Smash! Glass shatters all over the marble floor. The thief dressed head to toe in black doesn’t even look twice. He drops a stack of papers he was holding that came out of an eighteenth century dresser he was rummaging through and bolts for the door. Throwing himself around an oak doorway into a kitchen of a million dollar house he volts other an island dressed in silverware and dives through an already smashed in window.
He lands on his feet in the courtyard, hedges inclose him but the darkness of the night camouflages from any view out the windows. He rushes down the garden to a part of the hedge that has been burrowed under. Running into a slide he shoots straight under the hedge to the other side. Jumping to his feet the thief dusts himself off before starting to walk briskly down a country lane away from the mansion, watching behind him as he goes. He hugs the hedge using it as camouflage trying to hide as lights in the house start coming on and dogs start barking.
Moving slowly now he slides around a corner in the hedge with almost a sigh of relief that he’s escaped now. Stepping backwards he bumps into what feels like a tree. Unknowingly the thief has backed up onto the monster of a man Damien. The Messiah was there waiting for him. The thief turns slowly fearing the police or worse but looks confused with the sight of Damien’s face. Damien lunges forward grabbing the thief by the neck followed with a sharp knee to his gut.
Heads lights flash on behind Damien. A taxi is sprawled out in the field behind the mansion facing Damien and the thief. The light silhouettes them with Damien’s huge shadow casting the thief into darkness. The foggy night carries the light far into the countryside. Lucifer steps out of the drivers side staring directly at the thief. Pushing his long hair back and adjusting his coat, Lucifer leans up sitting on the corner of the taxi’s bonnet looking at the thief with his head crocked to the side, “We really don’t like you, you’ve made a monumental mess. You’ve set off a chain reaction of events that me and my brother really don’t want to have to clean up.”
In Damien’s vice lock around his neck the thief doesn’t seem as scared as he should be. His body language is cocky, even in the face of these two massive men he feels the alpha male. Ignoring Lucifer, looking directly into Damien’s eyes the thief snarls, “Let me go or i’ll end you tonight.” Lucifer holds back laughter not wanting to escalate the situation, “I got a deal, leave now, go to mexico, canada, i don’t care, but make sure your not our problem anymore, then we won’t have to deal with you.” Still ignoring Lucifer, “I’mma end your freak brother as well,” the thief spits at Damien.
Being the much larger man Damien goes to grab the thief's collar to drag him over to the car, but the thief ducks throwing an uppercut nailing Damien on the jaw. The blow makes Damien lose his choke on the thief who kicks Damien’s knee in sending the big man down to his knees, without a pause the thief connects his elbow into Damien’s temple. The thief lets out a howl like noise, he has the chance now to make an escape. Looking into his eyes you can tell this thought hasn’t even crossed his mind. He instantly charges towards Lucifer. Lucifer doesn’t move, flinch or even change his expression because Damien rises back to his feet right behind the thief.
Damien grabs him by the back of the collar lunging him towards the car throwing him up on the bonnet. The thief hits the windscreen and tumbles back off hitting the ground. Damien steps in to stomp on the man but the thief grabs his leg and twists forcing Damin up against the taxi. The thief jumps up to smash Damien’s head against the fender. He attempts to force it down a second time but Damien overpowers smacking elbows back into the thief's chest. Damien turns booting the thief in chest send him paces back.
All the while Lucifer is still sat on the bonnet on the other side of the car watching on. The entire exchange is predictable and boring for Lucifer. The thief looks between his opponent and Lucifer who seems to be no threat right now. The thief tenses his fists before sprinting at Damien leaping at him, Damien however moves out the way letting the thief slam himself onto the bonnet. Both Messiahs bundle on top of him holding him down. “I will kill you, get your hick hands off me!” the thief screams while struggling. Lucifer yanks his balaclava off and aims to punch him in the side of the head against the bonnet.
“STOP!” Venus shouts as she jumps out of one of the back doors. Recognising the thief's face though the windscreen she runs around the car to his aid. Lucifer looks confused and annoyed but holds off throwing his calculated punch. Damien still forces the struggling man down. Punishing Lucifer away, “I know this guy, he’s not what you think,” Venus tries to reassure Lucifer. Venus looks up at Damien with the same look. A little more trusting in her Damien backs off letting the man go. He turns immediately squaring up to Damien ready to continue but Venus steps in between him and the Messiahs.
“I don’t know why he’s here but we can trust this guy, his heart is in the right place. He’s got the same morals as you guys,” she's almost pleading with Lucifer to back off. Only just realising his saviour the thief spins Venus around “Fuck me, i heard you were crewed up. But I thought you were out of town for good,” he says hugging Venus, “But I’m really not a fan of these meatheads!” Lucifer and Damien share a glare with each other agreeing to back off.
Venus turns back to the Messiahs “Guys this is Savage.”
