The latest video uploaded to the West Coast Genesis website begins with, not footage of anything in particular, but rather a date:
SEPTEMBER 8, 2017
The white on black text lingers on screen for a few moments, before abruptly being replaced with footage from a wrestling match. The quickly cut montage focuses on one specific participant of a triple threat match, a young brunette girl, who is seen being thrown around by her two much bigger opponents with a variety of moves. The video almost delights on showing the impact each move has on the teenager, and the sound of her body hitting the mat over and over again is brought up in the mix, so that it dominates the audio track completely, over even the roar of the crowd. Several pin attempts by either man are also shown, before the footage lingers on a shot of the youngster being led away from the ring post-match, her face squashed into a mess of purple and blue and a trickle of blood running down the edge of her lip. The footage becomes slow-motion, then black and white, before freeze-framing and transitioning to yet another text blurb:
A FEW HOURS LATER
UNDISCLOSED LOCATION
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA
When the feed comes back, viewers find themselves inside a lab – or rather, an obvious low-budget set intended to represent a lab. A gurney lies in the middle of the shot, surrounded by random metallic instruments. In the background, a tacky medical equipment prop flashes and buzzes away, while in the foreground, a girl with bright red hair and wearing a white lab coat pretends to take notes on a pad.
Once the scene has been established, another girl enters from the left, wheeling a gurney of her own in front of her. This is a tall blonde in civilian clothes, who addresses the 'doctor' in a tone of concern:
'Doctor, we have to do something! She's pretty bad...'
The redhead takes a moment to inspect the person on the gurney – the same short brunette seen taking abuse in the wrestling match moments previously. Then, turning back to the blonde, she asks:
'Is this model IZZ-01?'
The blonde nods.
'Yes, doctor. This is IZZ-01.'
The redhead begins pacing again, scratching her chin in a gesture of ponderousness. Then, after a long moment, she declares:
'We can fix her. We have the technology.'
The blonde smiles delightedly, and hurries to take her place next to the would-be physician. Together, they transpose the third girl onto the main gurney, after which the redhead shines a bright spotlight down on her.
There then begins what appears to be an operation, shown in a decently put-together series of edits and quick cuts. Medical instruments change hands, the redhead doctor is seen frowns in concentration in a close-up shot, her blonde assistant looks nervous, and the spotlight shines directly down on the camera, enveloping the entire frame in white light. Only then does the camera return to the operating duo, to find the redhead doctor whooping:
'EUREKA!'
The redhead removes her surgical mask, tossing it aside less than professionally, before leaning over the gurney. Then, suddenly, her tone changes from professionally aloof to manically villainous as she rasps:
'Riiiiiiise, IZZ-02! RIIIIIIIISE!'
At this point, the girl on the gurney slowly clambers up to a seated position before swinging herself upright. The camera closes in on her snorting face as her 'surgeon' laughs manically.
'It LIIIIIIVES!'
IZZ-02 grunts, as if in acknowledgement, causing the 'doctor' to ask:
'How are you feeling, IZZ-02?'
The answer comes in the form of a growl, prompting the redhead to repeat the question:
'How are you feeling, IZZ-02?'
'RAAAAARGH!'
'How are you feeling, IZZ-02?'
'RAAAAARGH!'
'How are you feeling, IZZ-02?'
'RAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRGGGGHHHH!!'
This latest and particularly fearsome growl elicits another round of cackling from the redhead, after which she asks:
'And what are you going to do to Lorson tomorrow?'
'FIGHT! HURT! WIN!'
'What are you going to do to Lorson tomorrow?'
'FIGHT! HURT! WIN!'
'What are you going to do to Lorson tomorrow?'
'FIGHT! HURT! WIIIIIIIIN!'
Another growl escapes the brunette's lips, as her 'surgeon' laughs more manically than ever. Then, a crimson smirk etched on her features, she addresses the camera directly for the first time:
'Get ready, West Coast Genesis...pn September 30, everything changes. September 12 marked the death of IZZ-01. September 30 will see the GENESIS...of the new...and imrproved...'
The camera zooms in on the snorting brunette.
'...IZZ-1000.'
The redhead's evil cackling is heard once again as the feed once again transitions to white text against a plain black background.

It is on that vaguely ominous date that the video ends.
