The scene opens up at a shoot Melina was doing. She was wearing workout clothes, as it was one inside of a gym. She steps away, as she sends a tweet to Eddie, her manager letting him know she wanted to talk with him Saturday before her match about something. She had a plan, had something she wanted to do. She sets her phone down, as she looks up.
Melina: Here we are again, facing Donovan. This time the title isn’t on the line. Really such a shame. Yet can’t be too picky, at least have a match. Never know, maybe beat him, and could lead to something even better. Either way be working my way up. Donovan, I know I can beat you, I know this is something I have to do. This isn’t about being petty, about wanting the title. This has to do with my code. The code I am sure others have seen, and know.
Melina pauses while thinking about what she sent in the tweet. She knew would have tons to explain to Eddie, and ask him. She was fine with that. She was sure he would understand, and go along with it, more so if she won.
Melina: Donovan, I know you will be giving me your all, just like how I want it. It will make things even better, more so once I do beat you. I have been watching our past matches studying them, picking up on things so I know what I can do differently, can do better. I’m making sure you guys don’t think I can’t beat you, can’t do better. I want you guys to realize you won't always win. Sure can bring up how I beat you in a tag match, but that isn’t one on one. This is my time. I hope you are ready Donovan, because I am.
Melina smiles before walking away. She was ready for the match. The scene fades out on him.
