The scene opens up inside of Coral Rose’s locker room. She is sitting on the bench, looking at her phone. She was laughing, as she couldn’t help it. She was rewatching the Seattle Pro tag title match that happened recently. She was more so watching after the match when Billy Danielson turned on his partner Scotty. Both former stablemates of Coral’s. It is almost like the two are realizing what the other Horsemen knew when they kicked those two out. Both were full of ego, both were more out for themselves. Coral puts away her phone after she watches it one last time. She smiles looking forward.
Coral: Sometimes things just make you laugh. Things happen, that make you realize how right you once were. It’s funny how peoples egos come out in the open. Oh well, that is old news. I am more focused on the news of today. Namely my upcoming match at NGW’s biggest PPV event, WrestleForce 2. I get to get into the ring with Jack Tillman.
She pauses while thinking about it. She lightly smiles.
Coral: This match might be one I am looking forward to a lot more than the other ones I have had except for one, which was debuting against Dead Eye. Tillman is one of the people I know will be fun to face in the ring, someone who will welcome the destruction. I know he is someone who will make this match into something more than a lot of the others do. I know he will give me the fight I been wanting, will be a lot better to face than say my brother in law, or hell even my sister. He will even as you say be a good way to prove I am better than my sister.
She smirks as she was thinking about that. It could be seen recently that there was tension between Coral and Daisy. Coral wasn’t about to be in Daisy’s shadows and was going to prove it one way or another.
Coral: This isn’t about Daisy I know, this is about Tillman. Tillman who got kicked out of Destroyers, who honestly was better off without them. Not like he really needed them. Truth be told, he’s better than they are. I can admit it, I can even admit he might be better than I am. Hell, I’m not scared to. Sometimes you just need to admit things, just need to get them off your chest. I just know I will go into the match giving it my all. I will be doing all I can to win, to overcome him. I’m not going to let anything hold me back. There is no reason to. There is no reason to act like I won’t give it my all, or even act like I will win this. With someone like Tillman, you could still lose, but it will still be a good match. I’m not stupid in thinking I got this in the bag.
Coral again stops talking. She was thinking about things. She knew right now she was even on wins and loses. She really wasn’t used to losing like this. Given in a years time she only had five losses, this was all new to her to be at fifty percent. She knew she needed to change it up, but deep down, she wasn’t sure if she could against Tillman.
Coral: I will say this, I will still bring my own form of destruction Tillman. It doesn’t matter who it is I am facing. Doesn’t matter if I respect them, or someone I could lose to. I still plan on doing damage if I can, showing my destructive side as always. I hope Tillman is just as destructive as I plan on being. It will just make the match that much better. Show me, Tillman, I want you to show me exactly what makes you dangerous, what makes you the better person than your former group. Show me the Tillman who is a former champion, who made Jazmyn work to win the title from you, the one who wins titles all over the world. You show me that, and I will show you why I was the only female to hold heavyweight title in Seattle Pro, why I have beat who I have beat, and do what I have done. Really, Tillman, I will be seeing you in the ring, rather win, or lose.
Coral shrugs her shoulders. She wasn’t giving in, wasn’t giving up, she just knew it was a tough battle ahead of her. She was showing a side of her people rarely seen. She just couldn’t help it. She was sure Tillman would have had another match for WrestleForce, but he was stuck facing her instead. She, on the other hand, would have rather been part of the Trials and Tribulations Match. Instead, she got Tillman. She knew Tillman and herself would just need to make the situation a lot better than it was.
Coral stands up, putting her phone in her pocket. She starts to walk away but stops as her phone goes off. Coral pulls it out, as she looks to see who it was. She smiles seeing it, as she answers it.
Coral: Hey Tara, what’s going on?
She pauses as she listens for a few seconds. She smiles loving what she was hearing.
Coral: You are, yeah you should meet up with me at the arena during the show. It will be great to see a Hall of Famer like yourself.
Coral pauses again, as she listens. She nods her head.
Coral: I don’t care if you see Daisy, I care more about you seeing me. It’s been awhile. At least with me in NGW now, you can hopefully see me in the ring a lot more. See how destructive I can get.
She laughs, as she rolls her eyes.
Coral: No worries, I’m careful enough to not get hurt. I am fine in the ring. Where you at now?
She listens again.
Coral: Oh yeah, well that works. I’m about to go meet up with WL. I’ll talk to you tomorrow for sure.
She nods again.
Coral: Alright, see you then, bye.
She hangs the phone up. She puts in her pocket again, before walking to the door. She opens it, walking out as the camera fades out.
