A..s..s..
Not wanting to utter the word he spelt it. It kind of felt to him that you didn’t need to use that word to get your point across but alas he did.
Xavier Cain: You might like to call himself his own man, but at the end of the day he is just like everyone else that steps into the ring. He talks a big game and he hurls insults your way so how is he his own man? Because he fights by himself? Because he has no friends? See when you talk like that you don’t deserve fans, or friends. See I went to Devlin Scott because I wanted to thank him for the opportunity that he gave me. When I came into the Redemption offices and said that I wanted to be a wrestler for him he could have laughed and kicked me out. When I got cheated out of my first match he could have torn up my contract and moved on from me. He didn’t though he kept with me and it has worked out. My hard work has paid off and I’m not going to stop now. You see I will walk into that ring with Freddie and I will fight him tooth and nail and I will come out on top. Maybe I sound a little confident and maybe that leads me to be a jerk but I don’t care. I want to look at myself in a positive light and that is what I will do.
He smiles as he walks off of the porch.
Xavier Cain: I do wonder what is in store for the winner of this match. Is it a title shot? Is it more money? Or is it just a big congrats? It is something that you have to think about and I am not going to leave it as a chance. If you lose you might get the same things down the road but I don’t want that. I want to win, I want to get my hand raised. I won my last match and it felt so good that I don’t want to lose again, I can’t do that. I have worked so hard to get to this place that I don’t want to let it slip out of my hands. If it slips what am I going to do?
He ponders for a second and then shakes his head.
Xavier Cain: I know that Freddie will do the same I know that he sees the opportunity is something he wants as well, so here we go two guys fighting for one thing and something has to give. I’m ready for this match and I will do what it takes to win. Will he? Who knows but I know one thing the greater power is behind me.
He smiles as he looks up and grabs his cross as the scene fades.
