*After Glory in Minneapolis, Avery is able to catch a red eye home. Happy with the result, he is one of the few people on the plane. A three and a half hour flight and the time difference gives a landing time of about four or five in the morning. Avery grabs an Uber for the ride home. Parking the car at the airport was never really a thought to him; and it was too early to call for a ride from his parents or a friend. Fine with the 30 minute ride home, Avery arrived home at six thirty in the morning. He got out of the car and headed quietly inside. Stepping in through the front door, he already smelled coffee on. Was Taylor up already? He puts his bag down and sees her in the kitchen. Quietly, he whispers.*
Avery: Good morning, beautiful. Someone up early?
*She lets out a little shriek.*
Taylor: Geez... you scared me. I have exams in a few hours so I was going to do a quick review before leaving
*He heads over to her and wraps his arm around her tummy as much as he can. He reaches and kisses her cheek.*
Avery: I caught a red eye home.
Taylor: I am not surprised. Did you sleep on the plane at all
Avery: I half dozed for like twenty minutes. But I figured I could get some sleep today. You know after a show I can't really sleep anyways.
*He heads into the fridge trying to find something.*
Avery: So I think I've made a decision. I think that after WrestleForce, I am not going to re-sign.
*She leans back against the counter, a mug in her hands as she takes a sip.*
Taylor: Because you're not winning?
Avery: I won last night, thank you.
*He pulls out some pudding cups.*
Avery: And no. I just don't think it's the right fit anymore.
Taylor: You know I support you in almost everything. If you feel like you are not a good fit then by all means. I won't complain having ypu home more
Avery: It comes at a good time. I am off Lucha for April. But I was promised a match for May. And it had better be a title match.
*He opens the tops of two pudding cups.*
Avery: But I think I might to look for another promotion still.

*There is a podium at the front of the room as a collection of press assemble in the room. Avery Miles III walks to the podium as the press quiets down. Behind Avery, the Redemption Wrestling logo.*
Avery: Thank you all for coming out today. I want to make this brief. And to the point. I’ve called all of you here to make it known that my current contract is up after WrestleForce, I will not be renewing my contract.
*There is talking and murmurs from the press*
Avery: I thank Devlin Scott for the opportunity. And regardless of what the outcome is for the shows leading up and including WrestleForce, it will be my final match in Redemption Wrestling. I wish the entire roster the very best. I will be concentrating on winning back my Rey de Reyes Championship as well as my school; the SoCal Grappling Academy. With students across multiple companies; Alechs Aurelio, Honey, and Jeanette Justice, I am expanding my own reach to a possible second school. As I said, WrestleForce will be final match on my contract. I will take a couple of questions.
*Lots of people stand and throw out questions. Avery points out a man to the left side of the room*
Male Reporter 1: Mr. Miles. What is your reasoning? Is it your win loss record?
Avery: No. The record and the titles do not matter. I’ve yet to hit my stride here and I want to concentrate on my own success.
*A few more questions are thrown out, as Avery points out to a female reporter*
Female Reporter 1: What about going for a title in Redemption?
Avery: I am not ruling out coming back one day. But for now, I am doing what is best for me.
Female Reporter 2: What about the final shows. Do you have any opponents that you’d like to face?
Avery: That is Devlin Scott’s call. I just hope he sees a chance to do something big.
*More murmurs and chatter*
Avery: That is all for this press conference. Thank you all.
*They throw out more questions but Avery exits to the side of the room*

*We open up at Avery is sitting inside of the ring in the middle of an empty arena.*
Avery: Now that my future is a little more set, I have a final match date at WrestleForce. Who will I end up facing? Hopefully I know sooner than later.
*He smiles as he folds his arms*
Avery: But for now I am a part of a Triple Threat match with the man that came up short for the Heavyweight Championship, and a man that had his group fall apart around from him. But this match is all about who can come out on top. Who can take advantage of the situation? Be in the right place at the right time. Yuji came out and asked for us to prove him wrong. He wants to put things aside and just fight to put on the best match of the card. I could not say anything more. I have no qualms with either of you. I have no qualms with both of you having your own paths. So let’s do just that. Get out there. Battle. And put on the best match of the year.
