Video starts and it is a close up of Jonathan as he is setting up to record. It's that awkward moment as he finishes the settings but the video has started recording.
Great. Ok oh ah. It's recording good. Need to make sure this part is edited. Anyways.
Jonathan is dressed in a nice button down shirt and jeans as he sits down. It's obvious he is in a hotel room and alone.
So I took a little trip this week to clear my head of a few things. I flew all the way to New York as I felt a change was needed to prepare for what should be a relatively easy match. Should be.
At glory I have the distinct hon… no privled…. being forced to face John Blade and his partner Alicia Hixx. Now I never want to take anything away from an opponent but normally I wouldn't be too terribly worried.
While The Champ and his partner will be a handful it's my partner who has me worried. See Josh and I don't really see eye to eye. He has great talent, which normally is be beyond confident we should win. The problem is I have a feeling he is a taco short of a combo platter.
I don't say that lightly. In our last match he snapped and got himself disqualified by putting his hands on the ref. That's not good strategy and frankly if I can get under your skin that quickly Josh. There are some serious anger issues.
Not to mention the after match altercation. I'm lucky you didn't break anything. Attacking me out of the blue like that over what? A little fun in the ring. Playtime is over Josh.
I know you're going through a lot, hell we all have things on our plate that frustrate us. You have to make sure you keep it together. If you need help man I know we have our differences but I don't like seeing people suffer when help is so easy to get.
But I digress at the end of all this I know I have to not only deal with what's in front of me but also what's behind me. It's a no win situation for me but it's the hand I've been dealt. Luckily for me interpreting cards in the best way is what I do. John Alicia and Josh see you at Glory.
