Redemption All-Female Invitational
Public Statement #3
“What’s Hot, What’s Not”
Pop quiz, ladies and gentlemen. How many people came into this All-Female Invitational representing West Coast Genesis? Five people. It was myself, Ruby Rose, Danni Leblanc, Rachel Redding and Jess Hardy. Next question: how many of them made it to the sweet sixteen? Just ONE… ME! But seriously, are any of you surprised by that? You shouldn’t be. Since the second round of the AFI, I’ve since won a match against Venus on Hype and… well, I’d rather not talk about the semifinals of the Super Falcon Cup right now, but getting to the semifinals of that tournament with the “youth and inexperience” that I have should be a testament to everything I am capable of in this business and mark my words, I will continue to validate this fact when I become the West Coast Champion that WCG so desperately needs. In fact, I’ll even take it a step further and say that WCG legitimately needs someone like Karari Makelah.
Yes, I seriously just gave praise to an opponent. Consider her on the “hot” list for me because she does what everyone else in WCG is afraid to do: CHALLENGE ME! I mean, holy fucking crap, she’s been more vocal about facing me not just more than my first two opponents in this thing, but also the entire WCG roster put together. NEWSFLASH, GLEE CLUB! This is how you promote something you’re involved with! I’ll even go as far as saying that Karari has more passion than all of you people put together because while you’re all having your precious beach parties and worshiping Ryan Keys, this girl is actually driven to be something. She’s a free agent that has made an impression in this tournament, I will say that for sure, but at the end of the day, I’m not here to make friends. No, I’m here to win! Period! Needless to say, the way she’s tried to step up to me on social media has been REFRESHING because for ONCE someone I compete against has the fucking BALLS to try to come at me.
Seriously WCG roster, you’re NOT hot right now. And neither are Rachel Redding or Jess Hardy who decided to fuck off after losing in this tournament. Way to represent! Way to be “friends”, ladies. If there’s any proof of how miserable everyone but me did in the tournament it’s the fact that Karari managed to BEAT a member of the WCG roster along the way. But, that’s where it ends. She’s NOT beating me! She may be able to come at me on social media, she may be able to step up to me in the ring, but at the end of the day, it will not be enough because right now, nobody is hotter than ME!
Contrary to Karari’s short sighted beliefs, I HAVE had competition in this tournament. Tegan Blackwell comes from the much-acclaimed HELL promotion down in Mexico which I’ve heard so much about throughout my Super Falcon Cup experiences in GOL and Ashley Marie Chase is a global competitor from a famous wrestling family therefore… I HAVE faced competition. Then again, according to her, I’m her first real competition in this tournament. I think someone has a bit of a skewed vision of what “competition” really is because in all honesty, all 64 women that have participated in this tournament deserved to be here. They wouldn’t be invited if they didn’t, right? Let’s just say that Karari’s opinions and views on “competition” AREN’T so hot right now.
Oh and her repetition isn’t so hot either. There’s a difference between talking and expressing your thoughts many times and actually having something to say. I mean, all I’ve heard from her is largely that I’m her first real competition, she’s my first real competition and how she’s going suddenly bring a world of pain to me, blah blah blah… yeah… it’s been rinse, lather and repeat with her, to be honest. I’m guessing her parents didn’t teach her right, or something. I’m just saying considering that Karari’s originality is deader than both of her parents combined it would seem.
In any case, I respect that she has so much to prove because I come from that same cloth right now. She can talk all she wants, but where it counts, she’s not winning. She’s already proven enough making it as far as she has. She’s made that impression on me that much of my contemporaries in WCG have not. Sorry Rari, this isn’t your tournament to win. It’s mine. Thanks for giving me some bulletin board material to talk about though. Lord knows I’ve been starving for that for quite some time now. But at the end of the day, you are not elite! I am elite! And that’s why I, and not you, will be in the elite eight of this tournament when it’s all said and done.
