$$$$$ ON CAMERA $$$$$
August 3rd, 2017 10:08 PM
Mason Moore's House, Las Vegas Nevada
Mason Moore sits inside his small home gym. He has the very basics here with just a rack of free weights and an incline bench. He sits on the edge of the bench with a fifty pound dumbbell in his right hand. He's dressed very simply in a pair of UNLV workout shorts, with a white towel resting on his left knee. He brings the dumbbell up and counts to ten before looking up at the camera.
"I know, I'm incredibly impressive. There's a reason why I'm the one and only Muscle Machine. While I am ridiculously impressive, both for my good looks and my strength, I'm also sitting here, watching and waiting. Watching for twitter notifications, watching for you tube notifications, waiting on any kind of word from my opponent. I gave her the opportunity as well. Hell, I gave her the opportunity to talk about our match and her match in the all female invitational. I served her up a chance to try and make people care about her. I granted her the chance to tell the entire World why she was going to beat not only me, but Sapphire as well, in the same night. She made one cliche tweet, and that was it. It seemed like people who knew nothing about either of the matches, were more interested than she was. I'm gonna guess that if she does say anything at all, it will be something about letting what she does in the gym and in the ring do the talking for her."
Mason smirks as he curls the fifty pound dumbbell and holds it up, smirking at the camera as he mouths a ten count without actually speaking.
"Yea, it's completely possible to do both. My actions inside the ring speak volumes. It's why I am the rightful Redemption wrestling Genesis champion."
He glances it his other shoulder where his purchased replica title is sitting, now with a nameplate that says MASON MOORE in large hand etched letters.
"Yea, don't think I have forgotten about you at all, Blair. You are carrying around a sham title. That championship is a fraud, just like you are. Yea yes, you technically retained the title per the rules, but those rules are bullshit and so was how you retained. This title here is the true Redemption Wrestling Genesis Title, and I will make sure that it and myself are officially recognized. I will get another match with you, and this time there's not gonna be any brass knuckles. There won't be any low blows, there won't be any way for you to screw me over. Now, don't start freaking out just yet. Until my match with you is made official, not only will I not do anything to cost you that false championship... I am going to make sure that you hold on to it. Until my match is made official. Until you are named as my number one contender, I will make sure that nobody else takes that fraud of a championship away from you. I'm going to be your damn guardian angel, for as long as it takes for our match to get booked. Nobody else is going to lay claim to MY championship. Nobody is going to get a win over you and push me to the back of the line. I am the rightful Genesis champion, and I am the only one who will remove your name from that current champion position up on the website."
Mason looks back down at the title and nods his head towards it as he switches the dumbbell over to his left hand and raises it, once more holding it up for a good ten seconds before he slowly lowers it.
"Now LAVA, don't think I'm looking past you or our match. While Blair Kivisto and the Genesis title are on my mind. This upcoming show, you are in my way. See, if I lose to you, that bitch could try and put you in front of me in a title match. If you could manage to defeat the true and rightful Genesis champion, it only seems logical that you would get a chance at taking the fake championship. I can't let that happen LAVA. I have to go out there Sunday night, beat the hell out of you, get the pin and then move on to getting my title. In truth, I don't actually have any problems with you. No personal animosity or deep seeded hatred. Matter of fact, based on what I have seen of your work, I'm a fan. It probably doesn't seem that way since I'm pretty sure I've predicted you to lose in every single round of the all female invitational, but those predictions weren't personal in any way. Well maybe there was a bit of bias in a few picks, but not with your matches. You have proven me wrong in every single round so far, and you could do it again in this round. I highly doubt it, and even if you do pull out the win, there is no kind of telling what kind of toll it is gonna take on you."
Mason lowers the dumbbell for his last rep, takes a deep breath, then gets up, puts it back on the rack and wipes a bit of sweat away from his face.
"Facts are facts LAVA. You are coming in to this match with a massive disadvantage. You rely on your size, some take downs, and submissions. I am bigger than you, I am stronger than you, and in truth, you're a bit of a one trick pony. While my main approach is to out power someone, I am more than capable of out wrestling someone. I am athletic enough that I can use speed and counter wrestling. Add on the fact that I will be fresh, while you will have competed in a match against the most physically imposing, impressive, and dominant competitor in the all female invitational, and everything points to me adding another win to my record. You could shock the World, beat Sapphire and myself in the same night, make a huge name for yourself and show the World that you're not to be taken lightly. You could do all of that, but the likelihood is very small. It's more likely that we'll find life on Mars. It's more likely that dogs will all gain the ability to speak. It is more likely that Godzilla will come out of the movies and attack Tokyo for real. In other words, it just ain't gonna happen LAVA."
Mason shakes his head in a No manner and offers up a shrug before he looks back at his replica title, then turns to the camera and winks.
