On Camera: Later That Day
(We open up and were inside of a lobby of a hotel room, we see several people walking about carrying on about their business, we see a couple of hotel staff at the front-desk chatting away. It seems fairly quiet for a lobby of a hotel, as we pan around we see Anton Chase. Dressed in some black jeans and a black buttoned shirt with his sleeves rolled up, we see Anton sitting on a chair quietly in the corner.)
"This Sunday we have a match that is Main Event calibre headline, we have a match that can dominate any pay-per-view and we have a match that is going to blow the minds of the fans in attendance and across the world. But we still seem to have a problem here don't we? We seem to have this big problem Avery Miles has that he believes that I am not Earning my place. That my recent amount of losses has gave me a downfall and he believes that I cannot beat him. He is delusional. Like most on the roster."
(Anton pauses while leaning back in a chair)
"Avery Miles you're right as of late I've been on what you call a losing streak, and believe me in this business it happens, and unfortunately for me it has been for what it seems a long time. But looking back it truly hasn't. Looking back and clear of any alcohol in my system, I know that those matches I could have and should have won. I know that I should have won championship title opportunities but my alcohol problem was in the way of that, and I accept it. I accept and take responsibility for my own actions but I won't accept your stupidity."
(Anton smirks)
"You see Avery Miles it is one thing to have a match with me and talk crap but one thing that you shouldn't do but you should never and I mean never ask me to up my game. You're not going to like what happens. I've been known to have some of the very best matches when I'm challenged like that. Avery I will be on my best day and like I've said before, I will prove to everyone why I should be a champion."
(Anton smirks again)
"I've done a lot of big things in my career and I will continue to do big things, but one of the newest big things that I will achieve will be beating you. Beating the prodigal son of NGW and showing that you're not above me. You're not above me in anyway and it's going to be bitter sweet proving to Devlin Scott that I can still go, and after that, he can offer my a title shot."
(Anton pauses)
"One thing you need to learn though Avery is don't believe your own hype, one thing I learned early. I learned because I wasn't a kiss-ass and didn't kneel to any promoters. Unlike you. You see to be close to Devlin Scott who put stock in you, being the face and all. Well that is going to come crashing down and that will shock you. It will shock you to its core because you are normally put against guys who you can beat. I am not one of them. I am not that easy you can walk all over, and I am not bending the knee. I will always succeed. And this Sunday is another success for me."
(Anton pauses)
"This Sunday I step my game up Avery like you ask but you're not going to like the outcome. The outcome will be the sheer-fact that you laying on your back and me standing over you, arm raised as winner. Avery Miles big things are changing for me, once I beat you, I'm heading for the spotlight championship and anyone who steps in my way will suffer the same fate as you. Avery Miles never doubt me."
